To start off they had a very big job regarding repairing my car, so it took a little longer than expected. Nonetheless, they did an amazing job in restoring it and making it look great. Brian Jr Bates is an honest and well humbled guy, appreciate it his work and honesty. Its very hard to come by shops and people you can trust around the SB area. Thanks again guys!

I went here to help a friend look over his vehicle that was repaired here and wow. All I can say is if you take your vehicle here you better really check it out when they are finished. It was missing bolts that secured the fender, misaligned fog lights, and the door hit the door jam when trying to close the door. They did end up making it right after numerous times of taking the vehicle back.

No communication and took way too long repairing something that should be relatively simple. I had to keep calling to ask when the car would be ready and they kept saying 2-3 days... 3 data later I call and they say oh I was going to call you to let you know that (makes up some excuse why its taking longer) 2-3 more days. Took us 4 weeks without a car to get by. Definitely not going here. It would be one thing if they told us straight up that its going to take 4 weeks, but no it was always 2-3 more days and the only time they gave us any information was when we called them.They need better customer service. The repairs were fine, the paint job looks good, I would have just liked to be told exactly how long it can take. And if something comes up thats going to make it last longer, they should call me instead of waiting for me to call them.

Helpful and friendly. They were not able to help with my particular problem but did offer lots of advice on what to do.

I just picked up my 2015 Nissan on Monday. Cant deny that they know what they are doing. Flawless. I rear ended someone so my front was smashed. Cant even tell I was ever in an accident. I recommend them for body repairs.

I was involved in a vehicle accident a couple of weeks ago. An Expedition ran a red light & hit my car. Thanks to God, nobody was injured. I was referred to Bates Auto Body by my Insurance Company. Brian Sr., the owner, was so professional & very friendly. When my car was done, it looked Great! I would “highly recommend” this place to anyone. What can I say about their service… well I’m just short for words. After taking it to a shop in Redlands to have it estimated, I brought it to Bates Auto, and I could not have made a better choice. The work was great you can tell they went above and beyond the scope of the work. They finished their work earlier than I expected and like I said they did an amazing job. Not only that they have great customer skills. Would I come back? YES. Would I refer them? Without hesitating.

We were outside looking at cars for a few minutes and noone came out to assist us! We walked in and they said how did you get in?

MY HUMMER WAS REAR-ENDED & I WAS VERY UPSET & STRESSED, BUT WHEN I TOOK MY VEHICLE INTO BATES AUTO BODY BRIAN JR. & BRIAN SR. WERE SO NICE & HELPFUL. THEY TOOK CARE OF MY VEHICLE & EACH TIME I SPOKE TO THEM I KNEW MY HUMMER WAS IN GOOD HANDS. WHEN I GOT MY VEHICLE BACK IT LOOKED BETTER THAN BEFORE ! I HOPE IM NEVER IN AN ACCIDENT AGAIN, BUT IF IT WERE TO HAPPEN, I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK TO BATES AUTO BODY, NO DOUBT.

High prices tried keeping my car when I couldnt afford to go fix it

Customers be aware!!! II took my car there once ..they charged my for some additional items to fix my bumper ...lateron I found out that the parts never got used and the bumper never got attached right, I wud never go there again !!!
