Gen,I don’t have time to go back and forth about this, but I will pay this invoice; however, I’m still disputing the amount since the unit was never serviced since it was dropped off. We should only pay the August payment if the driver actually shows up to clean the unit… You should be crediting us $426.42. I will be reporting this to BBB and Google reviews. I have sent far too many emails and had too many conversations to continue being told we have to pay for services that we did not receive. You wouldn’t pay for a meal that never arrives at the table would you?…
Never would we use this company again. We set our account up with them in August of 2019 for a portable toilet. Autopay was set up at the same time. 21 months later I just received an email with a $2,700 bill. I except the fact that I should have watched the account closer but that is why I set up autopay. I was told this is why they changed systems. 21 months without a payment being taken out and just hearing now about this. We will obviously be taken care of our bill but this company has also been instructed to remove their product ASAP. NEVER AGAIN

The service that you are promised by supervisors such as Daniel and, the service that you actually get are 2 very different things. Unreliable. I do not recommend this company and Ill be taking my business to a local company.
