Misleading shop... Will sell you products with defects and hope that you won’t see them with your candid eyes. Do not rely on this shop to tell you what’s wrong about what you’re getting, instead, they won’t tell you anything and let you figure it out by yourself. I just wish they’d be honest with what they’re selling and share what they know about the product. If you opt for their delivery service, be aware it may increase the amount of cosmetic damage, if any already, on the product you buy (which is what happened to us).

I bought a washer and dryer from Vick,s recently. I told them I needed apartment size. They delivered big appliances. I have an area for appliances. They knew it didnt fit. Left one that wasnt fitting in my hallway. Vick knew it didnt fit. Also wasnt told they dont put hoses in. I would have paid which I eventually did! All sales are final. He did offer to exchange w/d set for appt w/d combo. It fit. I paid for for him to install hoses and vent. I was grateful for that. Then I started to wash. Machine is sluggish. I have called several times to talk with the owners, so I can get GE repair services number as I am under warranty. No answer to several attempts to calling and texting messages. Very frustrated with this couple. They know exactly what they are doing. I read one of the reviews above. Sounded like my experience with them. Read your contracts and dont expect much from them if you have any problems because they wont answer!

If they would have told me delivery is $45 but no installation and their delivery person would have been nice and attentive, that would have been 5 stars. Hire someone else, that guy is horrible.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! We went to get a washer/dryer set. We financed. Picked a set. They delivered. When it was delivered my sister said it was one man. So he pulled the washer off the truck and brought it into my home alone even though my sister offered to try and get him some help. This will be important later. He has none of the hoses to install the appliances, so we end up running to home Depot and completing the installation ourselves. Its whatever. But as we are doing the first few loads of clothes we realize something is wrong. We call and are told that it is probably unbalanced. To redistribute the clothing and try again. This does not fix the problem. So we proceed to attempt to get ahold of them multiple times during the warranty period, including going up to the store to find it closed. As soon as the warranty runs out, our calls/texts are miraculously answered. I explain the situation, and that we have been trying to get ahold of them and ask if they are going to honor their warranty as I can prove I have been attempting to contact them. We went round and round ending with him telling me to contact the finance company because someone in the background called him an idiot which made him no longer feel safe. Fast forward. I have had someone come out to repair the washer and it is going to cost hundreds of dollars to fix. They knowingly sold faulty products, ducked out in their warranty and then played the victim.

I love this place,they have everything i needed,they have good service and good prices! I definitely recommend this place..Thank you again Vick’s Appliances for all your help!

I financed two appliances from here,they where sealed in plastic looking very good,, once we got home and took that plastic off,oh my surprise they have plenty of damages hits scratches I feel so disappointed in trusting this store the girl was really nice but maybe she just wanted to sell !! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!I made my claim she said call where I financed 😤 I financed it in her store wth 😢

I agree with Tamra my item was damaged and they were suppose to be new and I asked what could be done and they were impossible to get a hold of and expect me to go threw the company that I’m leasing threw no i could have gotten it cheaper and without any dents or scratches Small claims

Very good place to buy Otto instead they denied me my credit application but they took care of it being approved in moments and I was able to buy my refrigerator for my new house and my wife loved it
