I ordered a mariachi suit and it has taken almost two months two get here. I don’t have it yet, and I had told them I needed for an event. No sense of urgency in their tone or actions. Came to this place because I saw good reviews, but to be honest service is terrible. Whenever I would call, I had to deal with rude staff. I just want my suit. As soon as I have it, I’m never going back. I HIGHLY don’t recommend it.

PS l just found out that my shoes are not really Flamenco shoes,owner lied again !when I bought the shoes, she told me she knew alot about what Flamenco shoes are, well what she sales are not the real deal !P.S and vos deleted my first review, Vale!! Great customer service and friendly staff. For those complaining of store hours, we were told to call ahead to make sure the store would be open. The store schedule changes based on their performance dates.

Horrible experience. I ordered a dress, about a month later I call to check on it and they never put the order in. I put the order in again and still nothing for another month. Finally I call back a third time and they put the order in AGAIN. Finally, they sent me the dress once it was too late and the program was already over.I tried calling back for some music recently and havent been able to get through for weeks now. Sounds like the phone is disconnected because it wont even ring.

Is this store open? Door schedule states 11:am to 6pm but BN here since 11:00am and is 11:42 I guessing they forgot to open today..From Houston TX for this,😬
