Our sales agent. Stopped answering our phone calls or eight emails. The color of the windows was not what I expected. They did give us a less than 10% discount for it. However, the service has been atrocious. There were several broken parts on the windows. While they continue to try and replace them or repair them, something continues to go wrong. While they are all very kind, they never seem to have the correct color or the correct item needed to finish our job. It has been extremely frustrating.

We looked into and spoke with multiple well known and respected window companies while shopping for our new windows. Pella offered the best prices and interest rates so we ultimately choose them. While waiting on the windows, Pella would call to give us updates and kept us informed. When they arrived to install the windows, they were on time and very professional. They were respectful of our home every time they entered. In just 2 short days, we had beautiful new windows throughout out home. The crew even cleaned the windows and cleaned up inside the house and around the windows outside. Pella has also followed up with us multiple times since the install to make sure we are still completely satisfied. Their customer service is professional and caring.The windows are beautiful! We have people compliment our home regularly now. I never realized how much new windows could change the appearance of a home. Not only are the windows beautiful, they have also reduced outside noise. I think the most remarkable finding occurred on a day that was over 100 degrees outside and when my husband touched the inside of the window, it was cool to touch unlike the old windows that were hot or cold depending on the weather outside.The windows are not only functional but also beautiful!! I would highly recommend this company!

Its impossible to say enough good things. Jared was the sales rep for my area. He sat down with me at my dining room table (socially distanced, masks on) and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, what I needed, and what was in my budget. He was warm, sincere, and honest, which sounds weird to say about a stranger selling you a door, but it was truly the best buying experience Ive ever had, regardless of whatever I was purchasing. The installation team was professional, courteous, efficient, and did an excellent job. The door, itself, is high quality, very attractive, and all by itself probably increased the value of my home by much more than it cost. Pella products arent cheap, but you really do get what you pay for, both in terms of product quality, and the buying and installation experience.

Took a long time to get here, but my windows are replaced. The salesman was fun but always informative. The installers were professional, tidy, and gave great advice on window repairs and installation.I think the only negative experience was that I had rotted wood around my prior windows, wchich is why I needed new windows. However, Pella was not able to repair or even inspect the rotted wood damage, I had to get another company to fix the wood first, then have Plywood put over my windows until the Pella installation date.It was difficult to manage communication and repair expectations for one company, that was requested by another.

We had 3 different quotes for windows and Pella was our final decision. From the customer service to the knowledge they had in helping us pick the right windows for our house,. The installers were very friendly and super efficient. The Pella team in San Antonio has exceeded our expectations and the windows look amazing! I ordered a sliding glass door from Pella. Jared was my sales rep. He was very professional and listened to what it was that we wanted. It took 2-3 months for the door to come in. The door was installed on the day promised, 9am sharp. The guys took their time and cleaned up behind themselves. They cared about the kind of job they did and the impression they left. Pella had the best price and the best people. Would recommend.

My experience with Pella Windows & Doors of San Antonio was highly positive from start to finish. We needed to have all the windows of our home replaced and, because we had been living in the house for a year, the work had to be done without causing significant disruption. The windows had to be made to order and then installed. This was a multi-step process - initial estimate, actual measurements of window openings, scheduling of installation dates, and window delivery and installation. Pella of San Antonio was highly competent at each and every step. Their office phone was always answered and I was always directed to the right person. The people doing the initial estimation (Jared) and measurement of openings were very professional. The scheduling office was helpful and tried to give me dates keeping my own schedule in mind. There were no unnecessary delays. The windows are of high quality. The part of the whole experience that is really responsible for the 5 stars is the installation crew (Olivio construction) - they replaced more than 14 windows in 2- 3 days. They worked very calmly and carefully and did not rush The cleaned up as they went along. They very extremely professional and respectful of our wishes. This was the part of the window replacement process that I was most afraid of but I neednt have worried. The installation was done very professionally and our house looks great now! I would use Pella again.

I asked for a window quote on a home I recently purchased. When the sales person arrived I asked are you vaccinated? The sales guy very rudely responded back with does it matter? I then said well I can give you a mask and I can mask up. He said he didn’t have a mask. I said I have a new one he can use, he wasn’t interested. Covid aside, if a customer asks you something you don’t respond so rudely, regardless of your belief sets.

