The owner was less than pleasant, my guess theyre not many Mexicans that come into her shop. She looked uncomfortable with us and followed my oldest daughter around. I would not have bought anything but my oldest daughter shelled out about $80 to help out a local business I doubt that well be back

I love their clothing but I am very disappointed in the lack of good customer service.I don’t understand how hard is it to answer a customer’s question??I rather go and spend money elsewhere other then with a business that don’t care to answer or help a customer.

Stopped in yesterday and came out with a different experience than my Mother. I was greeted warmly by the cashier (who was helping another customer). Soon after, I saw at least two other employees straightening up displays—while watching my daughter and I. No pleasantries were given. One lady even stared at us like we were going to steal something—never have I had this experience from anywhere in my life. I left the store soon after because I wasn’t going to spend my money in a place that I was so obviously not deemed wealthy enough to shop in their store. My Mother, on the other hand, was greeted pleasantly and was informed of their Galentine event, offered refreshments, and informed of a discount offer. Sadly disappointed with this business!

Ive shopped at Bless Your Heart for years and I truly do love the clothes and jewelry. But the staff is extremely rude and pushy. One example was when I was holding a top and the lady asked if I would like her to hold them. I said it was alright, because I still wasnt sure. She then make this worried look on her face and said shell hold them anyway, walking up and taking them from me. Then yesterday this other lady literally stepped in front of me while I was about two feet away of the clothes, making me move. Then started rearranging the clothes I was looking at. Ive seen that lady work there for as long as Ive been shopping there. You would think she would have better work manners than that.

I love the merchandise and have shopped there several times, but their friendliness needs some work.. the one lady always looks at me like what are you doing here like Im not good enough.. NOT friendly at all... so maybe ill try the other store soon..... if you own a business be friendly or DO NOT have one.........
