Be careful at this place. The security man last name Bales yelled at me. I was trying on a chef’s hat and from across the aisle he literally yelled (sounded like a scream) telling me to put it down. It startled myself and my wife. We were confused. He was very confrontational. I’m all about following rules and protocols. There was no sign nor customer service helping me find the item or telling me you “must” go to the fitting room. Bales had no mask on either, I’m immunocompromised and vaccinated but having a man yelling at you and being very aggressive without a mask makes it worst. He could have informed me about the fitting rooms instead of making a scene. Bales was extremely unprofessional. When I approached him to ask for his name he gave me a smirk and didn’t care.

This place is awesome. Food is great and taste so fresh. Plus I can bring my dog!

I wish I could give them a 0. Ordered my daughter a batgirl costume for curbside. This location was the only one that carried her size and I had to drive across town to pick up. Get it home, unwrap packaging and see holes torn in skirt. Call and speak to Ruby the manager and she says I can bring it back in and exchange it. Told her I wasnt close to the store and could come in next day. Since she wouldnt be there, she said shed hold it up front for another employee to give me. Came back this morning to exchange and a very unfriendly woman said she could not find it. No questions asked, she just refunded the payment back to my card and sent me on my way like I was nothing. No apology or even an explanation. This store’s customer service is garbage. And the staff doesnt care one bit about you. Shame on Ruby for her poor communication and management!! Never coming back!Found what I needed at Walmart just now and quality is so much better!

I quit due to the long hours and disrespect Id had experienced from the other coworkers. Im too old to deal with high school drama. The store was almost always empty. The owner should really create special training on helping his employees treat other employees with respect. Maybe then, his employees wouldnt quit.

I was looking for birthday gift for a one year old that loves Micky Mouse and great grandma asked me to help find her great grand daughter some Micky Mouse ears which she was having a hard time finding, i called this location and i spoke with a young lady by they name of Isabel that not only answered my questions but found some and keep them for me behind the counter it took me a little over an hour to get to the store but i did she was helping someone else but told me that she had found six different items for me to look at and was truthful with me about them maybe being to big for a one yr old and they were i we were unable to get anything but she understood and told me if there was anything else that she might be able to help with and i said no and she said we will be here ad so will i if i would ever need anything just to call, great customer service

Came in for confetti poppers and decided I could use some balloons for a graduation party. Staff was extremely helpful with suggestions and worked with all speed to inflate my order. Definitely worth a visit.

Writing this while Ive been in line. Multiple employees wandering around, one register open. Just want to buy my stuff and go.

Worst location. Management messed up and doubled charged me, when I went in for a refund all I was given was a number and told “we can’t go off of your word alone” even when i SHOWED that money was taken out twice as if this wasn’t an error on their end like I told them. poor management do better. Sales associates also have the worst attitudes and are not welcoming. Do yourself a favor, go to a different location.

Since I know this business is one of the best places where Normally buy my party supplies but today during my visit and at the moment to pay I experienced the bad attitude as well very grouchy and bad mood of the cashier named Jenn (all crew very attentive ) and this employee do not apply customer service skills has not ppl skill this one of the reasons left the store completely disappointing with bad impression of this....

Worst customer service on an afternoon with no customers in the store. Manager made it very clear she didnt want to be there. Went in for a simple costume so my son can play dress up at home..in and out I thought.. think again..no greet looked at us like why are you here..no one to ask for help went to one front counter after walking the whole store looking for a sales person..and i was told to go to the lady I assume the manager at the other side of the registers who looked at me like I ruined her day by walking in..her co worker next to her just stared at us like we had no business being there at all. Asked for a costume size and I assume she was pretending to look for the size on her gadget..then gave up and without saying a word to me starting cashing out the next customer..then walked off without a word. We asked her to get someone to get a size down and yelled across the store to help my husband get it down as she walked off. The only lady at the register scanned my items and i said I had a coupon i just signed up for .. she said it was expired even though I just got of off the website ..i said thats fine Ill just pay..i give her a 50 and a 20..huffs and puffs through the whole transaction then yells at manager who was somewhere in the store to come verify my fradulalent bills cuz apparently I looked like i cook up bills in my kitchen in front of my kids and my husband.. worst customer service ever. Had never gone in there will never go back again..thanks..if you hate your job ..it is not the customers fault..quit

Not much of a selection...very disappointed.

