What I thought would be a long and grueling process turned out to be one of the best experiences I’ve had with a dealership in a long time. Was about to trade in my vehicle to them when my engine blew out on the highway the day before. With the engine shot, I thought I would never get anything for my previous vehicle. Thanks to a promo where they accept junk cars, I not only got an amazing amount for it, they put it towards my new outlander sport! Even with poor credit I was still able to get the price I wanted that didn’t leave me penniless! I had the pleasure of working with Alex who walked me through several options and never pushed any sort of sales pitch towards me.I felt comfortable the entire time from start to finish. Manager even came over and helped me out with the deal ! With a co-signer out-of-town, Alex even went with me out of town to go get the final paperwork done!!! Five star customer service.When it came to the finance department I was thoroughly informed by Q who knows his information very well and informed me 100% about everything before I even made a decision.Don’t listen to any negative reviews. Our experience at Mission Mitsubishi was exceptional, our salesman Ramsey was very attentive and responsive. I communicated with him daily and he would always return my message. Ramsey made the experience of buying from out of town very easy, which is not common with many dealerships. He sent videos and even FaceTimed us. He definitely beat all the other salesman I talked to from many dealerships. The finance manager Tyson was also exceptional, he obviously has a lot of knowledge of Mitsubishi vehicles. I would highly recommend this dealership because of Ramsey. He made the experience enjoyable. He even picked us up from the airport and even bought us breakfast.

Rude staff members (the woman in pink and man in blue button up) Concerned about the health of clients and staff. I came to get an oil change and told the manager that Nobody is wearing a mask or social distancing and he replied, and I quote “they are all vaccinated by a doctor that came here.” Then he cut me off after I informed him that it still spreads. Ignorance isn’t good for the health of your employees and clients. NEVER coming here again. Five stars for the top.

I am currently at a loss for words about our buying experience. Don’t recommend!!! Very unhappy with our experience. They advertised $4500 dealership cash that you can use towards down payment or negative equity. $0 down and no payments for 3 months. We inquired about the deal and AJ scheduled us an appointment for the next day (today). Drove over an hour and were told that offer is no longer happening by Glass. So we looked around and saw a used vehicle we liked. And we were once again toyed around. The salesman disappeared with our personal car keys for over an hour. Then came back and with an outrageous monthly payment. When we passed on the offer, not one but two managers came in trying to pressure us into making the purchase. Not professional at all. We have great credit, had a down payment ready for the right vehicle (even though we initially came because of their deal). Not happy at all!

We purchased our outlander here in September and I love it, we were told the first oil change is complimentary and (we did a lot of driving)when I took it in for the first oil change the advisors we’re prompt and polite, the wait time wasn’t very long either.

I was there when we had a very bad storm. The office next to the one I was in began to flood. The facility itself is in need of a refresh. Perhaps different flooring, updated bathrooms and a good old fashioned cleaning. there were cobwebs in the windows of the office I was in. Perhaps better desks for the sales team and a better reception area would be in order. I recommend Mission Mitsubishi to everyone I know because the staff are outstanding and caring. If you gave them the surroundings of a top notch dealership, there is no telling the number of sales you could close.

Not very good service, too good to be true sales gimmick. You offer $4500 as an incentive but your add ons by the dealership adds up to over $4000 in addition to the MSRP for the paint and nitrogen. No confusion on my part, but sales guy Pedro very contradicting. Also nothing to do with my credit worthiness which is excellent. We were still looking around, and was thinking about going back to a different salesperson, but your response very unprofessional and will take my business elsewhere. I tried calling you back, but unsuccessful in reaching you.

Little different review here, but they ran my credit due to potential fraud, or at least thats what TransUnion is reporting. I tried to simply talk to them to have them remove it. Q and staff hung up multiple times. What they dont understand is now Ill have to file a police report, which theyll have to respond to. I was 100 percent courteous each time I attempted to get this resolved, and if I actually get to deal with them and get this figured out Ill continue to do so.However, if they treat someone they know they wont get business from (Im several states away from them) then you can surely bet they are in it for the sales and its quite likely youll be nothing but a number to them. Id have much rather had them provide a deletion record than have to deal with a police report and the FTC.

Wahed was the BEST salesman I’ve ever had. I will buy from there again solely because of him!Ali, the finance person was professional and patient with all the errors I made. However, when he made the statement, “ it doesn’t matter if you’re buying a $50,000 car or $10,000 car, I treat everybody the same.“ to me that was condescending. It’s his job to be kind and professional to everyone that walks in that door anyway. Those words should’ve never been said to me. And as a black American female who was buying the cheapest car on the lot, his words didn’t sit well with me.
