Got outstanding customer service from Cassandra at the printing center. We had a hard time getting what we wanted ordered at different Office Max location and drove here to try again. She was able to get our order in quickly and with no issues. Very nice lady and very helpful! Thank you so much!

I will never spend another penny here. We decided to get our invitations printed here and the whole experience was an over priced disappointment. The guy running the counter acted like it was his last day and didn’t have a care in the world. We chose to try and save money and have OfficeMax print a digital design. There was suppose to be a coupon for 40% off which would’ve made the savings well worth it. Instead when we went to pick up our invitations, he refused to honor the stores coupon, and we ended up paying MORE for cheap prints, than what we would’ve paid for professionally done invitations. $126 for 75 5X7 prints is what we paid. Just ridiculous.

Was able to get fast service. A lot of laptops were out of stock but that wasnt their fault. The manager tried to locate one and was able to help.

I would not recommend this location! Trashy. Rude staff. Telling me to put a mask on my Toddler saying it’s a new rule now. Uh last time I checked the governor said no for toddlers not to be wearing them it’s not a law for toddlers. What toddler you know wears a mask and keeps it on?? I’m never coming to this location or recommending it.

I will never use cribside here again. This is the second time I waited five to ten minutes parked at curbside without anyone noticing me even tried to call at 11:11 this morning no answer walked in not one person insight I finally parked my car walked in a second time at 11:17 am and six people are up front. Why have cirbside option if you are not going to use it for customers who spacificly have it?Poor management and communication at this Office Max. Very disappointed

Horrible service. Left wedding invites to be cut and was told to return at 7. They aren’t done. No problem I can wait. Then the girl comes and says that the margins are a little off but states for us that they’re fine anyway. Excuse me, that’s not for you to decide? At this point I decide to just take them home to see if they work. Low and behind in the middle of the stack half of the invitations are COMPLETELY OFF CENTER. It looks like a child cut them. The invite is almost off the paper. The worst part is that the girl hid the worst of the bunch so that I wouldn’t see them!!Manager said she would give us a discount. You destroyed my paper, I should charge you to get a whole new batch cut and reprinted.

How sad that the folks that actually get awesome service at this store dont take the time to write a note. I for one have had exceptional service. Both Dale Wood and Julia have not only been helpful but extremely professional. Sorry - cant remember Julias last name. A little patience goes a long way. This was my go to store for scanning, copying, products and fixing my computer. I dont know what happen but its a sorry store. The store was empty and I waited 20 minutes to have a document scan because the employee was too busy taking her personal call. Again, I waited in an empty store while an employee that could have helped me, just stand there talking to another coworker about her personal business. I expect good customer service and this place has very poor service. Store needs to rethink their management.

I ordered 2 types of business cards and a banner for same day pick up. I placed my order at 1 am and the return time given was 6PM. I needed my items by 2 so when they opened I called. Akira was my associate and was AWESOME! She let me know that she was about to call me to let me know that their location didn’t have the size banner paper but she had already contacted another store to get it done and they were already working it. She let me know that she would contact me as soon as they went to pick it up and she had already informed them even before my call to please have it by 2. Akira called me around 1 to let me know my banner and other products were complete and that the banner would arrive shortly before 2 and she would put the grommets and I’d be good to go. On my way traffic made it difficult to get there and I was running behind but would be there by 2. I called to ask Akira if I could just come to the counter and pick my things up as I really didn’t have time to wait in a line. Akira’s next words BLEW MY MIND!!! “Ma’am no need for that just call when you are close and I’ll bring them out to you”!!! AKIRA IS A ROCK STAR!!! Those additional minutes saved ensured I made my event on time!!!!! The first annual San Antonio Plus Fashion Fest went off flawlessly because of your AMAZING ASSOCIATE!! Customer service in printing department has been the worst experience the two times Ive been. Woman, with long braided hair, is very unpleasant. She has no customer service in her demeanor or words. She also talks badly to her people on her team and in front of customers. Its very uncomfortable. I went here because its the nearest to my home but after today I will be taking the extra drive for a better experience.

This is the worse store Ive ever been in. I went in and stood at the register for 10 minutes and no one came to the register. I needed the item very bad but I was out of time and couldnt wait any longerIf there are any thiefs out there I want you to know that you can walk in, grab an item, and walk right out without anyone noticing in the evening.
