Pretty much the only place to get parts so you have to put up with their weird policies.Ordered a lower A-Arm all part numbers were correct but the actual part was wrong. Since I ordered over the phone they can’t do any exchanges they have to send out the issue to customer support and you have to wait to get it resolved. Retarded systems of ordering parts, you can come in store and wait in the line and get the part asap, order over the phone and it takes them 3 hours to get the part. Other than that they will usually have your parts at a marked up price. Great store lacks more intelligent systems of giving people parts faster and efficiently.
I had a great experience while purchasing my R1 motorcycle at Chaparral Motorsports. It was a straightforward agreeable deal. The salesman Danny I worked with answered all of my questions and returned all of my calls/messages promptly. He was very helpful. I foresee buying here in the future.
Great and friendly customer service. Went in looking for gloves and a handful of employees ended up helping me and helped me order some from customer service to get the sale price and not pay shipping by having them shipped to the store. Been coming here for years and still the best dealership in the IE!
Looked online for a battery for my Harley we had business to conduct in that area so we decided to go in person. Huge store Id say at least full half block. All indoors and air conditioned thank God. Very well stocked informative and helpful staff. I got a battery better than what I had seen online and for just about half price at $98. So Id say the prices are good. Also Ive been going to chaparral on and off for about 20 years. I highly recommend it!!!
Terrible experience. Waited all day to get 2 tires on my bike. Installed wrong tire at first. Then correct tires installed after a 6 plus hour wait. On the way home a flat tire. Trailed it back to be fixed. No apology. Now front tire is cupping with approximately 200 miles on it and service will not answer my calls. Buyer beware.
Great place for all things powerboats. I ordered a windshield for a RZR, and it turned out to be the wrong size. I brought it into the store and a terrific lady ( Brenda) was super helpful. She found my account and order number and took the windshield back. She told me it would take 5 to 7 days to credit the account. Im sure it will happen as I have a receipt. Brenda is a great asset to the customer service this company provides.

Mechanics are good. In-person service is ok. 100% impossible to get an e-mail or phone call returned, and I have NEVER gotten through on the phone (waiting 15+ min each time). Complete waste of time
The parts order line a bit long,, but I guess that just shows that they are busy, and rightfully so. I need upper end engine parts for my 1100 shadow. Went to Corona Motorsports they searched them for me told me 2 to 4 weeks to get the parts and 1/3 of them were the wrong numbers. Went to Malcolm Smith they told me no parts were available they could get nothing for me, oh well. Chaparral had most of my parts in stock and the rest will take 5 days to get. You do the math.
Customer service is terrible. They dont stock parts for older bikes. Dont waste you time calling, no one knows how to answer a phone.

I ordered a set of tires and the process was fine. I received confirmation emails with tracking information. I checked the tracking from FedEx and it showed that FedEx I had picked up tires. The tracking showed the estimated delivery date. On the delivery date the tracking had not changed and the tires had that showed up. I contacted FedEx and that was a horrible experience. I then chose to contact chaparral I was on hold for a very long time and then asked to leave a message for a callback. I received a call back early the following day they were very pleasant and everything turned out great. I received the tires in about nine days. I will definitely buy tires from chaparral in the future.
These guys are a joke after the sale they will not answer your calls or emails any more. They sold me a bike that I can’t register and they never informed me of this. I texted the sales guy asking if they don’t give the temp registration no more and he said I should have gotten it. When I was able to speak to someone they also said I should have at least got some type of certificate they were going to have someone else contact me. When that other person contacted me he said I get no paperwork of the bike so how am I supposed to show proof of ownership?
This place is a candy store for riders. More off road than street the staff is attentive without breathing down your neck. It was worth the drive from San Pedro.

Let alone the 20 minute wait to get someone to answer and the 4 different people I talked to...*****This company sent me a defective tire**** that is extremely unsafe and they refuse to send me a new tire or reimburse me without the old tire in their hands and run it thru tests to make sure its actually defective when the tire clearly wobbles. This whole process is going to take 2 weeks or longer with no tire on the back of my bike....Also all these Google reviews are fake look at the reviews from every single other platform. ****BEWARE***

Great store, a lot of gear and accessories to choose from. I would give it 5 stars but I was really disappointed when I found out that the helmet I bought for $200 was being discontinued and sold for $140 at other stores. I told the service person what kind of helmet I was looking for and she showed me several plus this one. Maybe she wasn’t aware of it being discontinued but I’m sure the store knew it and should have lowered the price like other stores did. I mainly blame myself because I should have done my homework and looked around first. If you see something you like in this store and you will, make sure it’s not discontinued and do a price check. Note: The i70 model as a whole is not being discontinued, it’s this specific i70 RIAS.
Dont buy anything from these guys. I needed to order a part from them and I called twice for the max 17 minutes and no one picked up. Then I called the service department and STILL no one picked up! When you pay thousands of dollars for a vehicle you expect better service than this! Ridiculous man!
No matter your purchase history, chaparral does not care about customer relations. Beware of parts sitting on shelf for too long here and them not exchanging or helping out in any way. A very greedy company. Will be sure to never come here again.

