The staff that works here is super knowledgeable, helpful and pretty but i have been to this location twice in the past few week and boyh times the AIR CONDITIONING IS BROKE. I walk out sweating harder then if i went to the gym😡 until fixed i will be taking my business elsewhere. I would have figured with all the overpriced items that get sold here they could keep up with the maintenance 🤦🏼‍♂️ the owner must be very cheap, im surprised the workers are so loyal to even work in this environment.

Okay let make something clear... If you are working for a phone company and consider yourself an authorized dealer you must be able to answer a customers question with no problem. I asked that if i had insurance on my phone and lost it would i be covered? The young lady gives me a look of confusion walks around the counter and hands me a pamphlet of the insurance plans and says read it its somewhere in there😂😂😂 FIRED

Just cracked the face of my phone. Not to worry, I have insurance . with a 50.00 deductible. The repair costs less than that. Unfortunately I didnt find them very helpful. Instead they sold me a plastic cover to hold my cracked face together. Very disappointed in this particular metro Pcs.