!!!BUYER BEWARE!!! Before the sale the service was excellent, very professional and great communication, then I signed the contract and gave the down payment. After signing the only communication was when I asked questions, sent text to the salesman, who was very responsive pre-sale and got zero response until someone from the office finally responded that they had taken over communication.The windows were delayed and they way over promised the installation date, by a couple of months. Once the windows were in they scheduled the install and a sub crew showed up (a day late) to do the install, not a Pella Employee, and proceeded to do a sloppy install. I had to take another day off so they could finish the job within the time frame they promised. Upon completion It looked like a 3rd grader did the caulking after drinking too many energy drinks. They sent the wrong trim boards and the screw covers did not and still do not stay in the windows. The most expensive windows were installed incorrectly (caulked over the screws needed for service on 2 of the 3) and there was little clean up done inside or outside the house they even left us some blood on walls and trim. I complained about the service and Pella sent out a white glove inspection which was another subcontractor that just wanted me to point out exactly what I didnt like so he could fix it, short version is he wasnt inspecting anything. After agreeing that he didnt have the time needed to do the repairs Pella sent out the installation manager who agreed that there were still a lot of items that needed clean up. He actually asked if he could send out the original sub crew which I could only laugh at, so he sent out the white glove inspection subcontractor again to make the repairs. The caulked screw holes on the most expensive wall still arent fixed, the screw covers are still not fixed (although they did try to mail me some but didnt put enough postage so the post office wouldnt deliver them). The down payment was February 2021 and its now October 2021, still incomplete and dissatisfied yet they sent me a letter with a past due invoice even though they have not asked for final payment until now.The Quality of the product is what I expected, they windows and doors are very nice.The LACK of quality from Pella Installation is disgusting and should be an embarrassment to Pella Corporate, totally dissatisfied with this project and I would NEVER refer Pella South Texas to ANYONE.Short Version BUY PELLA but find your own contractor to install

No contact post contract-signing unless you complain a lot and then they will keep you informed. Contract is very vague so be aware they can and will use loopholes. Door was ordered in April but not installed until August. Paint was wrong on exterior and not the same as existing interior ( matte and satin versus glossy on existing) but vagueness of contract makes it difficult to prevail so I give up and will paint it myself despite being charged for it. Note contract will not breakdown charges. My bad for bring trusting but heads up to anyone considering doing business with these people.

The Pella employees that came to install our custom windows were fast workers, polite, and considerate of our COVID protocols. They did a great job and we are happy with the results! We think Pella’s products are absolutely top notch. Every window in our home is a Pella window and 3 of our 4 doors are also made by Pella. Plus, you can’t beat their warranties and customer service.

If you call Pella Windows on Blanco Rd in San Antonio dont expect a quick response. There customer service is terrible. I placed a service order for a simple screen door repair. They did not have the parts or rollers on the truck to repair. Fast Forward 2-3 months, no communication on parts no communication on parts delay no communication at all. I had to make the call to see what the hell was going on with my service order. The woman Audry I called on June 11 did not call me back as she said she would. Instead she told the receptionist to handle call. So unprofessional. If you say your going to call be a Professional and call the customer back whether you are in the wrong or right, simple sales 101. Simple humility. Good product, terrible customer service.

The technicians that came out walked in were very respectful they were wearing their masks at the time my wife had let them in I was finishing a conference call she directed them to the door and without having to say a word to them these 2 guys fixed the issue within minutes. They even noticed that the lock on one of my French doors was not correct and like that the fixed it!!!! These guys unfortunately I did not get their names but were here the maximum time of 15 minutes and made a Pella customer for life I firmly believe that service after the sale is what truly represents a great company.

So far, I am pretty disappointed. We signed the agreement for our new door on April 8 and the install guys came to measure right away. Then two weeks later, the sales rep emailed to say that they just realized they hadnt collected payment. We called to issue payment right away and stated that we hoped it didnt delay the order. Now, theyve had payment for a couple weeks and I cant get a response on the install date. Everyday they email to say someone will contact me tomorrow. Ive called the office to speak to a manager and still no call back. At this point, I am trying to cancel my order. If this is how poorly they communicate up front, I cant imagine how it will be when it is time for them to do the work. If we ever get to that point.

Wanted to take the time to say how impressed I was with this team of individuals. They were easy to work with and helpful talking through the process of installation. We had 19 windows installed. Dennis and Niko took great care in protecting each pane and installed with confidence. Working with those guys has left a positive impression on me personally. I hope and look forward to working with Pella in the future. If there were more stars to rate, Id rate them higher.

We paid a premium, but we got some good windows from Pella. Kelly Hoopes was fantastic, helping anticipate and navigate issues flawlessly as they came up. She always communicated what was happening with our job very effectively, and we always had high trust in her abilities. Jeramy and his team were great installers and did a much better job than another direct competitor’s installers who really damaged our stucco on some other windows during installation.

We had Jorge come out to sell us window replacement and we also yold him we wanted to use our solar screens we just bought on these nee windows. When the windows were installed, we found the screens wouldnt fit. After several calls, the company sent out representatives to see how the screens could fit. They came and then said they would get back with me. They never did. Several calls to Jorge fell on deaf ears. A few weeks later i had a question on the contract and contacted Jorge snd never got a reply.The service after the sales is nonexistent with this company.

