God help you if you go to their warehouse to pick up ..We are a major national company in San Antonio and it take hours in end to pick up from their warehouse -Employees standing around smoking and joking ..Zero customer service

I showed up in person to apply at victory packaging I was told I needed to apply at choice staffing instead. Which I did and was told I was to start working the very next day. I worked about 2 weeks and was offered a permanent night position which I had stated since the beginning I was looking for a morning shift. After I declined the offer things only went down from there. They changed my schedule from 7am to coming in at 12pm. I was hired to do assembly and after I declined the offer I was being placed to do cleaning of scaffolds. Which was not part of my job description when I was hired. It was just a way for them to punish me for declining the offer. They hire mostly convicts and cover it up. A lot of them told me to be hush hush about it. I saw a break in during the day and nothing was done about it. I would not recommend this place whatsoever. They don’t care to hire good working people. They don’t want quality they want quantity and that’s why they have a high turnover of employees. Just don’t work here!!!! I no longer work here myself because I was fired for not wanting to be in a dangerous position I was put in at work by the manager. He just said go home without explanation. Not worth it.
