Im grateful for my job and paycheck. My first Supervisor was AWESOME! As long as you went to work & did your job, he was cool. It would been nice if ALL management was on the same page though. The work environment however is SOOO TERRIBLE!! The carpets are all stained, the restrooms though cleaned several times a day, arent thoroughly cleaned properly as they should be, there are little bug bait boxes under practically every desk, & the building itself is Bed Bug infested!!!

Another great place to work if you need a job fast. They are a 24 hour facility so you have options as far as a schedule goes and the pay isnt bad. They also offer differentials for certain hours. Good luck!!

Training could be better, but u can only work with what you got. Just wish the pay was steady.

Went out there to do a typing test and was asked if I wanted to work in the evening since they had an emergency. I told them I would and then went back out there before 8 pm like instructed and was told they had enough people to cover the shift. They didnt have the common courtesy to call me and cancel.

I worked here for 6 months, The only thing I liked about this place its I met my now husband. But The training was very short didnt feel prepared to go answer calls and solve problems. Pay was very minimal. Supervisors didnt care what I was doing. They said we have assigned seats. But Ill come to work someone else would be using my computer and will need to sit some where else. Computers broke all the time. After working in 4 different call centers I can say this place is the worst.

Dirty facility! Trash all over the parking lot and it seems like 90% of the staff is outside smoking. I was there for over an hour and I thought it was pajama day or something because the staff came in to work looking like they just crawled out of bed.

Training was horrible. Black Friday they said everybody has to work. But they didnt have enough computers working or chairs to support everyone. If you went to talk to a supervisor they would literally ignore you while you stood there waiting. My girlfriend went up to get an adaptor for her headset since they had switched to a new style, well they ignored her both times she went up to talk to them about it. So she had to just sit there and not take calls because she COULDNT PLUG HER HEADSET IN. After 5 minutes this troll comes rumbling around the corner yelling her name saying she needs to get on the phones. So by now Id had enough and I told her maybe if they had the proper equipment for people to get the job done right they wouldnt be in this mess. They dont like that, but by now Ive seen the way they treat employees and I could care less. So a trainer comes over and tries to diffuse the situation saying oh they are just so busy all the time, they get stressed out to which I say too bad, thats no excuse for how they act and its definitely not an excuse for not having the proper equipment to do the job. If they get so stressed they cant perform properly than they need to get people who can. Screw this place, I tell everyone I can to stay away from this company because its a terrible place to be.

Do not waste your time on this crooked company!!! MMC is a fraud!!! They hired me over the phone and offered me a $14 an hour Job. I was so excited and even spent $$ to buy business casual attire. They promised me a 40 hour a week plus OT. Long story short I never made 40 hours a week, Every single day they were sending people home due to low call volume.. Why hired so many people when yall dont have enough budget to pay for us. Also not even 2 months in a job they nearly fired everyone. From 45 employees down to 5 employees. They just called each one of us and said Due to unexpected low call volume we had to terminate you.. Do not waste your time. Apply somewhere else. MMC and Conduent is not a long term, full time employment. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

TBH I can honestly say that I love my job there for one my co-workers are the best plus I really appreciate the QAs oh my goodness they are the most respectful females leads I ever worked with in my life plus they training skills are beyond amazing #TeamCaliforniaStateParks

This place needs an upgrade, both the building & the professionalism.

Bathrooms arw filthy, no HR on site, and the toll free HR number does not have a SME to answer basic questions. Limited promotional opportunities for fully qualified personnel and pay is roughly 30% below industry average. Many unfulfilled promises also.

It sucks. They dont work with you. Favoritism like crazy. Some much drama and rudeness. Alot of rumors. All the female staff is so up right and selfish. Dont help at all complete idiots and allways understaffed. They get mad if you use the restroom and are not much help at all. Wont you to work 11 + hours at time and only take 2 10 minute breaks and 1 30 benifits suck. Pay is decent but for what they put you through not worth it.

Xerox just separate his copy operations from the BPO (this place). Seems to be a good place to work, but wages are dismal vs. the market average. Get ready for the pay cut.