Showed up at 5:30 on Sunday to get needed supplies for work event tomorrow. They decided to close at 5pm with no info online that they would be closing early. Called location inside to see if I could grab the one item since I drove all the way over here. Could see employees inside but nobody answered the phone.

Read store policy online to make sure they allowed medical exemptions for the mask policy so I wouldnt drive over an hour to get kicked out of the store. Well apparently they dont care what the website said and kicked me out any way.

Showed up at 8:30 am and employees were good about coming to help us out as soon as they saw us. Best selection of party supplies.

Last one on the shelves. Great find.

None of the 7 mylars I selected were available to buy. They were out! When I did select one it was one that could add a name with letter stickers. Well guess what? Some letters were not available. Check your stock !One of the employees that was helping me walked off to help someone else. Ummm, were we done? Not very good customer service. The other two employees thats stepped in were nice though.

The party city on Dezavala still has some Spongebob party items. They are all on clearance as too they have been discontinued. Other party citys may have additional spongebob supplies but in the clearance.

Do not order balloon delivery! Never came and gave me the run around when I called to ask why. Made me return to store in person for refund. Bad customer service!!

This is the place to go for all your holiday, party, event, or shower needs! They always have everything Im looking for and more! I especially like the fact that in the back of the store they have color coded decorations and party stuff! So say your favorite color is green... They literally have a whole section of just green items!! I personally thought that was really cool. The staff is friendly and will also assist you the best they can with whatever you need. Good job Party City!

Excellent service & great staff. I ordered by phone 10 minutes before closing while driving to the shop on a rainy night. There was a misunderstanding & What I got was not what I wanted. I was in a hurry, so I took the thing I wanted & left the missed up order at the store as my party was already started, promising to pass by tomorrow. When I went back to them, the staff & the manager were so helpful & solved my issue very quickly.Thank you so much Krystle, Elija & Lidia.

The staff is very accommodating! I planned a last minute birthday party for my niece and on the morning of they helped me pick out balloons and party favors and even recommended the most cost effective way to buy everything. Thanks so much for all the help!

This place was easy to find and has a vast selection of items. The store is a little dirty and the place is run by children, so customer service is lacking, but it a party supply store, so I wouldnt expect much. You can easily get in and get out, and find what you need, thats the positive side.

They didnt have much in stock in the theme I was looking for but I made it work. They have hand sanitizer at the door to use. Front service is a little slow but I was in no rush so it didnt bother me too much.

They had a very good selection, but I probably wont be coming here anytime soon.Its understandable that they would want backpacks to stay at the front. What I dont understand is why there is no ticket system for it. I left it there by the side where they told me and when I left, there was a completely different attendant and no one batted an eye when I just took it. Unless they have the same person watching the bags to make sure the right person is taking them, they should have a ticket system. Else anyone could have taken my bag.I dont feel comfortable leaving my bag with them. I frequent places with the same no-backpacks policy, but they all issue tickets.

Staff is very helpful we enjoy going here for our kids birthday supplies they are well organized and much cleaner then others stores.

Went here for Halloween and got some great costume ideas and a few Nick nacks such as glow stick, bubbles Halloween bags for my nieces and nephews for roughly 10 dollars. All great quality products.

I don’t go in here a lot, but my visit today warranted a review.The place was clean, organized, stuff stocked on the shelves properly.Staff greeted me when I walked in and at least two staff members asked if I needed help finding something. The selection of items for St. Patrick’s Day was great.Even the cashier was friendly.I do agree with one other person’s comment about staying away from there near Halloween time – it can be a madhouse, but it’s the same way at their competitor who only opens during the Halloween season – pick your poison.

Went in for some plates that another party city had at a awesome price but ran out of.. i asked one of the ladies if they are able to honor the price.. she said yes just to show my receipt i was so thrilled and excited got to the register just so they can tell me something different. Very disappointed!

Went to go and get some stuff for my party but when I asked for help the employee (I saw her name was Lidia) was super rude to me. Her tone was condescending and made me feel like I was bothering her. I asked someone else for help and they were way nicer.

