I have shopped in the store and online, and I have had a great experience in both. The staff is awesome, though there are two individuals I would like to mention in particular. Nick is the Store Manager, and he is courteous and profession at all times, and extremely knowledgeable regarding just about everything! Jasmine is in charge of online sales, and she is also very professional and helpful. She is prompt with online responses and my transactions with her were handled quickly and smoothly. All in all I would highly recommend this pawn shop over any other in town!

Shopped online on their eBay store, and received excellent customer service. Communication was fast and friendly, and I was able to find an item that I had been looking for in better condition than most of the other options on eBay! Jade was courteous and offered me local pick up. The store itself is super organized. I have never seen such a clean pawn shop. Everything was categorized, and easy to browse. I had the absolute worst time trying to find a an anniversary gift for my lady at other pawnshops. No service or knowledge. Until i came across alamo pawn. When i was online i corresponded about a keyboard with Jade and decided to stop in and check it out. I love this store! I like to pop in to see what kind James Avery charms they have their usually 50-60% off and even have retired pieces.

I was looking for a computer but didnt want to pay those high prices for a new one, so I stop-by Alamo Pawn and Jewelry. They had fair amount of computers, more Laptops than Desktops, but all of there computers were fairly New, not like some Pawn Shops that only have computers that are scratch-up, broken pieces, or missing keys. The Staff was Great, they have a Specialist that answered all my questions and even help me pick-out a computer that could handle all my work. I think the Specialist went beyond then what any regular Sales Person would have done. I got such a Great Deal that I will definitely go back for anything else Ill need in the future.

Yea i would not try and sell your stuff here just sell it on ebay. just brought in a DJI magic pro limited edition alpine white drone i’ve used once; it sells for 995.00 (i know cause the price is still on the box) they said it sells for $700 max and $559 on bay.. nah fam the highest listing on ebay is $1099 (for the kit with 2 extra batteries; which i have) the $559 is for the grey/silver model not the white. i should’ve listened to the reviews.. cause they offered $200 most $250... that’s gonna be a hard pass

They play with your stuff and leave it on new settings. They label it worn and used even though its new to cover themselves and they lose your parts only to say, If you had brought it in that day! We cleaned and threw everything away!. REALLY!? Do you see how transparent this sounds?

Had not been in here for 2 years, went in to see about getting a loan on some like new items, it only took about 3 min for the two employees there to refresh my memory as to why I stopped doing business there 2 years ago.

Got a good deal on an ipod touch. Battery kept draining, would not keep a charge, searched some fixes on google now it is lasting its normal battery time. Probably the reason it was pawned. Overall friendly staff, place is kind of small though.

They have a couple of friendly people there, but there is this one guy. Hes a skinny looking guy, with a short regular haircut. Hes pompous, hes arrogant, and seems to always interfere in everybodys deal, or business. He doesnt do it to the girl thats a manager, but when shes not there, he acts like a nosey little jerk. Another thing he does is lowball the hell out of people, as well as put down their stuff. U could bring in the holy grail, or the ark of the covenant, and he would still put ur stuff down. Bes the reason why I will not be returning again.

When these people say as is...they mean it! Bought an ipad that worked for a total of 8 hours. Call the next day and was told i could bring it in but all they can do is look at. Be careful when purchasing high dollar items.

The male person who attended me was rude, stated my guitar was cheap and try to say my guitar was as one he found on ebay for $40.00 but they were different designs. He had the adasadie to say my guitar was a cheaper of making then the one sold at ebay. My guitar is an antique from the 1960 in awesome condition with its case. With my jewelry that is 925 sterling silver he stated, was to expensive $50.00 each to buy from me. They were NEW jewelry with sterling silver 925 marked on them. I left the shop Bullied and persecuted from their employee! Never well return again!
