I never have a problem using Embellish. Everything is very pretty and the colors are beautiful. I purchase a lot of gifts and everyone who receives them loves it. I would recommend them for sure.

Embellish Accessories and Gifts has been my go to for monogrammed items for several years. Everything that I have bought has been great quality and the workmanship is outstanding. I give them 4 Stars instead of 5 only because the price of some items seem a bit high even though the quality is very good. Also, I wish there was a deal on shipping. When that cost is added to the cost of the item, it very often give me pause in making the decision to purchase.

Embellish Accessories does monograms the right way! Not easy to find quality monogram products. Just received monogram tee. My favorite is monogram rain jacket - soft, water repellent and easy to pack!!

I do love the quality of the items, but shipping is high and the turnaround/shipping time is forever. Twice now (once for end of year gifts and once for Christmas gifts ) I had to go deliver them to teacher’s houses because I didn’t get my order in time.

I was very pleased with my monogram baseball cap. I’ve ordered several online from other retailers and usually feel like they’re better suited for children or youth, rather than my adult self. The cap fit perfectly, the color was accurately represented online, and the stitching was flawless. I will likely order from here again.

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME.I purchased one of the Mens monogramed Duffels it arrived and was beautiful so I ordered another that too was great so instead of stopping there I ordered a third anddddd a fourth I guess that was too much because the third one arrived with NO HARD BOTTOM I reached out them they got back to me once and I havent heard from them since. In the mean time the fourth one came IT WASNT EVEN THE SAME BAG!!! IT WASNT EVEN THE SAME MATERIAL!!! i HAVE REACHED OUT TO THE COMPANY AT LEAST 4 TIMES AND IF YOU GOT BACK TO ME SO DID THEY.! I have ordered several times from this company, and seem to always have the same experience. The most recent was I ordered a sun visor on May 25, 2020. I still had not received by June 27, so I sent an email asking them to advise me of the status of my order; at this time I also mentioned that this was a gift. I never received any confirmation that the email was received, much less answered. Then today on July 7, I finally received my order, with no explanation on why it took so long to complete or an answer to my email. Also, the event for which I was going to give this as a gift is over, so now my gift will be late!

Received my item with a very noticeable break in thread on the center letter. I was planning on giving this as a gift to my daughter for her birthday as she has always wanted a monogrammed tshirt. I have sent several emails and called the company. No response from them and it has been weeks. Wish I would of read reviews before I purchased my items and wasted my money on this company. The baseball cap I ordered with groupon is great. Unfortunately the shipping cost when I ordered it was almost as much as the cost of the hat. This should have been declared when I bought the groupon.

I took advantage of a sale and submitted a bulk order. Only 1 item came but when I notified Embellish the situation was corrected and the product perfect and an excellent way for me to being my 2020 Christmas shopping.

I ordered May 26 for a Fathers Day gift. As of July 28, I still havent received my order. I emailed Embellish 4 times with no response back to any of my 4 emails. Very upset with customer service and obviously I had no gift to give on Fathers Day. I have tried to call number provided. All I get is a referral back to email.

If I could have given it 0 Stars, I would have! The denim embroidered shirts that we ordered are not only of poor quality but also, the monogramming is TERRIBLE! One of the letters on the shirt is completely crooked. It appears as though the machine was not holding it properly. I called Living Social and was unable to return the item because Embellished Accessories cashed the voucher already. I was advised to contact the company directly. I did and after a week of phone calls and emails, I finally received a call back from the owner. It was only after I wrote an email that I would write a negative comment if she did not replace the item. My request was refused and she referred me to her return policy link. From reading the several reviews, customer service is pathetic and instead of the customer is always right, the owner is ALWAYS right in this instance! Or, she feels that shes infallible and will never admit that mistakes can occur. Instead of replacing the shirt, shes lost my future business and I am sure that of many others! Its a shame. She could have had a great gig going with Living Social by making every customer happy and have a huge return business. Not the case with me. Ill continue to search for another on-line business that will have great customer service!

Unfortunately, I am very displeased that you do not stand behind your product. Your Customer Service explanation and stance is not representative of quality control. None of the B’s in the monogramming chart you provided run into the middle initial, placed incorrectly, and are obviously not 1/3 of the first initial.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I got a few emails from Sadie which did not address my email nor help with any type of resolution. I begged for a phone call with 2 more emails that have gone unaddressed. I now have lost my money as well as the gifts purchased. Will never order from them through Groupon or directly. Just tried again to contact someone during business hours and got a voice recording and no way to leave a message...they have my money now, I have no product....CONSUMER BEWARE!

Awful experience! If I could have given them a zero, I would have. Ordered two items a month ago. They notified me by email that one of the items was out of stock, but they had it in a different color. I emailed them back requesting a picture of the other color. I got no response. I called them three times, but no one ever answers the phone, and there isnt an option to leave message. The other item that I purchased still hasnt come. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I am changing my 1 star review to a 5 star review b/c I just got my hat I ordered. My only complaint was that I wish they had a way to track your order. I was clueless that it was on its way and it took awhile to get. No one from the company responded to my messages. The hat came and looks great!

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They quickly took our money over 80 DAYS ago and we still havent received the merchandise! They promised delivery within 7-10 business days. Yeah, we get the we apologize for the delay emails, but these people need to get their act together!! This is ridiculous in the days of Amazon and overnight delivery! If there was a ZERO STARS rating, Id have given it!

I have called the company several times and left VMs, emailed several times, and now have to go through Groupon to get my money refunded because they will not respond. Do not waste your time with this company. I have already wasted enough of my time for both of us... I mean, who has a business and does not answer their phone, return calls, or answer emails? A company that is going out of business...

The monogrammed clutch is not worth your money! It is flimsy, as in hold with one hand to carry and it flaps over. The stitching on it is crooked. The pleather or whatever material it is, if even pleather, is sticky feeling. The chain that you can attach looks like something out of a gum ball machine. This clutch is not worth it!! I bought a Groupon for this clutch, and fortunately they gave me my money back & hopefully will stop doing business with them.

Very poor quality on the mermaid tail blankets. Scratchy, itchy, and uncomfortable material. I would not recommend at all.
