They went out of their way to find a stainless steel sheet that did not have any imperfections (scratches, bends, etc). Was able to get a quote in a few days and place my order over the phone.

Great visit. I arrived and was helped with both information and pricing. They were knowledgeable and suggested various other options I had not thought about. Ended up buying some square tubing and was very happy with both the product and the help. Would definitely recommend for anyone desiring metal products.

Their website is great, it let me find what I needed quickly and my late night web request for info/quote was answered the next morning. The staff was super friendly and nice when I called to make payment. The best part was that I didnt have to leave my house at all to get what I needed.

Attempted to purchase a couple of pieces of aluminum channel to fix my boat.I first contacted them via the website for quote and they did get back to me with the fact they dont have the size requested (and listed on their site) but they did have channel with 1/2 longer leg than I had requested BUT NO QUOTE FOR IT.So I emailed a response to the quote that I was fine with the longer leg, please quote that. Never heard from them again.I then sent my wife to their store with all the information required and they referred her to a direct competitor. She said that if we didnt need to fix the boat she would have walked out because no one wanted to help her.They finally said they will check their other stores and get back to us.I have since sent her to Westbrook Metals. While they are usually VERY expensive we sill see how they are at customer service.If I was this hard to get a quote out of I would be out of business.They are the IN-Convenience Store of Metals

I love the feel of a family business! Needed to make some repairs to the boat trailer, they were able to get me what i need, cut it down and even delivered. I was not the best customer (constantly changing measurements and materials) but they stuck with me and with a smile on their faces. overall a great experience and will be coming back

I got a wild hair and decide to take on a task of converting my french doors into a sliding barn door style to save space. Was able to get all the materials I needed from Metal Supermarkets and saved a lot more money versus having to buy a packaged kit online. The service was great and fast!!! Would recommend.

Seriously love this place!! Every time we visit, they are friendly and fast. Its a DYI paradise. We buy scraps from them and even if they need to cut from a full piece its reasonable in pricing.

Contacted Metal Supermarkets with an unusual request. I needed to replace the weight stack guide rods on several pieces of Cybex gym equipment because Cybex no longer sold parts for the machines. MS was extremely friendly and helpful in figuring out what I needed, cutting it to size and shipping it overnight. They were fantastic!!

Completely trash staff, I called asking for a quote on 6062 aluminum which they couldn’t get fine I understand it’s a uncommon metal so crystal quoted me that they have 5052 and I said okay I went to get it and she told me read it back to me at 300 series aluminum NOT 5052 and gave me attitude when I address that I was needed 5052 and not 357 they told me while I was there in per I can pay today OR WHEN IT SHOWS UP MONDAY and I said I’ll pay when I get it but no call back, I call them and am told I have to pay before hand so I have to waste another trip to over there to pay to go back later in the day to pick it up and even tho one of there main selling points is the cut any size they can’t sell me half a sheet and try to force a full sheet one me, STRAIGHT TRASHUpdate after a couple of day they instead accused me of making fake reviews when there is no point of me going out of my way to do so I went asking for aluminum for a job told I can get 5052 and 0.050 thick and show up in person it turns into 357 aluminum at 0.060 thick and tries to tell me it’s the same (it’s not that’s why it’s not specific as the same ) along side of wasting my time driving over there being told I can pay later WHICH IS THE ONLY REASON ID LEAVE WITHOUT PAYING IF THAT WAS THE ONLY WAY FOR ME TO GET THE MATERIAL FOR MY WORK then I ASKED TO CONFIRM I CAN GET THE 9ft by 5ft ALUMINUM SHEET CUT IN HALF BECAUSE I DONT NEED $320 WORTH OF ALUMINUM if you look in the e-mail was told yes yet when the day comes I was to no I’d have to buy the whole sheet then accusing me of lying on a work email SHOWS HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND STRAIGHT GARBAGE THIS PLACE IS I went to a competitor and got what I needed and out the door in less than an hour when I was emailing waiting for a response and calls, showing up in person over a week with them, save your time and money got somewhere else
