Every employee was busy working (not talking about none work stuff).(the guy in the photo outside gave 110%. He went above and beyond his duty. This guy gets 10🌟 from me🍻. The outside was so clean. No trash and he was down low cleaning the diesel pumps... WOW🎉 if anyone sees this guys shake his hand and thank him for everything he does.) **Without great management we wont get AMAZING customer service.🚨 Pilot you guys have a super team at this store⛽🚛🏁🏆

Every time I come to the subway at this pilot in the morning about 5:30 am, the girl that is working with the colored hair is always rude. She has an attitude and rushes you out. No customer service and seems she is miserable at her job.

This is a newer Pilot. A la Flying J style. Clean facility and the staff is nice. I love the breakfast pizza.

We stopped at Pilot Travel Center today, filled up with gas and purchased 2 Subway sandwiches. We found that they also sold Cinnabon rolls. We approached the Cinnabon kiosk and no one was at the kiosk. We waited a couple of minutes and finally one of the cashiers said some one would return to the kiosk soon. We waited another 5 minutes and the clerk returned. We asked for a box of 6 Cinnabon’s that were priced at $14.99. The clerk then told us that she did not have a ready box of 6 but could box up 6 hot rolls for an extra $2.50 each. What? Really makes a Cinnabon taste bad rally quick! Never again will I visit a Cinnabon or a Pilot Travel Center.

This Pilot is one of the better ones I have been in. The staff was friendly and nice. Bathrooms were very clean. The food choices are great. Offers a Cinnabon, deli items( which were fresh and looked delicious) pizza that you can grab or they will cook you a whole, salads/cold cut sandwiches, and the usual roller items. Also has a Subway available. The drivers lounge looked very inviting and the laundry room was a nice size. Nice selection of items. We ordered a half mega meat & half pepperoni and it was very delicious. 7-4-18

The girl with the glasses (brunette) always had an attitude when asked for a receipt. I am a paying customer and shouldn’t be treated like I’m a nuisance for asking for a RECEIPT!

Clerks were too busy flirting with the truckers and going to look for stuff in their car to help. Subway was a little better but one male worker just stayed on his phone.

Would of got 5 stars because Alyssa has a great attitude good with people and shes thicktoo ijs, but Kelly with an I went above and beyond to make sure we would know just how bad of an attitudeproblem he has.. acting like I dont care and is clearly here to get a paycheck and nothing moreI get it it we all have an occasional off or even bad day. but way to go Kelly and go team miserable 🏳️‍🌈👍

Great truck stop and rewards program get 3 cents off your fuel. Plenty of pumps, dump station and large clean restrooms. Great place to park your RV over night when in transit to your destination. Good selection of drinks and hot beverages. Snacks, fresh fruit and a variety of soups and hot items to eat.

The staff is great. Restrooms are huge! Gas is cheap. Subway attached to the side and you have Whataburger on the other side. Very big parking lot so all the truckers are never in your way. Easily the best truck stop within a 10 mile radius.

First I fueled my car, quick easy no line and the prices here are what brought down gas prices in this rural area. I then went inside to get cigarettes, I buy here because I found lowest price here and they do accept coupons which others dont. Customer service always with a smile. Im a repeat customer and loving it!😊

I love this place! I love the staff. The restrooms are clean. The store is clean. There is fresh hot food. Their pizza is amazing! They have fresh ground bean coffee kinda like a Keurig but way better! The store also offers fresh fruit. I cant offer any advise on making the store better because its already the best!

Great staff horrible pumps, numbers 13-16 dispense diesel extremely slow and 2 are always busted. My rout includes this store and these problems date back to mid 2019

I was looking for unsalted nuts to snack on but had a terrible time finding anything even close. They do offer quite a variety, so I settled on the ones with the lowest amount of sodium per serving.The cashier was really sweet and had a good sense of humor, too. I was greeted when I came in. She helped me look for unsalted nuts but had no luck either. All in all, I was still happy with my quick stop here.

Very convenient for RV gas pumping, with a line just for RVs. Store is well stocked and clean

Keys got locked in car. Called a few places to unlock cars. Had my 2 dogs. Companies said they would take a bit over an hour. Went inside the store, asked if they had anything I could try to open my car. One of the guys there, was able to assist me in my dire need. All with a smile on his face. With a quickness, doors unlocked. I was happy, my dogs were happy. I thanked him. He came back a few moments later, with bottled water and 2small bowls for the dogs to drink out of. Exemplary service!!!!!

Easy access, well lit and huge selection! Clean and well cared for restrooms. Lots of options for fueling your tummy. Only downside is that it gets packed and the checkout line can back up. Other than that this is a great place to pull off I-10 after a long stretch of road and get fueled up.

So many things in here makes you want to shop plus showers how great is that. The bathrooms are always clean👍

I like Pilot but they have a new coffee system that lets you choose coffee brewed from real coffee beans that in my opinion sucks. It makes it too strong. Stick with there old fashioned coffee bar.

Its conveniently close to my house and sells food!!! Thats the best part. Pizza is really good and for a great price. People there are friendly and will assist you in anything. Its a must go!

