Very nice selection especially the engraving on the spot for certain pieces. Gaby was out sales person and she was patient and very helpful during our shopping. Definitely a great asset to the store. Even though it was her first time engraving she did an excellent job. I have been to other pandora locations but this location exceeded my expectations. Good job gaby and her coworker showing her the steps on using machine.

My husband and I came here mid week shopping for my birthday.The store was very clean. They only allow so many people in at a time. Staff wore their masks, its what you would expect coming here.We had a really short tiny hispanic female as our associate, I didnt catch her name, so hints the description. She at first didnt strike me as talkative, like not at all, but as we continued with shopping she warmed up and was very helpful, sweet and just soft spoken.She cleaned my old pandora bracelet and charms, and assisted with finding me new charms. I wanted to see all that they had, showed her pictures of ones I found online as well. She was very patient with me, I appreciated that so much !!Left with a clean braclet and two brand new charms.Thank you !!

Friendly and good selection once you can get service. Slow service through. I understand its other customers, but have someone who can just checkout those who have already found what they want, rather than waiting on the associates who are showcasing every little charm to people that are lost.

I signed in at pandora I was there atleast 15 to 20 mintues never greeted. I was trying to purchase a few charms and and bracelet for my mom but I was skipped for the next person that walked in I been standing at the front case waiting for the a pandora rep!! Wow I left and went to Kays was Greeted Customer Service go a lone way!!

Super slow service, pandora have a year warranty but they didn’t want to change a present bought a week before (it was too big) because it wasn’t purchased in her store. I call pandora corporation and they say they have to change it. But the “manager “ Abigail didn’t change it and didn’t care what corporation have to say.

Out of stock with most items. Then the lady told my wife and I other pandoras doesnt carry what we were looking for and we shouldnt waste our time going elsewhere. Went to La Cantera pandora and was treated way better and they had a way better selection. If we werent in a time crunch I wouldve returned everything at this location and bought it again at the La Cantera location. Only 2 stars because it was closer location wise.

I went in there to buy a bracelet for my mom and the saleswoman, Alexsis, was very knowledgeable and professional when helping me find what was perfect for my mom.

Customer service is a big deal. Well, I dont think the staff was trained on this matter. I walked into the store and there are two Representatives that are helping two sets of customers (one couple & a Father & Son). So I walk around and browse because I want to start a charm bracelet for my sister. The Repre can oosentative that was assisting the Father and Son goes to the back as the Father & Son wait for her. The couple finishes their purchase and leave. The Representative that was assisting them now goes to the back as well. Neither one of them ever acknowledged that I was in the store. The Representative that assisted the couple starts to come back from the back room, but stops in the doorway and looks towards the back. Still havent been acknowledged. So I stand there and stare at her to see if she is going to say ANYTHING to me (btw I am 63 & 260lbs...kinda hard to miss). After some time I get the hint...I am not wanted in their store and leave. Thus is the 2nd time that Ive have an experience like this in a Pandora Store (the last time I was in Atlanta)...maybe I am missing something.

They lie about saying you can exchange gifts. They have poor customer service. I purchased a gift and it was the wrong size. They said at first you can exchange then when I went back to do so they said I cant. And told me to try a different location.

Bought a ring to give my friend as a present. Patricia (employee from Pandor)gave me the receipt and asked if I wanted her to put a gift receipt in the bag, I agreed. Went to the party gave the gift away and instead of a gift receipt she had put another copy of the original receipt. My friend saw it and said I now how much you paid for it, I felt awkward, I believe she though I left the receipt in the bag so she could see how much I spent on her.....
