Jessica was fantastic as our wedding florist--I wanted more mossy/ivy than a conventional white flower wedding theme. We also used her for the linens. The tables looked fantastic, and she was very conscientious of our budget. My mother in law wanted to pay for the flowers for the wedding party, so Jessica created a separate proposal to help make that happen. She was very communicative during the whole process.

Freesia Designs exceeded all our expectations for our wedding day. She had the most beautiful flowers at our event and did exactly what she promised at our mock up meeting. She brought my my Pinterest wedding dream to life. Our guests cannot stop talking about the floral and how amazing it was!

Dealing with freesia, especially regarding communication was frustrating. Jessica did not deliver what we wanted for my daughter’s wedding because she was so very difficult to contact and get in touch with. Jessica also didn’t show up for our meeting a week before the wedding and blamed her staff for not knowing when she and I scheduled the meeting. Maddening!

Freesia Designs helped me pick out my wedding flowers and centerpieces and they took my ideas and made them reality! I loved how all the flowers and centerpieces looked. We were able to reuse ceremony decor for our reception to cut down costs and that was so helpful! I am still in love with the beautiful colors all coming together in my wedding bouquet and in all of my bridesmaids bouquets and the tiny details on every detail. I will definitely be recommending Freesia Designs to friends and family!

Would totally recommend working with Jessica and Fressia Designs. I met Jessica and her husband at an open house and loved her from the get go. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and completely willing to work with you and your budget. I have nothing but positive things to say about her and her business. And she of course makes beautiful arrangements and makes your vision come to life.

My husband and I used Freesia for our wedding. Everything came out completely beautiful as expected. Jessica Christopher and the rest of the team made my day special. I recommend using Freesia anytime.

Pretty disappointed, I sent an inquiry October 9, sent a follow up email directly to Jessica’s email on October 16, then another follow up to her email on November 8. I have yet to hear back. This company came highly recommended by my wedding coordinator, but I’d be wary to use them if I can’t even get in contact with them for a consult.

Would not recommend! To start, they showed up 1.5 hours late to my wedding because they were turned around - yet the florist told me they do weddings there ALL the time. So, none of my bride/bridesmaid photos have any florals. They forgot the flower girls basket of pedals. I was told to provide inspiration photos of bouquet and center pieces, I made a Pinterest board just for the florist... my centerpieces had ZERO greenery (I had aske for a TON of eucalyptus everywhere, there wasnt a single piece of eucalyptus to be found), my bouquet was small and tight, I wanted big and flowy on the sides - the 2 easiest tasks, FAIL. Would not answer calls or texts day of the wedding... imagine how a bride feels when she thinks shes about to have a wedding without any florals showing up???!!! Wrote an email to express my concerns, still no response hence the review. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

After my initial consultation and quote I was impressed by what I was getting for my money and the attention to detail. They listened to my very specific wants and made it happen. We had a destination wedding in San Antonio which was hard to plan from states away, not to mention the fact it happened during Covid-19, but Freesia Designs was fantastic to work with. I had a very good idea of what I wanted and the day-of everything looked better than I could’ve imagined! The bridesmaids all gushed over their bouquets and guests loved the tabletop decor! They took care of everything from flowers, to vases, decor, easels and stands. We planned a black tie wedding and florals matched the elegance of the rest of the evening. I would highly recommend them to any bride.

