Absolutely ridiculous.... Hey James, I am only a field tech that works with a P.O. system with a major company.... so can’t place anything with yall online. Loss of business and was a huge inconvenience for us. Continued to us services in New Braunfels with no issues... strange? Found other companies to business with and wont return.
Worst customer service; they’ve got no clue what’s going on for the orders or tracking them; lost my order 3x and delayed my project a week. Finally had the original rep tell me that the order never got put in and would have to start all over after making 4 trips into the store. Saddening considering I met ‘Mr. Mike Fastenal’ and he was adamant after the 3rd attempt they’d fix the issue?! Too bad his resolve is left at those words; Half the time his staff were in the back and I had to go get them to get help. Ended up using Alamo Bolt ... guess I should have used them in the first place when they had to order the screws in? But still... This a prime example why stores like this will end up being gone in 5yrs with Amazon taking these dysfunctional stores out to the shed, tragic but predictable!
