I went to this store #2508, Saturday 10-2-21, this stores is dirty, all from the entrance to the back of the store, trash recipients in the front, dirty, the side walk in fron of the stores, glass doors, landscape, the parking need good water pressure cleaning, the store is very dark, the food station cold and warmers dirty disgusting, the fountain drink trash overflow, no cups available, I needed to ask for soda cups, the ice dispenser black dirty, overall filthry . the employees doesn’t have customer service urgency, we were like 5 person on line, 1 cashier, another female looking like a manager, talking with a man, I’ll think a customer on the side, and not even try to help with the line of customers, bad experience. I’ll keep going to see if any improvement is being made. FYI, I will make a report to a Health Department for an inspection to this store. Brand new store and in this condition is unacceptable. I shop in your others stores in San Antonio and this is the worst.

Very clean inside and out. The staff greets you as soon as you walk in. Everything I expect from a Stripes! The salad and fresh fruit are delicious. I recommend the sweet tea, from the fountain drinks, it was surprisingly good 😊 The store is well organized and roomy as well. There is a dine in restaurant that offers Southwestern food next door. Kudos to Veronica for her cheerful service. I will definitely be back.

I went in the store at 9 am the store was very clean, fountain area was very clean, great customer service for there being only one cashier. I felt very welcomed she up selld.

It wasnt maintain very dirty. Cups napkins syrup was everywhere. I looked into the hot food section there was dead flys on the bottom of the hot shelf. I used a napkin to clean the nozzle to the soft drink machine and it rubbed off black it took 3 napkins to get the residue out. I will never come here again.

There should be a choice for negative stars. I frequent Laredo Taco all over the RGV and the service and food are both good. Not here. It’s an okay place if you like to look at food and be ignored. Stripes really needs to send in a manager from the RGV, these people don’t have a clue.

The actual store is cool but the Laredo Tacos worst service possible. They are the absolute slowest. Workers will stand around acting busy while one tries to fill all the orders with a huge line. Don’t waste your time.

2 stars because the lady’s don’t know how to make tortillas they don’t even care how they come out and sometimes they put a guy that’s look like he don’t care how to make it either .. so now body knows how and that’s important I don’t know why they hire does kind of people for cooks and not even nice at all

Over fifteen minutes for 2 tacos that tasted horrible. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Would have posted a picture of food but it was quickly thrown away.

Everytime i come in here im always disappointed, im hoping one day maybe they will get it right, service was slow waited 10 minutes to get one brkfst burrito, then no salsa & no napkins at several tables, but stayed today cause husband was hungry. It will be awhile before i come back! And i will definitely not recommend this place to noone! I have managed a Laredo taco before I made sure everything was up to par, and most importantly made sure my employees served our customers with a smile.

This am my spouse went in and purchased a big order of not only tacos which were fresh, drinks as well. I have called the store for over 2 hrs. Wch individual who so ever it maybe has answered and you can hear the transactions over telephone just allow the phone on a open line. Shortly after hangups. As of 2:11pm I finally spoke to an extremely RUDE a woman as Im asking she said NO!!! And abruptly hung up.. as I attempted to call back nobody would answer. She never gave me an opportunity to even say if they could look at their camera as most stores are. Like circle K or QT .. Ill make certain to post on military websites we belong to on the rudeness and unprofessional behavior of the employees at this location..

The gas station side of this place needs to work on their customer service skills. I’ve been in this store maybe 4 times and left without my purchase twice. Once I stood in line for almost 20 minutes and finally gave up and just left. Today I go in and wait in line, there were 5 people in front of me ( lines at all the registers) and when I’m next up the lady behind the register decides she is done and tells us that we need to go to one of the other lines and start over. I don’t expect a whole lot from a gas station, but someone needs to retrain the crew here for sure.

Love going to STRIPES. Reminds me of the only good thing about Corpus, but not a great company to work for. Worked for them during there Grand Opening thew the new year and was never paid. Tried for two years to get compensated.

I used to love coming to Stripes, these past few months it has been the most disgusting and non professional staff. The soda machines are so dirty, the staff dont attend it at all. Cups,straws and soda spilled all over the floor it is unbearable. It should take a few minutes to clean up.The staff are so busy chatting they dont give customers the appropriate service. I live not even a minute from Stripes but have to drive to Valero for better service and cleanliness. This place needs new management and staff.

Not 24hrs or 4am either!

Very rude staff, food is not prepared correctly, staff sits and munches on food instead of preparing it, orders are mixed up, and customers are ignored while they stand chatting. Constantly out of random things. Has a touch screen order system but will rudely tell you not to use it because it wont tell you what they are out of.

Clerk allowed someone to use a cloned debit card of mine not once but twice. When I called immediately after charges were posted to my bank account, the clerk said there was nothing he could do. Makes it seem like he was in on it. SAPD will be there shortly to question the clerk and review the video.

The place looks well organized and good.cant wait to check it out.I think it would be open on the 16th. I like how it has a taco place with a gas station bilt in.The food is hand made fresh!

Outside front of store has stunk for a few weeks. Gets worse weekly. Unfriendly staff. Wont greet or thank you. Eating at the register. I noticed similar complaints.
