Service department is terrible. Had an appointment for an oil change at 7:30am. Was told it would be an hour and half no worries. 3 hours later still waiting. No one has come to talk to me. No updates on where they are. It’s just an oil change. How long can it take??? Will never come here again for service!!
Trying to get anyone in the parts dept to answer the phone here is ridiculous. Theyre the only dealer that showed locally for this converter I needed for my car. That I was willing to pay for in cash on Saturday but they didn’t want to answer the phone. The dealer in Redlands even tried calling for me and they just kept getting automatically forwarded to wholesale voice message. So instead they found a dealer in Huntington Beach that had it and was willing to sell it and the people at Huntington answered right away. So sick of this dealerThis isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with them the other time was with the service department. They should look into getting some employees that can answer phones. Not a very good business model if you dont Want to sell stuff to customers or answer phone

I bought my Jeep Cherokee at Moss and take it in for regular service.I deal only with Kody who takes good care of me and makes sure I get done what I need.I had another service advisor one time and seriously considered not going back.But Im good with it now.Find a good Service Adviser and stick with him/her.
I took my Jeep compass to this dealership several weeks ago to be fixed and they gave me the diagnosis and the cost, and I told him to fix it and he ordered the part, and he told it was coming from LA and two days later I went to the dealership, because he never called me to tell me the status about my Jeep, and I was there and he told me that they sent them the wrong part! Imagine a dealership send them the wrong part! and now they have to order from another state and he told me that it takes 7 days to be here and I told him that I was renting a car and it was costing me money.Well finally the part came and he didnt called me not even as a courtesy, so I went to the dealership and by a fluke my Jeep was fixed!I asked him some one drove the car, and he told me, yes the technician,ok so he gave me the bill and I paid!So I took my Jeep thinking that it was already fixed and i went to the freeway and I almost got into accident, because the same problem and my Jeep compass is still in the dealership and still costing me money because I rented a car and more things that caused me this wrong diagnosed!And the service advisor! terrible and his manager! worst.Because he told me he was going to take care about it, and I texted him several times regarding my Jeep and he doesnt respond to my messages!

Very professional and courteous! Came in with my Renegade due to the fender flare coming off while driving. Redlands CJDR wouldnt warranty the part because it supposedly doesnt fall under the bumper to bumper 36k mile warranty. But Moss said it did so my Renegade is gonna be looking good as new and theyve got a new customer!
Dont go to mathew that works there because he barely new and he say things out his mouth that sounds good but its not true ...i repeat dont go to Mathew and he flirts with u and disrespectful
