NO STARS! I drove 1.5 hours from out of town to rent items for my daughters wedding to find out Marqee in San Antonio MOVED from 3660 Thousand Oaks to an unknown location 8 MONTHS AGO! HOW is the google address not updated yet?? This was a huge inconvenience and waste of time. I am of course going with a random company I found down the street that has the CORRECT google address. Please get this address updated before your company looses more business.

The marquee rental company exceeded all my expectations from the minute that they arrived. They were professional, efficient, and accommodating on all our requests. When the tents were installed and all the other rental items were in place it looked magnificent. The ambience that the tent provided was above my imagination. It was truly magical and made all my daughters dreams come true. The condition of all rentals were clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend marquee rental company to anyone having a special event. You will not be disappointed!!!

Kerrville Festival of the Arts just used Marquee for the first time. They had to work in a very confined area and with demanding time lines. They met or exceeded every requirement. The tents are clean and attractive; they withstood a major storm allowing no damage to the Fine Art inside. Damon, Lisa, and Carl are professional, knowledgeable and were dedicated to the success of our event. Their crews were polite, courteous and competent. We will definitely call on Marquee anytime we need event services.

After visiting another rental service, we visited the Marquee showroom. They offered more variety of linens and table settings and their products were more upscale. The customer service was excellent. They were quick to respond to any question. I would definitely use them again!

I would give zero stars. I had to spend several hours cleaning stains and dried food off of my tables, benches, and chairs. I received two different knife styles so my silverware did not match. About 1/4 of the chairs I received were severely damaged. My rentals were embarrassing and several of my guests made comments about the condition of my chairs. I contacted Lisa with my concerns and sent her pictures. She agreed that my rentals were not up to their standards, but stated there was nothing they could do about it. I can’t believe I paid $1300 to see busted chairs in my wedding photos!

They were HOURS late and reeked of weed when they did eventually show up. When I called to tell the managment what happened on Monday (they are closed Sundays) I was told a manager would get back to me. When we eventually heard back from him it was to tell us that they had double charged us for delivery. After telling the GM what happened he 1) acted like they had done us some grand favor by doing the thing we paid them to do and 2) Well, what do you expect us to do about it?. As if asking that people who are delivering the tables for your wedding rehearsal be on time and not so high that they get lost between San Antonio and Blanco (its literally a straight line between the 2) is just too damn much.I will say that the Austin location has been amazing to deal with and much less rude, but I still would stay far, far away from these people if you want a stress free event.

It was my master graduation and I needed to rent chairs and tables, I called several companies and none of them had anything available, probably they didnt wanted to rent since it was only 3 tables and 24 chairs. Jo helped me and immediately sent me the quote via email, In addition to that I couldnt take the chairs and tables back because I dont own a truck and I couldnt find someone with a truck, I call them and they were super nice about it and gave me an extra day to return the items!! thank you !!!

I was very happy with my experience. My mom and I rented equipment for my graduation party and the consultant answered all my questions. On delivery day the equipment was on time and clean. I would refer everyone here and will rent from them again.

A great place to get your party set ups. They have everything you could possible need, tables, chairs etc.

Website, google, store front, and voicemail ALL have different hours posted. Super hard to get a hold of anyone.
