Very poor service! My mom went to port over from Boost and the “manager” didn’t make sure her phone was working correctly before she left. She was not receiving any incoming calls for 2 days!!! Had to go to another store today to get the situation fixed that should’ve been handled the first time around! Apparently they don’t care about anything but a sale! Never coming to THIS store again and will not recommend to others.

What a great store!!!! This MetroPCS takes care of there customers. The Employees here are very friendly and have the patience to work with you about your questions. Also this metro will not over charge or add extra charges to your plan. Overall great experience and i will make this my personal MetroPCS store from now on.

The big girl in store with attitude is sneaky this girl was posting reviews using my email when she was supposed to be fixing my phone. I reported to corporate and google half the reviews not even real it seems like they wrote them.Didnt even fix issue! I called customer care and they been doing a ticket for weeks! I have not had a generally great experience with metro the last 3 years but this little branch made me happy today. Expected 1 or 2 slackers that had no idea what they were doing and were going to run through the same motions to troubleshoot my problems that I had previously already tried.Total opposite: Cyann and Christin listened and were very attentive. Showed me what they were doing, asked me questions, trusted my recommendations and (annoyingly) tried to up-sell me. Loved em. Fixed the issue, and smiled the whole time. Good place. Go here.

The only reason we are taking off 3 stars is for the evening before we bought our phones... I called the store and spoke with someone there and told him that my husband was heading over there, but might make it a couple mins after they closed, and he said theyd set him up with the phones we each wanted... However when he arrived 5 mins early, they refused him service and said he would have to come back tomorrow... My husband has seizures and cant drive, so he had to take a cab... A $40 cab ride there AND back for nothing but being turned away... It honestly upset us to the point of wanting to go to a different store the next day, but this store was the only one with our phones in stock... My husband went down there for the second time and was taken care of by someone other than the guy that literally shut the door in his face... My husband said it was a basic interaction, nothing spectacular but nothing bad either... My advice would be that if you want great customer service, look elsewhere... You get a great network and great phones at an even better price, but with that the customer service does suffer... Give and take I suppose...
