Stay away. Very toxic environment. Owner treats employees like crud and talks bad behind them. He takes pleasure in finding whats wrong and points out all mistakes by bashing verbally. Keeps employees on edge. I worked there for over a month and put up with the verbal abuse hoping it would change. I was taught elsewhere that it was a red flag about a company that decreases in size, used to have over 10 employees which ended up being 3 full time. Owner is too narcistic to let anyone communicate and complains that theres not enough communication. The whole company is a mess and unorganized.

Wonderful place to work! I have far exceeded my knowledge coming into this place of employment starting 3 years ago! Continue to expand my technical knowledge in this field every day.The owner Art is very easy to work with and makes for a great work environment that is both productive and awesome to come to ever day!Over the years working here I have the pleasure of working with amazing co workers and the owner to help exceed customers needs each day.

Coming from a software design background, I appreciate the time and effort it takes when creating something. The owner is an electrical engineer who has been building UL approved industrial cabinets for 35 years. I admire his attention to detail, tenacity when faced with tight deadlines as well as the beauty of the finished product. Working with a man of his knowledge and experience provides an excellent resource when one desires to broaden their knowledge in the industrial field.

Still wonder how this dude has managed to stay in business.. After my co-worker who had been there 1 year before i started, quit, i lost hope. I lasted 3 months in this awful of a place to work due to the owners own actions and no respect to his few employees he barley has. Dont take my word for it. Go for it and good luck if you end up working here. ( thats his mans though!)

Awful place to work at. Everyone is constantly on edge because of the owner, who likes to bully his employees for entertainment. As everyone else says, the toxic environment reflects in the products produced.

The owner will be the death of this place, he is his own worst enemy. Art has zero human interaction skills and no place as a business owner. He pays is staff $7.25 a hour and it reflects in the quality of the product.

Terrible, STAY AWAY!!! The owner is a monster of a man who cannot stick to his word and is a horrible person to work with. The staff is under constant stress from a owner who knows nothing about conducting a business and due to that the quality of the products reflect that.

Worked there for almost 2yrs the owner lost respect for as an employee then as an man working there was the worst 2yrs of my life the owner is very disrespectful to all the employees all the time I would never advise anyone to deal with him or his business just an real joke just glad to be free
