I would recommend anybody to have their event there family oriented very nice understanding people. very creative and very unique I will say. My daughter had her quinceanera and we all had a great time everything was perfect thank you very much Jose and Sylvia for all that you have done for us.

Due to this pandemic, we had to cancel our event. They will not refund any money because it was our falt, the way they see it. Do Not make a contract unless you can see into the future.

They have beautiful decorations and linens to choose from and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. I am excited to set up a food tasting with their catering service.

We just celebrated my daughters 15th debut and they did an amazing job! The decorations were fabulous exactly what we wanted and more! We had SO MANY complements from our guess. The staff were VERY helpful and were always available when needed. My daughter & guess had a GREAT night.

They are a family ran business with many years of experience. Affordable payment plans. Wide variety of linens stain or polyester. Awesome people!! Its a great hall with a lot of space. Hardwood floors, big lobby room for extra space, the bathroom are men, woman, and also one family.

Well organized and meet their clients needs! Awesome staff!

Unique Creations helped me with my daughters 15..they made my daughter and I fell like family made my stress very very less stressful and very blessed I always recommend them to family and friends everyone in my daughters 15 loved all the Decerations...if I have another event..i well 100% go to them again...

I had a great experience with Unique Creations for my daughters quinceanera this past Oct 27, 2012. They did exactly what I asked for and the centerpieces were fabulous. Everyone complimented on how well Encino Ballroom was decorated and when you walked in, you felt the Halloween vibe, which was exactly what we wanted! Will recommend them to others.

Well what can i say very well managed location we have our daughters Quienceñera here and they went all out it came out beautiful i dont think any other place in SA can do better plus the price awesome.

Do not recommend them at all!! I made the mistake of using them twice! I know people make mistakes but you could only have so many. I recently used them for my wedding and let them pretty much suggest the whole thing with my input. Centerpieces looked like crap and where nothing we agreed on. Up lighting was a joke!! One thing I wanted more than anything and picked out on my own was ceiling decor. I picked out a particular glitter fabric she has hanging with chandeliers didnt get that at all! All I had was frayed leftover scraps of fabric that looked worse. I payed about 2700 months in advance and everything seemd barely put together that day. They are extremely unprofessional and show up with like 10 kids.I can never get my special day so please dont let her ruin yours!!!Update- Im sorry you take my review as hating but I wrote it to educate prospective buyers. I gave them a second chance because they seemed caring initially. Im glad you had a lovely event because I would hate for anyone to go through what I am, My advice to anyone with an existing contract make sure you see exactly what they are doing and not just some magazine picture they hope to create. We even had a walk through a week prior to the event but a red flag should have been raised when she said she hadnt even ordered my center pieces. They know they messed up my event because they admitted it but now refuse to refund me anything because she doesnt feeling taking care of the customer -her words! I was not a picky bride at all but if i could post a picture of my ceilings youd be surprised they charged 350 dollars for it Looks nothing like the work they post on their website or the picture they showed me.

Wow I was very surprised 2 read the other reviews! I unlike the others had a great experience w/ them & they were very professional w/ us. Not only did they meet the needs of my mother but they made my little sister very happy & I was happy as well w/ the wk done. Every1 at the celebration were asking 4 their information & location. That 2 me proves they did a great job. 2 see everyones reaction to how beautiful the hall looked was amazing & made us proud we made the right choice! their eyes lit bright & gasp of how beautiful every thing was. they went all out & was worth every penny because they went beyond our expetations. Thank U soo much creations! Im sorry 2 see the bad reviews some ppl hate as the young ones say. As 4 Gia G. If they were that bad why go back?... ok a mistake but when it comes to something so important as decorations or any arrangements 4 a debue or a wedding ppl become picky & want things right so if u werent pleased the 1st time then U wouldnt of gone back. I think u were pleased & mayb u didnt get what u wanted & decided to take ur anger out on them. I understand that happens but u were harsh. As 4 them not being real! thats 2 funny because I shook a real persons hand & saw them Real ppl come & decorate, there was nothing fake! & I have attended 2 debues where I saw them decorate & the place was beautiful & the ceiling w/ lights every where in the right places. they r not fake & maybe just mayb the other guy lied. I personally saw them decorate & pick up. I promise they did a great job. I am extremely surprised at these reviews especially cause I have fam & friends who have used them & were all happy. I just dnt get it. I have reffered them 2 others & they say they r great & were so happy w/ their wk. I HIGHLY REFER THEM! THEY R GREAT!! If I could I would post a picture as proof of what a great job they had done.
