First, I will say both employees were amazing. Alyssa gave us the best shopping experience we have ever had! We came here about 4 years ago (back when they still had punch cards) & finally came back for a second time. They have an amazing selection and the employees know a lot about all of the products since they are users of them themselves. Cannot recommend this place enough. The whole environment is so clean, friendly, and open minded!

This place is a quaint shop with plenty of options. They dont have a huge inventory but they do have some great stuff. Great and friendly service from the people who work there and some nice plus corsets that I love. They have great offers and sales it is a must go to shop.

The employees at LSB do an amazing job, Alyssa in particular!I had originally bought a Doc Johnson packer, and it ended up not working out, so I went in to return it.Of course the item was not able to be returned because of the personal nature of it, but Alyssa let me know they were getting in a new order of packers/STPs and would get it to me for the same price.I ended up walking out today with an STP, which is honestly more of what I wanted, and because of the wait on getting the item, they were kind enough to discount it.On top of that, they also host events, some of which are lead by a certified sexologist, so I really feel they do well for the community!All in all, the people at LSB do a great job of meeting the needs of customers, no matter their gender, and I would definitely continue to be a customer with them.P.S. Another thing I was really impressed with is that Alyssa gendered me properly, and remembered by name.
