Texas Cheer review from their other Patranco location near 211.They do not care about your business and assume you can’t afford items by appearance. Walked in, prospective new customer, trying to purchase a select bottle of Bourbon and possibly other products for my home collection. Normally the price ranges from $52-$68 for this particular bottle. I was told the bottle for me was $170, I just couldn’t do that. Then another patron comes in (Very well dressed) and the clerk offers same bottle to this man for $99. I was shocked, also this man and I had got to talking about bourbon and he took my recommendation and purchased an $88 bottle of High West. I waited till said customer left before asking why the bottle was more expensive for me than him. The clerk looked me up and down (I was dressed for gym) and told me that the other customer is a regular. I explained to him that I would like to become a regular and would be buying many bourbons and scotches and recommend his store to many people that lived right near him, military and civilian. He told me a lot of people say that but then he doesn’t see them again. I tried to explain that I would not be coming back ever and would recommend my friends from the military and local community shop elsewhere if this is how they treat perspective clients. He basically shrugged his shoulders and could care less. I ended up taking myself right down the road to Liquor Bueno where Lyndelll (Cashier) was awesome and more than helpful. I ended up purchasing the bottle I was looking for, for $62, and two other bottles I’ve been looking for, for the price Liquor Cheer was trying to gouge for one. Needless to say I will NEVER shop there and will recommend to the Red Bird Ranch, Alamo Ranch And surrounding communities and all of my military brothers and sisters to either go down the street to Liquor Bueno off patranco and Tally Rd or just go on base. Liquor Bueno also put me on the call list for when they receive 4 bottles that I’ve been looking for in. Choose Liquor Bueno or Twin Liquors or ANYWHERE over Texas cheer. Horrible customer service, No cheer about it and not the Texas way.

Had two and a half cases of Crown Peach. Three patrons and would only sell one total bottle for a made up price of $50. Specs sells it for $23.79. Price gouging and prejudice!
