Its a big store lots of sale prices. Worker were not friendly young ladies worker were rude 1 almost hit me with a cart and didnt even apologize. This store need better workers

Had everything I needed. Kind of overwhelming with the variety lol. Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable, great customer service too.

I wish Hobby Lobby would build their location on the SE side of town. I am tired that we, who lives in the SE side of town, have to travel just to go to all the other stores, like Kohls, Hallmark, Michaels, Ulta, Bath and Body, etc. I dont care for online ordering. I like to physically see the item. We are not poor, not do we have coodies. Why do you build on the west side of town, but not on the SE? We have Brooks City Base and they have plenty of land.

The cashier was really slow, i am not sure if she was not trained or if she did not want to work, but it reflects bad on the store. Everyone in line was friendly so it was not a matter of being overwhelmed, just lack of effort in my opinion.

Zero Halloween decorations. Plenty of Thanksgiving and Christmas stuff tho.. guess Halloween is not something hobby lobby allows.. Ill just shop online or elsewhere. Its pretty simple.

Ii went to get a photo framed and was very happy with the service. Jason was helpful and polite.Maggie at the register was also nice and efficient. I will definitely be back to buy more stuff.

The store is clean and in order.. They always seem to have what I am looking for so 2 stars. 3rd star the cashiers speak once at register. BUT I can never find help on the floor. Staff never stops to ask of you need help even when they can see your lost & looking. Prices are alittle high unless its a mark down and just not the most welcoming store either when you enter. So theres that!!!

Truly a wonderful store with a wide range of hobby supplies. And on top of that they have a amazing collection of home decor items. They almost seem to have a nearly endless 30%-50% off sale on most items. This is quickly becoming my go to store and definitely amongst my favorites. P.S. NO I dont work there,lol.

Just called to get a price for some markers. I understand it was about 15 minutes before you close but I’m just calling to ask a question because technically you are still open. Would you rather me come in at 7:59 and take 30 minutes to shop in-person? Anyways spoke with someone in the arts department that was rude. I’m going to another location even if it is farther. Also, we went in for some candle a few days ago and I got a headache from the dust in there. The cashier was nice though.

Great store for all your crafts, parties and decoration needs. Found all the items I needed to complete a project at home and for great prices! The staff is super helpful and the store is super organized and well stocked.

I believe this is probably the largest hobby lobby store in San Antonio, they have a nice selection of merchandise which is very nicely displayed.

Hobby lobby has alot of craft supplies that I cant find anywhere else. They have great customer service and its always clean and organized. The only draw back are they have higher prices than some local craft stores near me.

I had my granddaughters portrait framed at Hobby Lobby, they did a very nice job, a bit expensive but still a nice job.

Great experience shopping here. I was looking for a Mothers Day Card and Birthday card. The employee directed me to the exact row when I asked where they were. I found a Birthday card as well as some other items. Love shopping there!

They have neat furniture ideas but man they get picked over quickly I love all the decorating supplies. They have lanterns and signs and all kinds of baskets and chests. They are a more expensive store just be prepared. Picked up this cute table for 50$ for the cats to chill on and look out the window.

I like to get supplies for school here. There is lots of crafts, paints and lots of other things. The one thing I dont like is that sometimes the aisles and just dirty and have stuff thrown everywhere.

I was rushed out because it was closing time. Other than that is OK.

Great location, needed to buy some material for outfit being made. They have a good selection of materials, plus other items for sale.

I shop here now and again. The biggest problem here is that they dont have mart carts for disabled people. When I asked about it the answer was that the flooring is wrong for a motorized cart???¿¿¿Huh? Too bad. They have a good selection but I cannot walk all over the store anymore. Also, they have done away with their coupon system.

Large craft store, typical hobby lobby. The staff is friendly and they do try to assist you. One complaint would be the long wait for material to be cut. It shouldnt take 20 minutes for someone to report to their station.
