It’s a cool store but it sucks that they don’t have a lot of the awesome clothing items like they do online. So because of that I have to get everything online. I really wish the store was much bigger and had the same sales that they do online.

Im not a big fan of paying 70 bucks and change for two t-shirts, one of them being a King of the Hill shirt. Thats what you get when you shop designer.

I ordered a dress off UO.com and a day after I bought it, it shipped out. I was so excited! I work retail so I understand sometimes brands ship merchandise out from stores. When my “dress” arrived, it was an xs cropped baby tee. The receipt on the inside of the package was for my dress. I called the store and told them of my situation to make sure they could help me. I went out to La Cantera, 35 minutes out of my way, to return the shirt and get the dress I had ordered. Obviously I realized they probably had the dress since it was supposed to be sent out from that store. This was an employee error! When I went to return the shirt and get the dress... the girl helping me didn’t even ask if I wanted the dress I ORDERED she immediately just said “oh well your money will be returned.” I didn’t think it was crazy that I would want what I ordered and not just my money back. This option wasn’t even offered to me, she just said “oh well you can go try to find it if you want.” Like I said before, I work retail. If I was in this situation where clearly it was an employee error I would have offered to go find the dress that the customer ordered. So I proceeded to go upstairs and find the dress they were supposed to send out instantly. I go back downstairs, and now I have to wait in line behind four people. When I finally get to the register, someone else is helping me and given the shirt that I got in the mail. He’s then trying to return the shirt even after I’ve told him the shirt will not scan into their system because I didn’t buy it and it’s not on the receipt. I finally just gave up and returned the dress. These workers were honestly unhelpful and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I don’t see myself shopping at Urban Outfitters again, especially since the company as a whole is actually abhorrent when it comes to social issues & sustainability.

I bought this for my friend for her birthday as a gift, and when she opened it, it was empty, someone had taken out the cap from inside the box. I was completely embarrassed. Check your boxed items before you leave the store with an empty box .......

What an awesome clothing store! 3 stories of mens, womens and childrens Urban Fashions and accessories. Totally stoked we found this place inside the La Cantera shopping center. Pretty crowded during the weekends... Im going to return for sure but during the week when traffic and parking wont be such a mess.

Staff is stuck up . rude . wouldn’t help anyone. i was in there for 30 minutes and not a single person asked me if i wanted help with anything. wouldn’t recommend going .

The store and overall customer service is pretty phenomenal. Its clean, organized and laid out very well. In a great location, has three floors but an elevator in case you need it. Word of warning, their vinyls are extremely over priced, and they only carry extremely basic ones, so if thats what youre into literally anywhere else is better. Other than that solid place.

Legitimately am just walking into the store now at 10:11am (open) my son and I are the only customers in the store and we’ve passed 4 employee’s yet not one has greeted us. Weirdest most unwelcoming shopping experience. What dragssss

I like this store. When Im at the mall I always walk in. Everything they sell is on top of the latest yrend or is unique in some sort of way. They are very socially conscious here about gender and equal rights which is fine by me but its in your face a little bit. Cool shirts cool shoes and accessories got place to shop

I Love this store but man is it pricey! They have several looks and styles which is good for a family of a few teens who want to look different. My neice goes here, takes a picture of a look she wants and recreates it at half the cost! Some things you just have to break down and buy. The store is three stories high! Dont miss the top floor because the socks are awesome😉

This is my favorite place to shop but I only buy things on sale. The rest is too over priced.

Two t shirts ended up costing 80 dollars which isnt .... Ideal. But theyre really soft and high quality and the whole aesthetic of the store was really nice... A bit overpriced but overall okay.

Not a big fan of this store. They have cool things but they are way over priced. And the people that work here think they are so cool just cause they work at urban outfitters. They need a reality check...you just work at a store. Staff is always so stuck up.

The fashion selections here are usually a miss for me. Still it is a cool store. Very trendy staff. Obviously targeted for a younger crowd.

I had the WORST experience with online UO, but Veronica (manager here) was AMAZING at getting this issue resolved for me. She went above & beyond which I am so grateful for. Online screwed up my order and was taking MONTHS (literally) to fix it. Not even one week & Veronica took care of it. She was so adamant about getting me helped. Calling me, emailing me, taking time to talk with me & really understand the issue. I’m just grateful because it’s been so long since I’ve seen someone like her go above & beyond. Thank you!

Not what I expected & Not much of a selection.

I normally never go to Urban Outfitters and as a first time in a few years, this specific one felt incredibly hot at the top level. Going up those stairs, suddenly I was hit with just extremely hot air. I know heat rises, but that air ventilation was BAD.

I really like urban outfitters clothing so I decided to stop in but I was watched from the moment I walked in the door and I don’t quite understand why as all I was going was wearing a hoodie.

This was the worst experience Ive had ever in a retail shop ever. I walked into the store and was treated as if I was going to steal my items!! Please note that I am also an employee of La Cantera and have never even written a review before but this experience pushed me too it. Ive never been treated so I unwelcomed anywhere. Stuck. Up. Staff. if you are a visitor to San Antonio I reccomend going to H&M or Forever 21. Better employees and better prices.

The store is severely overpriced $40 Tees ??? and they have inundated thier inventory with graphic tees and no longer showcase thier retro wear times change but they really didnt evolve they stayed in the past and went with the crowd.

Not nearly as much guy stuff as there is womens, but its the novelty area that has the cool stuff, especially vinyl records for recent music releases.