Dear Google, 5 days a week you ask me this. While I do love Party City, and we have some really great birthday and seasonal items, Im here so much because I work here. Please stop asking how my experience was unless you want to hear about my day. Thanks!

Had more options in the baby shower area than in other locations.

Clean. Neat. I think they were in the middle of moving things around so it was difficult to find what I needed but one of the employees (young man) came over and assisted me. Great job young man.

She foumd me everything i needed and she looked up what we couldnt find and told me what location had what i needed!! I will definitely be coming back because of her!!!❤

The girl who is on the shift tonight 08/26/19 is not very nice. I understand that there is no helium, but she do not need to be rude about it. I know it is 8:25pm and its almost closing time, and you want to go home, but thats not a good reason to be rude thou. Anyway not coming back on this store. Thanks a lot.

Went yesterday to get some balloons and the young guy at the register said I could buy all the balloons I had (about 6, at most), but there wasn’t a guarantee that he could fill all of them because of a helium shortage. Mind you, I was there at 10 am. The store opens at 0830. I find that a little problematic seeing as that’s probably the store’s biggest money maker. I paid $30 to have them filled and my number 1 balloon barely lasted an hour. Really upset about the whole situation. Next time, I’ll take my money elsewhere and just go to H-E-B next door. Maybe they won’t have a helium shortage.

Cool choices. Items you cant get anywhere else. Today, even though employees outnumbered customers, people waiting in line too long began getting antsy and irritable. During the holidays people want to get their shopping done. Theyre too busy to wait around in long lines.

Everytime I have called they have always been more than happy to help. I needed my friend to pick up a balloon order for me since I was at work and they told me it was no problem and gave me the info i needed.i LOVE this location!

Good place to go for balloons and other party items. A little pricey for many of the items. Service is good and quick. If you need balloons ASAP, they get it done. Sometimes it pays to go to Wal-Mart, Target or one of the many dollar stores for basic party items. For speciality items, Party City is the better choice.

I hate giving Party City a low rate not because of the store, I love this store their selection and prices are great. However, had a bit of an odd experience with the young man at the register. I asked a simple question on the total of plates and napkins his reply was... Mam, I dont do math! Than why is is he at the register!!! 😯

Customer service stinks! Drove there faster than they could tell me if they had a specific item on the phone! Literally was on hold while I drove there and got there faster than they could answer a simple question!

Very helpful, always the best spot for party planning or any type of festivities, great variety of stuff for birthdays.

As you walk they have huge aisles lined up with little and nice goodies which might be a little over whelming, but you will get a hang of it. Instead of figuring out yourself, if you know exaclty what you are looking for, you could ask the sales person to help you out with.The people in their are very friendly, and happy (at least when i walked in :) )They have a lot of varieties of stuff, and you will not run out of options. It might be a good idea not to bring in kids in here, because it can be like a wonderland for them, and they can end up crying to get everything in there.Good store, i would definitely go back if im hosting a theme party.

Do not buy anything here for Halloween because they will not return it or exchange it, its a RIP OFF store policy since they obviously dont make enough money so they ripoff customers for their money. Will never shop here again, theyre rude, customer service sucks, only couple of girls are nice the others just look at you without even hello or anything else. You can find better and cheaper things at Walmart!

Great selection of stuff, lousy at communication & customer service! I purchased 1 balloon for my granddaughters B-Day, and waited, and waited, and waited.... for it to be filled. When I asked what the hold up was, they told me it would be 2 hours before it was filled. If that info had been shared at the time of purchase, I would not have purchased it. Asked for a refund--FYI it would have taken less time to fill the balloon than it did to make the refund!!!! Lost my business...

Make sure you leave yourself plenty of time if you need balloons aired up..... We waited almost forty five minutes for balloons and the place had maybe five customers inside. Apparently they take phone orders and do those first.... Never again...we will take our business to HEB going forward.

Expensive and nothing worth buying. Employees think theyre funny saying that something isnt popular which is why they dont carry it.

Clean, a wide variety to choose from and a selection of colors with balloons, decorations and party silverware.
