Urban Tree Company did a fantastic job pruning and cleaning up overgrown oaks, cedar elms and crape myrtles, and cutting down two trees. The crew was polite, worked efficiently in a timely manner. The clean up was faultless. I highly recommend Urban Tree Company.

I MET THEM AT THE FARMERS MARKET IN BOERNE AND DECIEDED TO GIVE A DEAD CROOKED WILLOW A TRIM.THE CREW WHO CAME OUT WAS GREAT. THEY LISTENED TO MY IDEA OF USING THE BRACHES TO MAKE A BIRD ROOST ON MY POLE BIRD FEEDERS. BEFORE I KNEW IT THEY HAD WIRED 2 GREAT LARGE LIMBS TO THE FEEDERS AND MADE THEM LOOK LIKE A TREE. TOOKA A COUPLE OF DAYS BUT NOW THE BIRDS ARE VERY HAPPYI WILL USE THEM TO TADKE THE TREE DOW EVENTUALLYTHEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE ALSO.YOU CAN SEE WHAT LEFT OF ORIGINAL CROOKED WILLOW AND THE BIRD HABITATGOOD WAY TO RESUE AND RECYCLE

I used Urban Soil to perform a deep-root fertilization of some very big and old oak trees in my back yard. These trees cannot be replaced and I would not risk losing these trees to just any tree company. They were on time and did a complete job as expected. I plan to continue to use Urban Soil for my soil and tree needs.

These people are conscientious! hey do what they say they will do and dont quit until the job is done. We had service one day hen it was pouring rain. They didnt quit. We think the world of this company. They even found a particular fungus on one of our big elms and injected solution to help strengthen the tree and kill the fungus. Thank you!

They did a awesome job on a big oak over my swimming pool and were very clean and professional at the time of doing it. They pick up all branches and hauled them off. Great communication with office and staff on job site. Reasonably priced for all work .

Went to get loaded quick and easy. Love this place and their setup. They got recycled base, different topsoil’s and a lot more. Also a dumpsite for Concrete, Fill, Etc.. for Truck drivers like myself great place. Oh FYI the loader’s on Channel 7.

We hired Urban Soil to clear a large, rear section of our property in advance of a planned sport-court project. The team was on time, professional and did an excellent job. In fact, they exceeded our expectations and showed a lot of flexibility in allowing us to provide direction on which areas to address so that we maintained privacy at our property line. This is the second time we have used Urban for clearing underbrush, tree trimming and stump grinding. The cuts on the trees are painted. Everything is cleaned up where necessary. They are very professional. Scott came out to look at the job and a detailed bid was sent promptly. They show up when scheduled. Urban Soil did a wonderful job on our front and back yard. The guys were the nicest and most knowledgeable guys that ever worked on our yard. I love how organized they were too. Joaquin and the guys removed all the dead and sick bushes, all the old tree trunks and cleaned up and trimmed all our wonderful oak trees in the front and backyard. Climbers didnt have proper safety equipment on. Chainsaw chaps, helmets, safety glasses etc. Trimmer (chino) smelled of alcohol. Not professional at all. Arborist dont have the standards the Northern parts of the country have.

Provided much needed amendment to my drab soil. may cut some hay on my 1/4 acre lol also trimmed a few trees just right, not too much not too little. good folks doing good work, thanks urban soil, highly recommend

Urban Soil, Land, and Tree is NOT a licensed tree contractor for the city of San Antonio and using them is illegal. You can look up ethical, licensed tree trimmers on the contractor page of the City of San Antonio website. My neighbors used this company. The company used alley access to remove all the branches of an enormous dying tree over their clients house, leaving the tree leaning at a 30 degree angle with all the weight towards my house and another neighbors house. This tree originates on my neighbors property and is dying but Urban Soil does not care. They backed into my wood fence and did not tell me. I had to force them to fix it which included nailing back in the broken boards and putting a piece of wood in the ground to make up for the hole that was made next to one of my fence posts when it was backed into. They were not interested in resetting the post properly in the concrete. They put giant divots in the alleyway which has caused extensive drainage problems since. They also destroyed the level gravel behind my neighbors garage and did not put it back as it was. I was promised the arborist (HA!) would come back and take care of the fact that the dying tree is buried in dirt, 3 feet up the trunk, even shook on it and they never returned. Also including a review on our neighborhoods home contractor list - they wont be back in this neighborhood after everyone sees that and my neighbors reviews. Again, they are not licensed with the City of San Antonio and using them will not only permanently damage your valuable trees, but perhaps damage your neighbors property as well. Be a good neighbor.
