I really do not like going there because the cashiers at work there they follow you around like if youre going to steal something. And I think that is pretty rude. Because not everybody steals. It isnt really my store of choice. The only reason I stopped there is because its closer to home and I Im usually in a hurry. I did not like to go to HEB or to Walmart. Too many people!

They always have the basic stuff that I need. Been going there for years.

Very bad customer service from the so called Assistant Manager Evelyn. Shes always on her phone. One day last week, she had me wait at the register while she stood there texting on her phone in front of me. When I asked if that was more important than helping out the customer her exact words were, In this case, yes. Im responding to my boss. When I went to complain to the manager, his response was, In any other circumstance that would not be acceptable but, she was replying to me about an interview. That leads me to believe that he feels the same way about customers since she was texting him at the time. Another time that I was in the store Evelyn was in the aisles texting when the manager was nowhere around. Its obvious shes a bit subordinate about company policy as an Assistant Manager. Employees that Ive had excellent customer service from are Samantha and Judy. Ive never had any problems with them.

Cool knick knacks.

A bad experience from the moment i walked in. The cashier asked for my bag as soon as i literally walked in. As if i were a student and i had bad intentions. I went looking for aaa batteries. I found them and as i put my hands on them, same cashier, tells me not to be yanking on the batteries. Not noticing batteries have a secured lock so they cant taken off the peg hooks. I was humiliated in front of other customers with such accusation. When i went to pay i addressed the issue with her accusing me of something i was not doing. This lady has no clue customer service is. She wanted to argue about the issue. I also addressed the fact that my bag was the only one she had behind the counter. I asked why women with purses didnt have to have them behind the counter. Her response was that not one woman had a purse with them. What an idiot

My. Store is great. Super great employees. Very respectful and helpful. The store is always clean. The isles always kept passable, with all goods on shelves. All around well managed. A-plus grade from me.

The store itself is always clean but the way it is set up makes it feel like your in a rat maze. Most of the time the employees do not greet customers or even acknowledge us when were walking around the store; it shows that they dont try and prevent shrinkage.Even as I was checking out the cashier only spoke to me when my smart coupon didnt work. The worst part though is that they always put food with cleaning chemicals I mean thats bagging 101 dont put any type of food with cleaning chemicals just in case they leak. Despite this I will still go because its only two blocks away from my house and I dont drive.

Always hot in this place.. I dont know how the employees can stand it. Also, has expired food so look at all expiration dates if you must shop here. Another thing is that employees follow shoppers around as if they are all are shop lifters.

I like this place but it is not grate with gift cards one of the workers tried to add tax on to a Gift Card.

Pretty convenient location. always well kept and the employees are always sweet and friendly.

Staff not friendly and had one person at register while other staff were stocking up, which couldve wait n tended to the verrrrry long line, at least 9 people in front. Customers are priority and stocking selves couldve definitely waited.

Huge potholes in the parking lot. Store was little disorganized, and needed to be cleaned. Team appeared to be bored and unfriendly. Store could use a fresh management team.

Two Minutes till it opens, no one is here. Need something before I go to work, but now it 8am they are not open. Disappointed, but I will just go somewhere else and spend my money. Saturday Morning 8:20am they are still not open at 8am, people standing outside waiting, Wow.
