Great products, great prices for anything sold there but customer service is awful. Young kids talking & laughing. Thats was seemed important rather than even ask if we needed help. And no hello nor goodbye. Just laugh & carry on with their conversation was what mattered.

Been needing new foundation but my color is hard to match. Steven was super nice. I’m also new to town so his whole vibe was a big welcoming feeling. I will definitely be back for all my makeup needs to see Steven.

I never leave reviews but I was in town for a wedding and my friends and I all went. We had so much fun! The employees were the greatest and we left feeling so good!

Love this store. I usually shop here for eyeshadow pallets but came in today for brushes and brush cleaner. They have a large selection of individual brushes and brush sets. During covid they limit the amount of people shopping at a time and advice you to partipate in 6 ft distancing. Also they dont have any testers out; however you can ask the technician to swatch the eye shadow onto their skin to see it.

I’ve always loved Morphe but this particular store, I would not buy here again. The customer service was awful except for one girl in the front who helps pick out lip products (that’s who the one star is for). Btw, she’s also the only one that introduces herself properly, now I know why. The rest have snobby attitudes. Don’t even bother trying to do returns here, the staff treats you like you’re a thief. Starring at you as you look around for anything to trade for (instead of trying to get my money back). The lady in the front will ask you if you need help and if you explain your situation, she’ll ask what you’re returning and then judge you for your decision. And then have an attitude when you ask for help finding something that would better suit what you’re looking for. If you ask another employee for help she’ll but in and say “I already told you, we’re sold out of everything like that “ instead of showing any available palettes in stock. Then checkout was embarrassing, 3 people discussing the situation like it was a big deal with a huffy puffy attitude and repeating how they need all my info (as if I was scamming). Their return policy is online, they should read it and dial it back a bit.

Highly commend the staff at this location . They were all so sweet and attentive to helping and being so friendly . I was looking for birthday gift ideas and they were so sweet, made me feel so good . I never write reviews but this experience was beyond amazing with the staff . Good job y’all ! Very clean and super bright. Makes you want to walk in. Everyone I encountered was very sweet. I specifically went in to purchase a Jeffree Star product and was in awe of the displays. Definitely will continue to shop here.

This store is great and so are the products. However, Upon entering the store, one of the employees that was there with purple/ blue hair did not even acknowledge me, my sister or my grandma. She walked past us like she did not even see us. We bought some Jeffrey Star products which are great. Also, the manager did not even acknowledge us either. When I went up to pay she stayed looking at the screen and did not even say hello or anything. I had to tell her HELLO and HOW ARE YOU for her to even look up. The workers are very inconsiderate and I’m not sure if they were profiling us but I would definitely be aware when walking into this store. Especially if you don’t have your face all caked up on makeup, they might not treat you the same!

I love morphe makeup

It was my first time really playing with make-up and yes Im 35. I wanted to well hell not sure why I want but a more radiant/sexy look that doesnt say I have an 18yr old. They listen and gave so much advise I even got to play with the makeup before buying it. I got a great deal on everyone. And they do 10% military discount so that a plus. The rep and gosh ai wish I remember name but she was so informative incredible knowledge it just remember what each brush does. Tomorrow Ill be back for eye make-up lesson. I had a great experience. I will definitely buy again. That apple grancy make-up was awesome. Which they didnt run of the color I wanted :-(Anywho

Associate brianna was super helpful with good tips unfortunately associate “Lexxus” was extremely rude and followed me and put a basket in my hand as if I was stealing. she gave me ugly looks the whole time and circled me and my friends. We paid for everything we touched. I too work in another makeup store. I have never ever treated anyone like a criminal. Please give this associate some customer service training. I will be calling corporate as well.

Great service

I went shopping Black Friday morning and I went to the Morphe store. Right front entering the doors, I was greeted and let know about the Black Friday sale and given a basket. After browsing and picking what I wanted, I decided I wanted to try a concealer, whether it was JS or Morphe, I didn’t care. I wish I remembered their names but a lady asked me what I was wanting to try, told me to wait up front so someone could help me. I waited like 1-2mins max, and was greeted again by another lady. She helped me find my shade and find the right formula, she also had an conversation with me and another Morphe lady walking by also did the same and told me the concealer the Morphe lady was applying looked really good. The cashier even said the same and also talked with me about her favorites and her own opinion on what she preferred Morphe VS Jeffree Star. The ladies were SO SO friendly and even though I showed up with no makeup, dark circles and acne scars, they made me feel so great about myself! I would definitely be shopping here more. Shoutout to the Morphe babes on Black Friday morning!!
