Bad customer service lack of personal will to help, seems everyone doesnt like there job and passes it down to the customers who keep them in business.

I have done business with them in the past and they were okay, just okay! and Marco has always been prompt with helping me but the last few days I have tried to make a order and I have left messages for him and I get no response, I ask for someone else and they send me to a recording, I ask for he manager and they tell me he is out to lunch! I guess they have bigger fish to fry and I am no longer their concern!

No one greeted me as I walked in, the men acted like they didnt know what I was talking about when they spoke to my husband a hour prior. They made me drive to the side of the building after taking 10 mins running my card, and I end up waiting 20 mins to have someone carry out the door I need. THEN, he takes my receipt, and I said I needed that. He said he will be back and I had to wait even longer. Unprofessional.

They dont treat the employees equally, managers are unorganized, and dont follow rules

They always short us on materials and are always late on deliverys
