This place is awesome. I have been taking my PC to this place for at 7 yrs maybe more. Anytime I have issues with my laptop or PC I go there. First, the customer service is wonderful. The employees are courteous, patient and are very knowledgeable. If I dont understand something they walk me through it. Their prices are very reasonable. I will recommend anyone that has PC issues to pay them a visitYou will not be disappointed!

Very nice place and the staff knew the ins and outs of my laptop and the best solution to fix it. Unfortunately they didnt have the components to fix it on the spot so they have me a substitution for now. Overall great service.

Do not bring your electronics here. They have had my surface pro here for 5 months to fix the keyboard . I’m a student and a vet and every time I called they assured me they would start. Now I finally had enough and tried Picking it up and they’ve given me every Excuse from we can’t find it to our tec is working on it and now they told me it would be done tomorrow after five months and me complaining all of a sudden the work will be finished tomorrow. They will part out your computer or hope you forget about it. Not the first time this has happened here from what I have now heard

Went around 2pm to drop off my chromebook to get the screen repaired and I came back same day 7pm with a brand new screen imported! Customer service was great, easy communication and fast service! Definitely will go back!

They said I had a problem with my CPU and asked me if Id buy a new one at the store. But I didnt understand. Because my CPU was a new CPU. It cost 69 dollars just to check the computer. Eventually, I watched YouTube and updated BIOS to solve the problem. They are not professionals. Dont waste your time and money here.

I was referred to Champion Computers by a close friend of mine, and he said they have been in business for a number of years, and are excellent at what they do.Initially I had some apprehension to leave my computer and laptops with any repair store, considering what our world is enduring with hackers and identiy-theft these days.Last week I made a call to the store and spoke to Jose, who explained to me what the process would be in order to diagnose the issues I was having. He reassured me that no customer of theirs had ever had their privacy breached, and told me the estimate to diagnose my computer issues would be free.So I took my desktop and two laptops in to the store, and Eduardo provided me with an explanation of the process for each item and that he would get back with me as soon as possible on a diagnosis for each one. In two business days, I was able to pick up my computers in the store, and was given an update for each one. And their pricing is very reasonable.I can say that I am very pleased and relieved with the service I received. With no uncertainy, I would highly recommend Champion Computers to anyone looking for an honest and reputable company to handle their computer needs. Excellent service! I have brought my computer (which is kind of old now) a couple of times for different reasons, and it always feels like a have a new laptop when I get home. Very reasonable price and Mr. Angel is always super helpful and very knowledgable. I always recommend this place whenever someone asks me if I know someone who fixes computers.

Took my HP to get fixed because the wifi wouldn’t connect. They charged me $65 for just putting a “usb wifi” which cost only $15. Total rip off. Then my Bluetooth wouldn’t connect w my mouse nor keyboard After I brought it home the same day. Never returning again.

Excellent repair work! Im SO glad I gave this place a try and that it just happened to be located near my office. My laptop had been dead for 2 years and I was about to give up hope on getting it fixed for a reasonable price. I saved roughly $300 bringing it to Champion Computers instead of just buying a new one and now it works just LIKE NEW. They called me back with a solution and a quote days after I dropped off my computer and though repairs took some time due to covid, they kept me up to date on progress everytime I went in to make a payment. Helpful, friendly staff! I will definitely be coming here for future computer repair needs again!

Purchased a laptop, found out the battery was not good that same day so I took it back and they told me to wait 4 days so they can replace it. Well its been about a month now and i still have no battery. Every time Ive called i have been told “We will call you once we find it”. Never buying from here again.

Angel was amazing with assisting me picking the perfect laptop for my work needs. He was very patient in explaining details and even went on to give me a 101 on how to open with split screen to help me with work and showing me around the added software. I never felt rushed or silly for the maybe ridiculous questions I asked he always gave me a detailed answers without making me feel embarrassed for for being a computer tech. I highly recommend this place if you need help picking out a laptop and understanding.

I came in today to buy a monitor with the HDMI connection to match a new computer I purchased online. When I got to my apartment, I had issues figuring out how to connect everything together. I called Champion and I was told to come back with the monitor and to bring my computer. When I returned, the staff assisted me with optimal excellency during my visit.The staff member that helped me went over and beyond helping me. He checked my computer and the monitor I had purchased, then explained how to connect the monitor and computer. I really appreciated his patience since Im sort of still a novice with computers. The staff gave an exemplary model of what true customer service is all about. I was impressed with the staff members knowledge and overall decorum while assisting me. I wish more retail entities were like this LOL.Champion will be my home for my computer needs going forward, keep up the good work!!!!!!!

Great place! I spilled soda on my laptop and it was not working correctly. They took it apart and cleaned it for a really low price in one day. As a full-time college student my laptop is really important to me and they saved me so much grief. I am really grateful to them. They are easy to talk to and very polite.

Took my broken PC to this place and they repaired it the same day. They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need and diagnosed the problem for free, on the spot. Altex will charge you $60 to find the problem and wait 3 days for them to even look at it. Mike was really helpful, and the owner Angel was a nice dude.

These guys saved the day man! After running around all morning for hours tryinbg to find a special screw for my home security panel. Luckily they ended up having one and were awesome!!!

They have not done a dam thing is trying to find a part to fix my computer after the tech said that they can fix it.... every time i call no one answers of if they do they take my name and number and said they will tell the tech to call me and i never hear from them........ IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE THEY PROVIDE...... and treat there customers like they dont matter...... i do not know about this company they have not impressed me yet

I am giving them 1 star because my laptop still works at least and they put a virus protector which I am grateful for. However, our hinge broke on our laptop and I brought it to these guys to fix. They fix it, I bring it home and within a week the hinge breaks AGAIN. This time my boyfriend takes it in and the man tells my boyfriend, well however fixed it the first time didnt do it right. Which in-turn my boyfriend says, you guys did it! and with no response for the comment he takes the laptop to fix again. My boyfriend asks if hes going to get a discount at least because its the same problem that wasnt fixed the first time. Employee said no, Im sorry. Because we so desperately need our laptop for our business we just settle and give it to them AGAIN.Time to pickup the computer and they charge us FULL PRICE and when we take it home to use (for our business) the speakers DO NOT WORK!!. I would take it to them again in hopes that they can fix their mistakes but I need it for my business. Too bad I can never use for anything else.Lost my business for sure!!

Left my laptop on a Tuesday, had to call on Friday to see what was diagnosis and the tech was that working on it was going to call me back its the next Monday now and they wont answer my calls. Horrible horrible customer service.

How hard it is to say Hello to a customer? I was standing there for 10 mins. no other customers and the two employees just glared at me sitting behind the counter. I was ready to buy that Dell Laptop, but you just lost a customer.One additional star for the variety of selection compared to discount computers.Dont get me wrong I support small businesses more than anybody but I guess Ill just have to deal with craigslists for a new laptop. No one needs that crap warranty anyways.