Just bought two DURO 23X11 10 tires. This company ships very fast and is second to none in that regard. My complaint is that the tires had a manufacturing date stamp of 2619, or were made the 26th week of 2019 and are over two years old. I bought in November of 2020 the exact same tires for my UTV front and the date stamp was 2820, or were made the 28th week of 2020 and were about five months old. A huge difference. The company reps mouthed the party line of saying the tires can be sold up to being five years old. Chaparral has very poor inventory control, so be careful with a product that begins to degrade the minute it is made.They also charged me sales tax for Missouri. Missouri doesnt collect internet sales tax yet, so watch out for that scam.I was not a happy camper with this order received on 8/26/21.
Amazing store with the largest selection of anything motorsports related. Was blown away by the selection of female riding gear. Which is hard to come by at any motorsports store. And the customer service was top notch! Ive reccomend this store to all my friends in the riding community! Cudos to you guys. Keep up the good work.

Worst Customer Service! Our buying experience was great, but I do not recommend using them for any services needed. At that point, them why buy from them. Just picked up our new Razor after almost 6 months (waiting for a part) for a issue that was supposedly resolved prior to sale. Should of went with our gut instinct and waited for a car without any issues. We went the whole riding season without a car we were paying for. Service department completely disregarded the initial issue with the car after being taken in for the same issue. Then they give us the car completely dirty with drip mark, after being told it was indoors. Even the damn battery was dead. Never again, beware buyers. All service cares about is getting paid!
Fair pricing. Shipping was not accurate. The deliver by date is the date that fed ex received the item. Customer service was no help either.
Can’t beat it! The showroom is massive, you can wander around for hours if you wanted looking at all the bikes, quads and side by sides.Parts dept is top notch, the parts manager is excellent, I have always been able to get any part I needed from them.They have a fantastic selection of clothes and gear and aftermarket parts and constantly have sales. The parking lot sale is always a must for great deals and bike night during the summer is always fun to go out to.
I was needing new tires for my UTV so I searched the web. After finding Chaparral I called and was greeted by the most knowledgeable associate ever! Kathleen asked my needs in a tire and had it immediately with the best pricing available. She smoked the local pricing by $40 a tire and had free shipping! From the time I ordered on Wednesday afternoon she said I would have them by Saturday morning. Lightning fast shipping and they are sitting on my porch as promised!!! Don’t buy your toys from here. I’m in the market to buy 3 dirt bikes. My son found one he liked and it was the only one they had. Waited about 30 min until finally I was able to get help ( I asked no one asked me) the bike, a Kawasaki 140 rf was just put on the floor and didn’t have a price. He came back with the price we asked a few questions, checked the bike out and decided we wanted to buy the dirt bike. He took us to the office to start the sales process. While he was getting my information my son noticed another lady and sales man looking at the bike then they brought it to the other sales man office. They were selling the bike to someone else. We told our sales rep and he went to talk to them and sales managers. Instead of saying you guys were first on the bike he told us that “we should be ok” but let the other sales man continue with selling the bike to the other lady. He then said that my son is better off on a bigger dirt bike. They wanted to continue selling the same bike to 2 people, I’m not sure if their plan was to see who qualified or who was better qualified. I have excellent credit and was putting money down. My planned was to purchase 3 bikes and all their the gear. I’m sure the other person would of qualified too then who would get the bike? I believe the situation was poorly handled and based on other reviews I don’t think it was 1 employee or a 1 off situation.

Ordered a tire that was in-stock bright and early Tuesday morning and the order was never sent for shipping until Thursday evening. Friday night their tracking shows that the shipment is still waiting to be picked up by FedEx. When asked why this is they claim that FedEx picked it up but hasnt scanned the tire into their system in an attempt to pass blame.Totally unacceptable that an in-stock item took two days for a shipping label to be created when the website specifically states fast shipping. Rocky Mountain ATV/MC does not have this issue.

Wrong size!!!! Ordered a helmet online and they sent me the wrong size! I tried calling with no one picking up! Awaiting an email, this return process is frustrating especially when they make the mistake, i have to deal with the inconvenience. How do you send an expensive item without verifying the size?!
The Service Department is top notch. I noticed an issue with my bike tire while on lunch at work & made a trip to Chaparral. Even though I arrived at 4:15, John Moore got my bike in for a set of tires so I didn’t have to leave it overnight. This is what customer service is about! I’ll be bringing all my bikes to Chaparral going forward! Thanks again for the great service!

