They may be ok for Lumber, but avoid the Window Division. I invested 4-months trying to get replacement glass for failed windows (All the windows in our home were purchased from JP Hart Lumber). Follow-up phone calls never happened, 3 install appointments were canceled, a 4th time they came to the house unannounced, had 1 of 4 pieces of glass and it was the wrong size (They had measured the glass themselves several weeks earlier). We reached out with endless emails and phone calls, we offered to drive 1.5 hours to pick up the glass and we offered to actually install the glass ourselves...4-months of effort and we have nothing from JP Hart Lumber! Save yourself time, energy and frustration, look to other window companies for your replacement glass.

If there was a way to assign negative stars I would. I have done some business with them before, being just up the road from them. However, they have decided to not accept business checks or AMEX... by the way, those are probably the top two ways businesses pay for materials. They turned my guys away, and I would advise anyone else considering them to turn away.
Great lumber yard just a little short on space to turn around
To place has such a huge variety of products, even items that the big box stores considered special order and even are cheaper then them
Excelent service
Good attention