A couple of weeks ago we had our 30 year old windows replaced with Pella Windows. If you’re considering window replacement, look no further than Pella. Our salesman, Jared Apodaca, was outstanding from first contact to the finished install. The installers, Brian and Jeremy, were fantastic! They wore masks, they showed up on time, worked very efficiently, and at all times they were very respectful of our property. We met with three different window companies to get estimates and information about the different types of windows. Pella was superior in every respect to include the initial meeting with Jared, follow up correspondence/communication with Jared and the office staff, scheduling of the install and the install itself. Plus, the walk through inspection with our Project Manager, Issac, who also was outstanding! Needless to say, we couldn’t be happier with our Pella Windows!

Ron came to give us an estimate, but in talking with him we determined all we needed was to replace the glass. He was incredibly helpful with recommendations, even though he drove all the way out for estimate. Had we needed the window I would definitely go with him!

Water pours into the two of the four windows they replaced. The problem is still not fix. Unfortunately it is not only my window but others within the complex who replace their windows at the same time are having the same issues. Poor quality of work in an understatement.

Pella is relying on a reputable name from the past that no longer represents professional service, installation, follow-up, and clean-up. Scheduling & getting someone to follow - through with repairs is like a slap in the face after paying as much as Pella charges & touts their name. And who shows up.to install the windows? Sub par sub par sub contractors with no company card/ID, and no mastery of their trade. They made and left a huge mess, broke a window, a screen, bent flashing, locks that do not work properly because they were installed improperly. I.could continue. Just go to H D or Lowes, probably better service. It was like the circus coming to my home. And that, my friends, is what Pella has becomeSakes people btw are great😂

LOVE our new Pella doors! They look fabulous and work beautifully. They come with the unexpected benefit of blocking almost all traffic noise from the street we live on...even if you pull up and honk theres little chance we will hear you! Service and installation great too.

Set an appt for window discussions and measurements and they were a no show. I’ve had paella windows installed in the back of my house already, so I am a pretty sure bet on a sale of more windows by this company and ready to have the front done. It’s silly they spend so much money sending out mail advertisements and when they get and appt they are a no show!!!!?? And I have a history with paella so basically they just needed to show up and had a 100 percent chance of making a sale. Oh well. Moving on.

We were very impressed with the quality, look and value of our new sliding patio door. Pella delivered ahead of scheduled and they took ownership when the screen turned out ripped by replacing the screen door right away. Pella representatives excel in customer service and support.

We had Pella replace 5 windows in our master bedroom. The windows look great and welcoming. Our windows have the shades to block light and now our room is much darker at night and in the morning allowing for better sleep!!! Oscar and Frank installed our windows. They were very professional taking care of our home. Pella did a great job.

We read several not so good reviews that were dated years ago. We decided to hire them because the newer reviews were good and we could not be happier with that decision. Their customer service has been outstanding with quick responses to any questions we have had. We must point out that Roger, the project manager, exceeded our expectations exponentially. He called several times and even drove to our house on a Sunday due a concern we had. He clearly did not have to do that, but his attention to detail and wanting to make sure the install was done right and see any potential problems beforehand so that it all was completed without a hitch. From sales to install....WOW!

Pella installed 12 windows in my house. They came on time and did a clean, quality job installing the windows. Jared, my salesman, did a good job getting me the windows within my budget. We’re still waiting for them to replace two screens, but they’re staying in contact. So I am sure we will have those warped screens replaced in a timely manner.

We had quite a few windows in need of replacement. Pella offered the look and types of windows we wanted. Our sales rep, Jeremiah, did a good job of explaining the various types of windows they offer. The installation team, Jesse and Leo, took good care installing the windows. There was no damage to our outside stucco, which I had been worried about. They were also extremely considerate and cleaned up well after the installs were complete. Overall, a very positive experience.

When they replaced my windows, I wasn’t satisfied with the finish between the window frame and the stucco and they came back many times to make it to my satisfaction. We both endured patiently the process but now it looks great!They are also good with scheduling and stick with a date if weather permitted. Overall the results were good and was a good experience with the quality of the windows and the staff. Their customer service is amazing and very profesional. They deliver as promised and they went far and beyond always with a good attitude.Also, my house doesn’t feel as warm as before when I stood next to the window in a sunny day, just as promised.

I had replacement windows installed back in May and could not be more pleased with them. Simply beautiful and Ive seen a huge difference in the interior comfort level. The service from the Kelly and Isaac was awesome through scheduling measurements and installation. I was really impressed with the installers as well. I wish I could remember their names because they were super nice, professional and respectful. They cleaned up wonderfully before leaving and youd never know they had been there except for my new beautiful and sparking windows. I would definitely use Pella again.