Terrible customer service, and its not just me. I have come here several times and its like pulling teeth to get any help. Doesnt matter if you spend over $6K, they still can hardly give you the time of day. I also have observed other people trying to be helped actively ignored and treated rudely. I finally went here a fourth time after over a year just out of desperation for a needed part but it feels like giving my lunch money to a bully at this point. I thought maybe new management or employees but nope same treatment.I also had an issue with a defective GPS and tried to return it two days later in the packaging and they refused the return so I was left with a broken GPS and just ate a couple hundred dollars. They dont stand behind the products and treat customers like disposable wallets.It took me long enough but Ive learned my lesson to avoid this place at all costs.
Ive ordered quite a bit of stuff from Chapmoto and I guess Covid has them short staffed. It has been 6 days and no email verification for shipping yet. Thankfully it is just 2 stroke oil and Im not in dire need of it. First time Ive been a little disappointed to some extent. Hopefully it will ship this week. Next week I will have to cancel this order. Re-stocking fee or not. Someone will ship it to me.

Then put money back and too DOUBLE OUT! called to see whats up and was told its a hold and money will ve returned. Took money out and put back 2 more time. Then took another $36 out on top of the cost of tire and the hold money. And dont expect to talk to a human when you call. So far i have been on hold 30 minutes. Next step is to call BBB....

Alright so I needed a rear tire pretty badly for my street bike and decided to try chaparral out, I ended up paying almost $200 for a pirelli Diablo Rosso tire which isnt to bad but to get them to balance and mount it costed me $82 not to mention my rear rim was a whole lot cleaner before I gave them my bike then how it was when I got it back. I mean for $82 bucks the least they could of done was wash and dry the rear rim
They are just o.k. Went today and the kid who helped us was kind of rude and definitely not very helpful. Buying my kid a helmet and we were a little unsure if the fit was good and he didnt even look at my son to give any kind of input. He didnt suggest trying on any other helmets, didnt give any suggestions on anything at all. Didnt tell us anything about the helmet or any others for that matter. We were completely on our own. Literally the only thing he did was box up the helmet for us. Im in here dropping $700 on a freakin helmet, I expect at least some kind of service. You are supposed to know a little about your inventory right? You are trying to sell that inventory right? Well, help me out here.
Been coming here since the old location on I street.. recently the worst experience...very little to no inventory on atvs.. horrible customer service. I thought it was cause my brown skin but no just bad.. standing around 20 minutes with no help. Then when I ask the young dude holding up the counter says I have to wait to be approached... get it together
Buyer beware!!! Purchased 4 wheels and they sent me 3 and tried to say they sent me 4. First blaming it on me then on the shipper, which I can contest the packaging was not opened. They will claim insurance to get money for the wheel they never shipped. Scammer alert!Update: So when I sent the 3 wheels I received back they only refunded me for 1 wheel and then deducted a restocking fee. Then on Better Business Bureau they claimed Fed Ex lost the package, which is funny because it was sent by UPS and there is clearly 2 wheels in one box and 1 in another box so the box couldnt get lost in shipping.

Called this morning approx 10:30. 9-8-20. Had money in my pocket to purchase a new bike. I informed the salesman that they had the exact bike I was looking for. I also let him know that I was 2 hrs away so I would need a OTD price. The salesman refused to give me any kind of price and became very rude and combative. He accused me of just shopping around to save a buck! Heaven forbid! I assured him that this wasnt the case but he just wanted to argue. I asked to speak to the manager and he hung up on me.Im 61 yrs old and worth 1.8 million and have purchased 56 new motorcycles. Ive never been treated so poorly by any dealership ever. I will never shop here again and will tell all my friends. I bought my brand new bike today from Glendale Honda and had a fantastic experience.

Chaparral motorsports had a 2019 Black Honda CBR600RR for sale and I had given them the Info and a copy of the cashiers check to hold the bike. The day I was going to pick up the bike they supposedly sold it when I was told it was on hold and I also offered to give them a $1000.00 dollar down payment that they did not want and was rejected by Daniel. To me that is bad business. They tried to give me a bike that I did not want. I ended up buying a 2020 CBR 600RR ABS from Honda of Glendale for less money. I will never do business with chaparral motorsports again.

