I really like this place. Everything you need and a convenient drop off. You dont have to wait in line. Just drop off your package and they take care of the rest and they even thanked me for being their customer! Live the Stevie e here!

I was shipping a laptop that was already packaged and labeled. The lady told me to just put the package in a box by the wall. I asked if she would scan it in and she said the tracking number was already on the label. I asked her if I could get a receipt and she seemed put out and said “if you really want one”. Since it was a laptop I needed acknowledgement that the package was accepted. The boxes where they accumulate packages are against a far wall . As someone previously mentioned, there’s a lot going on there with a retail store and other clutter. It appeared to me that it would be easy for someone to grab a package from the bin and leave without anyone noticing. I left with my package and dropped it off at a corporately owned facility where the service was more professional and courteous!

I never give reviews but the customer support here at Olmos Park Postal Center is so outstanding I felt the need to give them a shout. We drop off packages here daily and very seldom have issues. The few times there were issues, typically the fault of UPS or FedEX, they have gone above the call to see that we were taken care of. I highly recommend them for any of your shipping, packing, or printing needs.

So many reviews seem to be made to blow off steam, but this is the one location I never had a problem, or a long line, or had my mail go missing. I run all my business through here now. Often these people blame an inundated system on the person they met face to face yet thousands of hands move that package. Everything here is camera monitored, they supply artisan goods from community creators, and have that warm personal touch I thought had left the postal service. Also, Scentsy products are a scent, not a smell lol.

I looked this place up and what a fantastic group of people !!! I had so many questions!!! Needed help and Irene the owner was fantastic!!!!!nNot only did the get my package shipped on time ! The service was amazing!!! I will be a client for life !

So, this is awesome... I call them and ask if a notary is in and they say yes, so I go there... Next, I need to print something and get this.. they wont print from a zip drive but let you email files for a 3.00$ fee.. then its .50c per page!... Better yet, when I arrived, not 10 minutes after I got off the phone, the notary was indeed NOT there.... I paid the fee for email and printed my pages and went to ups where a notary was there...Heres the best part.. out of curiosity I ask if they can print from a zip.. YES they can... Then I ask if I had to email, what would they charge, thats right, its FREE! Oh, and .10c per page too...Thank you FEDEX for the great ripoff of a recently laid off man.. youre awful

A mishap by the driver put our packages in limbo for over a week. Fedex Olmos Park Postal Center went above and beyond to ensure our packages were accounted for at the main hub when the driver missed scanning them. Without Olmos Park persistence Im positive our packages would have been lost or stolen. You can trust that they will do all they can to get things done.

If there was zero stars it fits perfect to the rating, I have taken my packages here to be picked by usps and somehow they have stolen over 10 of my packages at this location. I do not understand why or how, very unprofessional, very rude people.

I usually do not comment but the person in charge of this establishment was very rude to me when I asked him to follow up my package, he could not help me in any way he threatened to call the police if I did not withdraw from the place my package was sent to IRS but they did not receive anything so my only way to track it is to go to this establishment I would like to have some solution solution my problem

They have several things going on at this location. They sell Cricket stuff, nick-nacks and bluetooth DJ speaker systems.

The lady Irene at the front faxed info for me she’s very rude she over charged me she has her grandson running around the store in only a pull up no clothing whatsoever. The end of my services she threw money in my hand. I will never return to this place very unprofessional. No face mask on when they should due to covid-19 such a disgusting place of business

This place is great for all your mailing and packaging needs, but aside from all the different things they offer the ladies in the front are Rude,, like if the customer is supposed to know how things run and as far as pricing jeez they act like it cost them a fortune to help people out with faxing?. All in all I come here cause its convenient for me being Im a single mom, and then u come in to an office where ur hoping Id get good service but instead u get the attitude and faces?. Would not Recommend.. 👎

I was sending a next day FedEx. FedEx looms park tried to charge over $75 & charge me extra for signature required. I send FedEx packages several times a week. Something sounds crooked. When I asked I was informed that it the way THEY do it. I drove down the street to FedExOffice. My cost $24.02 and no charge for signature. Hmmmmmm! Like I told them, something sounds crooked about that place.

I had a really great customer experience here. I went in with a problem with my phone one morning and I was in a major hurry to get out of town. The young lady there helped me out big time. I think her name was Bethany. While in there I saw what else they had to offer. Shipping and some cool novelty gifts available. Great shop to have in the neighborhood.

Ive been a customer of theirs since back in the day when all they had were PO Boxes. Theyve always been quick to respond to questions, helpful w/ packaging for shipping and I especially appreciate the personal touch of flyers/invitations left in my box regarding company events. Theyre genuinely good people.In the last 10 yrs of being a customer, I have always been treated w/ respect and kindness. There a family run business, and they make their customers feel like part of their family.It bothers me to read bad reviews regarding these folks, Im not saying they didnt happen because i dont know, it very well may have.Everyone has an off day, sounds like they have had two. This postal center is pretty decent, the ladies are so good. The service provided is expensive but it is a postal center for just about anyone. And can ship, pack, mail, fax etc. Whatever you need. What I like is they provide personal mailboxes. Too.

After getting treated horribly by my local post office, I decided to give this place a chance. Not only did they print some documents from my e-mail, they packed and shipped a large piece of valuable art. Everything went great and my package arrived in perfect condition. If you are like me and need convenience, visit them!

This is the worst experience, by far, that I have ever had with a business. Not only was my packaged returned 3 time but each time it was blamed on me. Even though they packed it, addressed it, and shipped it. The woman is incredibly rude. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. After finally complaining about what a hassle it had become, the woman became irate and accused me of threatening her and said she was going to call the police. Let me add that I am a petite, soft spoken, woman without a fighting bone in my body. I was sending out Christmas care packages to soldiers in need. This was a community service project. Yet, I was treated as a second class citizen. Each time my package got returned to me, it was guaranteed to be delivered the next time. After the third time, I finally started complaining and the grinch of Olmos Park came out to ruin my holidays. Ive never been treated so rudely. She yelled, said it was my fault, accused ME of attacking her and hung up on me. I would avoid this place like the plague. Go anywhere but here.

The people at Olmos Park Postal Center are very helpful. They are always open to help us with all our shipping needs, from paper work to computers to office chairs and much more. We had a major copie job of over 1000 pages & they got it out in a very short time. Very happy.

She tried to package my product very fast & unprofessionally messy. I will never take my packages over there again because I felt disrespected.

Lazy and disrespectful... I will never come to this place again... I needed some letters printed and the lady actually opened them and started reading them out loud to everyone in the shop as if to embarrass me.... then when I said not to read my letters out loud... she yelled at me and said she would no longer help me...These people need to be trained in customer service... including the manager.

After explaining wee are not the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE, She became enraged and demanded that we fix her problem. Rather than be berated over the phone, we decided to help our loyal customers. We are not in the business of holding grudges. Mrs Bradley, we welcome you anytime. I will extend you a 20% discount on any merchandise you would like to purchase.

I went in to ship a hard copy of my paper for my masters program to my professor and Irene was very rude to me. She was very condescending and I did not appreciate it.I will never go here again.

Girl was not friendly, but defensive, couldnt tell her anything without being curtly responded to. She said I dontwhen I said- USPS, UPS finishes up the package for me and are very helpful and curteous. Not going back.

Need to change hours on Google it says they are open 24 hours. It doesnt matter if the hours are on the door many people dont read the door or see it from their car. And many people walk across the street to ask the hours

This place called me to charge me more money for packaging. They stated they had under charged. In the end I was charged 45 dollars for cardboard and bubble wrapping. The man behind the counter is very rude to people as well.