Fantastic experience start to finish. Jared came out and spent time reviewing our needs including repeating everything when my wife finally got home and didnt like some of my choices :-PInstallation crew showed up on time and did an amazing job. We have a stucco home so we were a little concerned about the possibility of damage while removing the old windows but everything came out perfect. Weve got an older home and have some work needed in one corner of the structure; will definitely use Pella as part of the project.

I was told by many people that Pella was a great product but Pella was very expensive, Im glad I DID NOT listen to those people. Pella is a GREAT PRODUCT and it is worth every dime. Do not use a contractor, go directly to a Pella outlet and you will be very satisfied in your decision to use Pella as we are. Thanks to Pella our home is magnificent.

My boss recently purchased doors for the office and I have to say, their outstanding customer service stood out to me. They have made multiple trips out to the office that has given me first hand interaction with the installation and sales teams! They have always been overall friendly and helpful. As someone who works the front office and interfaces extensively with countless businesses, I thought this company stood out for their attention to detail and fast response to any questions or concerns we had. It should be noted Kelly took the time to come on-site to ensure the installation process was running smoothly and was available for any questions. Additionally the installation team was always considerate of the level of noise and took the time to accommodate to the offices needs (therapy office that requires a reasonable level of quiet). They seem to have a system that is efficient and a team that can expertly execute what is needed! Would recommend!

I am very satisfied with both Pellas products and their San Antonio staff. Ive replaced my entire homes windows and a patio door. In each step of the process, Pella representatives were outstanding. Of note are installers Rick and Gilbert. They were a great team and I was impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism. Overall, Im extremely pleased.

Im really impressed with the Pella sliding door, I could notice the difference in room temperature within a couple of hours. I believe the tint air tight seal and construction quality of the door is the difference. The sales person Anthony Rivas was very nice and professional I never felt any sales pressure.

The window replacement done be Roland and Rick was outstanding. They really focused on the details and we could not have been more pleased with the outcome. Thank you both.

They treated the installation at my house as if it were their houses. They covered my furniture & floors. There was zero damage. And they thoroughly cleaned up. When I need windows, I’m going with this store!

My service person was good (Christian)It takes way too long to get any kind of service on a product. Pella is a good product, but the service wait time is terrible. I just hope I don’t have to wait another 20 days for the locking mechanism to come in for my French door.

WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD!!!Doing a renovation and ordered windows and doors from Pella. Salesperson was horrible, didn’t know her products at all. When windows arrived not painted, no privacy glass as instructed, I got a crying salesperson on the line, apologetic but unable to correct problems. Also took over 2 months to get replacement door for a damaged door they installed, and it was the wrong hinged door. Then, they installed 3 large living room windows, and I was told it was extra $ to get them installed level with one another!!! Lastly, 2 windows came in scratched and had to be replaced, more time wasted, poor quality control. I discussed issues with 2 managers who would not accept responsibility for inept salesperson. I would definitely NOT recommend Pella to anyone, unless u enjoy frustration and wasting time.

I have been installing Pella windows and doors for over 15 years. I have installed many other brands and have yet to come across a window brand that can stand side by side a Pella product! The staff over at Pella Windows and Doors Are second to now when it come to window and door knowledge. I recommend their product every chance I get!

Justin Ruiz at the Blanco location in San Antonio Texas was a tremendous help. I have an older Pella door that needed hardware replacement and Justin went out of his way to help me out. His service has been very professional with a quick turnaround. Great customer service is hard to find these days and it is nice to know it still exists. Overall good quality product and workmanship. I am disappointed that I had multiple contractors that didnt seem to communicate with each other. They wanted me to do all coordination and communication. I had to contact the Pella staff on multiple occasions to change my contractor and have someone come out to review work. My work appears to be complete but, no one from Pella has come by to confirm and review the work.

Jeremiah from Pella came in for in-house consultation for our patio doors. He was very informative, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. He was very patient, thorough and never made me feel rushed. I would highly recommend that you ask for Jeremiah to come for in-house consultation if you live around San Antonio, Texas area and interested in Pella.

Im surprised to read some of the negative reviews for Pella. I know they were recently bought out this year. We had a great experience! My husband called John and got a wonderful price on a custom window for our kitchen. It was as easy as ordering on Amazon.Our friends went to a big box store and had all their windows replaced at one time. I thought they looked great, but theyve had problems opening and closing them and the installation was problematic. Glad we didnt go that route! Ill add a pic as soon as my husband gets it installed!For what they spent, they could have easily found something at Pella and had a better outcome. Hopefully we only do this type of upgrade once!

We decided to replace all of our windows and exterior doors, and chose Pella because of there quality and reputation. Our experience was outstanding from start to finish. Extremely pleased with Derek Blok our salesman and project manager Issac Sanchez who oversaw the entire job. Project was started and completed as scheduled with no setbacks or problems. The cost might have been a little higher than the competition, but after this wonderful experience I will definitely be recommending Pella San Antonio to my friends. Thank you for everything !!