I had a sand dune trip planned so I ordered paddle tires for my UTV, leading up to the trip I put the paddle tires on and notice there was box cutter slices in the sides of the tire. Chaparral wont stand behind it because I ordered them in advance and didnt notice till after their 60 days and they told me theyre is nothing they can do they said it was not their problem it was the shippers that they hired to ship their products. Very unsatisfied wouldnt recommend chaparral to anyone
Bought some items that said they were in stock. They ended up shipping half the order with no explanation where the rest of the order was (with one of the items being the main reason I bought from them) tried to reach out and their phone system would put you on hold for over 16 minutes before sending you to voicemail where they didnt return the calls. Finally used their online cancelation form to cancel the remaining items so I can order them from somewhere that will actually ship them, now Im stuck with some items I didnt even need just because I was trying to get free shipping.
Best deals on tires. Went through internet and got tire to old to mount. Company let me return it but by the time I spent doing all this. I missed the ride.

I have been a loyal customer of Chaparral for many years. I have spent thousands of dollars here. I placed an order for some shirts online in October. My order was accepted and my card was charged the full amount. I received all my stuff I ordered and went about my life. I got a call a few weeks later saying that only partial payment was made. I went on my bank account to confirm and it was true. They said it was declined because the address wasnt correct. How is that possible when they charged me partial payment. why didnt it work in their system for the other portion? I was super nice and gave them another card just to be on the safe side and make sure it didnt happen again. They charged the card and it was pending for a week or so. I thought it went through and went about my life again. Then I start getting emails from Linda Damron harassing me as if I didnt want to pay. Why is it my problem that your system isnt working? I gave them two cards both with the correct and same address to charge the remaining balance. Her last email was this....WHAT NOW? Are you going to continue to ignore or are you going to pay?What kind of professional human being writes these kinds of emails? How is it that my card got declined for the address but yet you charged a portion of it and it went through? It makes no sense. I will NEVER set foot in this store ever again. Dont forget that because of people like me that shop there you have such a successful store.12/23/2020This was her response to my email this morningI guess all that I have to say is “how do you reprimand a computer?” when I figure that one out I will let you know. Purchased a helmet for my grandson to race this weekend. I will say it shipped fast would have been great if part of the inside padding wasnt missing. Customer service no help at all! These big companies forget who the customer really is and why they are in business especially in this day and time. Would not recommend purchasing anything from them that has any parts to it that they can lose. Must not have any QC or anyone that cares to check the product before it ships or maybe they just dont care!!
Really busy but staff managed a disciplined line. Was looking for a full face helmet and the sales assistant couldnt be more helpful with sizing and suggestions. Sent away with a great fitting helmet and when I checked prices was in line with web prices.
At first I had my doubts about driving an hour and a half to visit this place that bakerXderek, Arson Rides, and Suburban Delinquent always talk about right? Well I decided to give it a visit and it was amazing. The variety of merchandise available was almost overwhelming! I went in to just buy a chain brush and spent 2 hours looking at everything!
We bought a quad from them no problem. Went to buy parts for a different ATV and the associate at the parts counter was rude and unwilling to help. I rather make the drive and get better service. Im planning on buying two more ATVs but not from them, its a shame.
It is like Disneyland for motorcyclists in there. I have never come across a larger in-stock selection of parts and gear. They have very competitive pricing and great service. I have had them mount and balance at least five sets of tires for two of my Hondas. I picked up some great deals on Chatterbox head sets and Galpher break lines in their parking lot sales. I have bought three helmets, three jackets, a vest, four pairs of gloves, glasses, goggles, shirts, and many parts from these guys. Many of the sales people are highly knowledgeable. Whether you are looking at apparel, helmets, gear or parts, many of the employees really seem to know their stuff. The guys at the parts counter are very patient, even when you are only trying to find a minor part like a couple of screws they will always take their time with you to make sure you get what you need. There are a few gals that have worked in riding apparel a long time that seem to know more about riding gear than you can find on the internet.I tend to often wind up here when I am out cruising and then I figure it is a fun place to get my steps in. It is fun to wander through the new models and check out all the gear. I find it amazing that they keep museum quality builds like Roland Sands Glory Stomper right out on the sales floor.

Andre in tires was BEYOND helpful! Everytime I need a tire he helps me so quickly, without complaint and always seems Im such amazing spirit! We were there roughly 3:40 on Tuesday and the guy who helped locate the tire and availability was also so, so helpful! He didnt have the tire we wanted and we didnt REALLY want to spend more, but we left feeling confident. With customer service like this the extra 100.00 is totally worth it! I ordered from Chaparral Motorsports online, and I have never been so completely blown away by the speed and effectiveness of an online order. I got my product WITHIN THE WEEK, which has never happened with any other provider. The prices were reasonable and the customer service was excellent. Cannot wait to try out my product!