I had such a great experience with Freesia Designs. My husband and I lived out of town and were simply not going to be able to make it into a town for a consultation... but the staff at Freesia worked with me anyway, and did a fantastic job.My vision was very loose -- my wedding didnt have a color and all I wanted was for my bouquet to looks as though someone had scooped up a bunch of flowers from a field of wildflowers. I explained this to Christopher (who was just wonderful to work with) and that I wanted the spray above our wedding arch and my husbands boutonniere to have a similar theme. They had to work with me on budget as well, and were incredible at getting us close to my target price.When the flowers arrived, I was blown away. They nailed it -- actually, they nailed it PLUS some. It was better than I expected. A bunch of people stopped by our arch because they loved the flowers and wanted pictures under it.Listen, flowers can get expensive... if you want to work with someone you can trust, I cant recommend Freesia enough. They were great. Thank you so much for helping to make our special day even more special.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - The way they perceive themselves to be in the beginning is not at all how they actually are once you sign and are stuck with them. Our initial consultation was with the owner herself, Jessica. At that meeting she put on quite the show for us, acting as if she was being so helpful and accommodating and gave me her own cell number and told me to reach out to her with any questions throughout the whole process and she would help me. Numerous times later I tried to get in contact with her either by texting her or sending emails, most of which I would never get a response to so that later became evident that it was just a temporary ploy to get my business until I signed with them. Because her communication and customer service were so horrendous someone named Chris ended up becoming my primary contact. He was ok until the NIGHT BEFORE our wedding at our rehearsal dinner he emails me saying something along the lines of just wanted to remind you that you had to buy candles for your lanterns. #1 - why in the world would you send a reminder the night before this is supposed to happen - theres not even anything we can do by that point. So unprofessional. #2 - we werent even responsible for providing these candles as it explicitly stated in my contract and Jessica had told us in person the only thing we were responsible for bringing was our floating candles for vases. The morning of the wedding the company arrives and starts to bring our items in and there is something wrong with literally every single thing we ordered - and we ordered the biggest package so that is quite a few mistakes. I was extremely specific in that most of our floral was supposed to be Burgundy, instead she gave us red. She put bright purples and pinks that were not anywhere in our entire contract and they were so flashy it looked like it was for a Spring wedding - definitely not winter. She literally wrote in our contract long arch decor to cover our arch for the ceremony and the one they arrived with didnt even cover half of it. Thats not even all of the errors. When the delivery man called her to try to find a solution her response was that we could just let them take it all back to the shop and theyll refund us as if it was an option to have absolutely no floral at our wedding. The man literally looked embarrassed just to even tell me that option and our coordinator that was there at the time was equally disgusted and immediately responded that that was obviously not an option. For Jessica, the owner of the company, to even suggest that when it was her that made so many errors, is completely pathetic. Almost every step of the way with this company was horrible and I will never recommend them to anyone. Dont let the cheaper prices pull you in, its not worth it.

I tried to get a quote and was very excited to hear from them. I filled out their questionnaire. Waited a few days but didnt hear anything. When I reached out asking about it, I was told Id have the quote the next day. Its a week later and Ive still not heard back. Ive decided to just look for a different florist as I dont want to risk this type of silence and customer service when trying to plan my flowers for my wedding.I sent an email saying a quote wasn’t necessary anymore and very soon after got 2 calls, a text, and an email. The text didn’t mention they were with Freesia Designs and only said “Hi” and my name which was spelled incorrectly. I responded to the email that once again, we are uninterested. I got a reply saying that they’d give a $200 gift certificate to the runner up for the raffle, I guess as an attempt to get our business still. If it was a legitimate raffle prize, they made no mention of a raffle to me previously and you’d think they would’ve mentioned that in the previous email.. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I had my daughters wedding on July 21,2018 and at a very beautiful gardenside location. We were very disappointed in the flowers! They looked wilted and did not have all the flowers we asked for. Mostly at the alter we expected flower arrangement to fit across the gazebo and it was a bushel of flowers in a bunch of greenery, which my daughter said she did not want. Will not use Freesia again nor refer!! The entry way should have had four flower bouquets, had only two and one side had one rose and the other had about four roses! Glad we didnt use freesia for the head table!!! When we would call and Jessica wasnt in the office no one in the office could help or answer any of our questions! Requested sample pictures of flowers, were never sent, was told cant get in the computer!! Balance was never the same, never went by a current invoice just horrible customer service!!! The wrist corsage kept coming untied or ribbon kept getting loose and kept rotating on our wrist, finally just took it off and threw in trash, it wasnt worth keeping ! Never Never again will I use Freesia!!!

We had the most beautiful arrangements and decorations from Freesia Designs. We also used Candy as an event coordinator and she made sure the whole event went off without a hitch and was so easy. Great experience all around!

I live in Japan and my recipient lives in Texas . The first time I made a purchase here was last Valentine’s Day. A flower for my boyfriend 😂. He do really loved it ! The second time was last Mother’s Day. A flower for my boyfriend’s mom . Like the first time, my recipient was so happy for the flowers are really beautiful and fresh . I was skeptical about using a flower shop for Valentines but I ended up using them and they did a fabulous job for my wife I am so happy and I feel so good that I used them... I will be using them again they wereawesome
