Son has no excuse not to mow our lawn. He bought a Wright 32 inch stand-on mower. The people at ZRiders are friendly and helpful. They took the time to answer his questions and gave him pointers on how to take care of the machine and operate it safely. It looks like fun ... I want to mow a large lawn now ... not really.

Bought a brand new 48 Redmax....was told I could get parts there....ruin a blade and havent been able to get another....for 4 weeks .got no cooperation and no blades. They where rude and werent helpful at all. They are crooks! I dont recommend this place to nobody.

I had an issue with my new Toro electric start/push-type lawn mower. Even though they were booked for 6 weeks--they were willing to fit me in and take a look at my mower. They resolved the issue in a very short time. They did quality work and their customer service was excellent. They took a sincere interest in my mower issue, they were very honest in their assessment of the issue and the resolution of the issue, and they were very fair re charging for their work.

Bad service I was in line waiting for a service one guy answering phone calls the other just walking back and forward looks like they not getting paid.

No one ever came out to help us.

Got my lawn mower tuned up. Runs good. They said 3 weeks to get done. Job complete in 2 and a half. And they did call me when mower was ready. There also are knowledgeable on parts. Pleased.

Had a great experience when I purchased my mower they did give me the best deal in town. The issue that Ive had was when they registered the product under a different company went back multiple times to get it corrected and still no change; this is important when warranty work needs to be done. One sales/parts guy is excellent never any issue but the other always gets me the wrong part. Even though Ive had these issues I keep going back and purchase product from them, because the guys are good not accurate but good they have the best selection of merchandise without having to drive very far.

Great customer service. Even though I dont understand lawn mowers at all they helped me pick the right one. Very happy with my purchase they were not pushy at all and gave me explanations which one I should get. They have very big inventory and a lot of different mowers to choose from. I recomend them to everybody.

Worst customer service I have ever had went there to order a part they said they didnt have it but could order it and that it would be there in 2 days and that they would call me to let me know. I went back a week later on a Tuesday to pick it up well I was there for about half an hour cause they couldnt find that I placed an order well half an hour goes by they finally find when I came in an ordered it then they tell me when they ordered it that they were out which they didnt tell me when I ordered it or even call me to let me know. They looked up the part agian and they told me they have 8 that are in stock to order an could order one an that it would be here thursday well I call friday to see if its in cause I live an hour away and they tell me that I have never even been there and that I didnt order anything. I will never go back agian

Terrible service, took over 3 months just to get my lawn mower back. This placed never called me to let me know when it would be ready. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT to take any of your lawn items to be serviced here...or youll be very disappointed like I was. First time using them...and the very last time using them!I just followed up with this place today and found out that the company wasnt waiting on parts to fix my lawn mower...nope, they just totally forgot it fix it and lost the ticket...thats why they never called me back and its been sitting in their shop for over three months.If I could give them -stars I would, but the only way to allow other customer to know how disappointing and unprofessional this company is...I would have to give them one star that they dont even deserve.If you cant trust them with a $200 lawn mower that just needs a carburetor cleaning...good luck trusting them with more expensive items of yours!

Do Not take them your lawnmower!I called and asked if they could repair a weed eater they said turn around was around 1 week.I then called a week later asking about warranty work for a lawnmower all of a sudden they say they are 6+ weeks behind on work?How does that happen in a weeks time?They are trying to give people the run around.This place is not getting any of my business and i warn everyone else.

I dropped off a chainsaw 2 months ago to get a trigger put on. They told me 3 weeks out I said ok, I called a month later they said they couldnt find it but that they would call me back I waiting for a month for a call back and nothing, I called back they told me the same thing they would call me back at 9 am the next day, no call. I called today they couldnt find it they finally found it and they never touched it. I asked what happened to 3 weeks they said we havent looked at it I said why they said just because. I went to pick it up and they wanted signatures and storage fees. No I dont pay I got my saw and left.

I went in to buy a part. Gave me wrong one. Went back to exchange but they didnt have it so i asked for refund. They credited my card and gave me the receipt but then they charged it again later. Wasnt worth the trouble of going all the way back over their to complain, but never goin back there for sure. If you buy from them dont use a credit card. Use cash and save your receipt.

Says it was supposed to be open today Monday at 8am... Got here at 8:10 and door sign says closed Saturday-Sunday.... Wasted time.
