Have got decent prices on coolers in past, but will never again get the custom metal work or anything from Mission. Bought a 3 compartment sink. Had to get custom build. Paid almost $8k. Was sent plans after work was started that were not what was agreed upon(but too late to change at that point so you need to sign off on them is what I was told), was told I would have 3 faucet spots one being spray arm, didnt happen. The sink has an attached pot rack as our old one did, and measurments were taken before work started. Pot rack is about 2 foot shorter than needs to be. If you hang anything off of bottom rung you have no access to faucets.This is something that should have been obvious before they even delivered sink. Top rack not much better. We have an order in for about $20k in equipment from them that I am seriously considering canceling.

I dont know what wed do without Jay! He has been one of the biggest factors in our success! Jay is extremely knowledgeable about the great products carried by Mission Restaurant Supply. I come to buy coffee supplies for our office. They always have what I need, in stock. Checking the website beforehand is helpful. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I also enjoy shopping for professional grade cooking/baking items for home.

The staff was extremely helpful. The griddle I wanted was not something they usually carry and they went out of their way to order the model I wanted to purchase. I was so happy that they listened to my needs and didnt try to sell me on something else. Best of all I received everything relatively quickly considering it had to be ordered. Ill shop at Mission again!

Ordered a microwave online because I had good luck with the Austin store. Five days later, the day I was expecting it to arrive I got a call to verify the order because of suspected fraud even though it was shipping to an easily identifiable restaurant address. When I asked why they didnt call me sooner they told me they had called several times. I went back and checked the call log on my phone as well as my voicemail. No calls. I am in the customer service business and this is inexcusable. Go elsewhere.

Scoundrels. Shady business practices. Id watch out for them. Their favorite technique is charging for labor ($92/hr) plus a vague truck charge ($45) even when your item is under warranty. I would NEVER, ever do business with them again. You shouldnt either
