Went in to buy some accessories for my telescope. Friendly service and knowledgeable staff. Went in to get a sun filter and they let me try different sizes as to not buy the incorrect one. Would recommend.

If you need it today its an ok spot. Its very hard to find though with a hidden driveway. Its far more expensive than amazon, about 2x as expensive as walmart (which also carries scientific supplies free next day delivery) and they will NOT sell you any glassware unless you have some type of mysterious permit they wouldnt describe. Dude... i grow gourmet mushrooms i just needed a replacement erlynmeyer flask (mine died) for making agar to fill the 75 extremely over priced petri dishes i just bought from you. A 1L flask is in no way going to make anyone go all breaking bad. BTW 25 100mm petri dishes here is $15.50. 30 100mm petri dishes amazon prime $8.69. Erlynmeyer flask 1L here, $27.99Amazon $7.99 and you dont need a mysterious permit to make agar.

Badass place

You cant see it that well but the corrosion on these batteries as well as all the rust on the flashlight is not the the first time that we have bought me something from this place and it not work two weeks ago we went in there and bought a Star wars night light for 50 bucks not only did it not have a bowl but once we got a bowl it didnt work Ive been coming here for many years and lately that I feel like the hospitality has just gone out the window I come here at least once a month and I think about buying my stuff online now I used to like this place it used to be a real friendly family oriented place but now Im beginning to hate it cuz I have to explain to my crying son by his Star wars doesnt work why his night light doesnt work and why he studied all week to go to school and make that B on his test just to be rewarded with something that doesnt work

Excelent prices, selection, and customer service. Our family has bought several things from this store, they beat the largest online retailer in every way. The folks there are really friendly, and I never walk out empty handed! This time I needed a microscope camera, they had it for less than half the price than Amazon. If you like science, or have family that likes science, this is the best place in town to shop for equipment and learning tools!

UNREAL fast shipping. I ordered something for a friend of mine online and within minutes of placing an order, I received an email stating it was going to be shipped that night or the following morning. I replied to the email asking if that was real. As long as I have been online shopping, I have never had that fast of a response.They werent telling a story, I received exactly what I ordered two days later. Probably the coolest and most underrated store in SA! There is something for every age here. The first floor has all the items you might find in a mad scientists lab, and the second floor is full of telescopes, binoculars, and optical accessories. The staff is engaging and incredibly full of knowledge. They get people excited to be in the store. Simply put, its areat place to nerd out or get a kid interested in the sciences.

Always loved stopping by as a kid. Just recently stopped in just to look around and I needed a solar filter for my telescope. The staff was very helpful and there is a lot of cool science trinkets to look at and purchase.

Weird stuff, cool stuff for kids, science toys, astronomy telescopes, chemicals for school projects, nerdy stuff. Overall not a bad place to check out, at least once. Not exactly cheap, but they have some unique items.

Fun place full of trinkets that I used to play with when I was young. Came here looking for corks for a party favor. Price was great compared to buying online with shipping.

Love the store, however I dont like being followed around and watched over as if my family and I are going to steal something. It wasnt until 2 other guys came in, that we were left somewhat alone to browse. That was only because they started being followed around. It was a terrible experience for my husband and I, we left the store feeling as if we had did something wrong, when we hadnt. Terrible customer service!

OK selection. The website is a little misleading, as it makes it appear like they have a bunch of stuff at store. in reality most of it will have to be shipped to the store. Save time and gas and just order online and go pick up if need be but prices are rather high.