I love this place because they have lots of choices of drinks and a cinnabun inside. They also have a subway and they usually have the most reasonable price on gas. The restrooms are normally very clean and the customer service is very good.

Cashiers are nice and friendly. Plenty of choices. Store is usually clean, but the parking lot is a whole nother story.

9/22/19 @5am. Stood at the front register for almost 5 minutes while one lady was serving tacos and another lady was wiping down the dining area. At no point did someone offer any kind of help they just ignored me. Mind you the store was basically empty. I would have just stolen the items and walked out if it werent for me having a heart. Will never be back here.

This is where you want to stop and get gas before heading down south Texas. From here on the gas prices rise heading south until you get to the main cities like Corpus, McAllen, Brownsville.

Stop to fill up on gas and go to restroom before the long road trip. I let the Pilot attendant Chris wanted 30.00 in gas and had other purchases. He had already rung up merchandise and cashed out total. I replied Hey, You didnt give me as chance to tell you i have reward card. Are you supposed to asked me anyway b4 u cash out So Chris retally everything. Restrooms and store were clean.4 stars only bcz attendant not asking customers if they have Pilot Reward card. Isnt that why is to bring in repeat customers? Not all customers know about the reward card but than again you never know who does....

My guy Chris, the cashier at Pilot is always very helpful and kind when any of my coworkers go in. He remembers us, very friendly and always is on top of his job. I highly recommend this location not only because of the quality of hot food, great coffee, etc., but mostly I recommend this place because of the generosity of Chris the cashier himself. Working nightshift on a rig in Elmendorf, we don’t have many options to choose from as far as food/drinks/ or even things like gloves DEF fluid, bright yellow work hoodies and shirts, hard hats, PILOT has it all!

Great selection! Darcy in the Cinnabun dept. was really great and helpful! Huge coffee selection, hot food, ready pizza, Subway, nachos, tacos, burgers.. One stop shop!

The store overall is well kept. The staff however should be trained on being courteous and customer oriented rather than just another person coming through the door. The Cinnabun people usually are friendly

The mens room here is always disgusting when I mentioned this one of the young men behind the counter his response was its because of those dirty truck drivers and declare that he wasnt going to be the one to clean it, if I wanted these kind of deplorable conditions ans to be treated badly I would have gone to Loves, pilot is really going south.

During the holidays if you travel to grandma house Pilot Truck Travel Center is safer than a rest stop mostly because there is security everywhere.

Had dinner at the attached subway. Everyone was very nice and my sandwich was just the way I like it. They dont have Subway tea at this location, but you can get some from the attached Pilot store. Its not the same tea and I dont care for it, but thats just personal taste.

I have visited many times while traveling. It is always clean and the employees are so nice. They are good about telling you the specials and getting more for your money.

Very clean and well-stocked they had everything I was looking for and then some. Did you know they have gum that has the same caffeine as a cup of coffee? It kept me up all night.

The staff at 1604 & I37 is FUN FUN FUN! Go in here with a great attitude and that is what youll get back. Make sure you call in your pizza order and they will get you fresh every time.

This place has a subway and the cashier Ron rudely refused to put extra onions on my sandwich. So.....what they make the food how they want it and you just eat it? Im pregnant with twins and this pissed me off to no end. I wanted extra onions and his exact words were sorry maam I already put a heap on there and then said he would charge me extra for them....sure no problem was my response but.....still he refused and I got no extra onions I will never stop at this place again. Ridiculous!!!

My trip here was very short. Just a quick stop to fuel up and take restroom breaks. Well the womens was absolutely disgusting. Area was strange. I wish I could give another star but the ladies room was very off putting.

Great stopping place. New, clean. Good gasoline prices when we stopped. Dont forget to use your Good Sam card for discount. Has long spaces for trailers.

Pretty much anything you need if youre just passing by. biggest veriaty of items. I live near by and it definitely replaces trips to HEB sometimes 😁 love the pizza here.

A well equipped Travel Center that has everything you need. You can even take a shower for $12, which is really nice when you have been tent camping or motorcycling and are far from home.

By comparison with other locations, this one is quite welcoming and comfortable,clean and inviting.

I fill up my gas tank at pilot all the time. Gas prices are ok, the place itself is always clean. The staff is very friendly and respectful. I love their sausage and gravy pizza. The cinnabon is a great bonus and subway too of course. The bathrooms are well maintained.

Standing at counter waiting to pay. But the employees conversation is more important then doing there damn job and taking care of customers. So after that get out to my truck. The food I ordered was wrong. So good thing I didnt leave yet, went back inside and have them give me the correct item. Customer service is awful!!!!! If you dont have to stop, dont!

People pretty business like at registers. Restrooms needed attention. That said they get you on the road again pretty quickly.

My boyfriend is a truck driver and Ive traveled with him. I really love the accominations they have to offer. Their facilities are always so clean, and have a large. Variey of foods to choose from. Not to mention a restaurant inside the store. Really love them. Truckers also get points for food and baths.
