Would give it 0 stars if i could!! Terrible customer service..no one around at registers..employees just walk off after you ask for help..employees telling each other you help them no you..and both walked off..my wife has been waiting in line for over an hour now this is ridiculous!! Now we are being told that we were misinformed by another employee and item doesnt qualify for a 20% off discount today and of course other employee is no where to be found..dont come here go to the south park mall location

I wanted to buy perfume all tester were empty boo. No one there to help. Wanted to buy a shirt no fitting room available it was blocked no sign. Giving directions. This place was hard to shop. If you are in a hurry forget coming here.

I love this store. They always have what I need, exactly what Im looking for. The cashiers work to help there customers. Its a small store so there arent very many workers on the floor. Even so, Id still wait in line for their well made, products.

Love the store with the exception of the store looking unkempt. The clothes racks are so full that the clothes eventually end up on the floor. The is the problem with most of the stores I visit.

Love going shopping at Bealls. We shopped late at night after all had been there and we still found many sales. The sales clerks were all very courteous and polite even though the store was staying open till 1: am . The ladies at the make up counter checked us out and they took their time to explain the sales on every itrm we purchasef.Our bags were also brought out to our vehicle and what more could we ask for.

Your employees were very courteous. So sad your going out of business.

Not enough employees, store was a mess. Things were all over the floor. Terrible. The cashier said they need so much help they are hiring in the spot.

The company regularly has good sales. Admittedly this location is small and not a wide variety, you can buy online and pick up at store for free, no ahipping charged. Cosmetic counter closes at 7. It is messy because the employees cant keep up with MESSY PEOPLE! I always see people mess up their organization.

Had good variety of shoes I like that I can have a choice of shoes to pick from and not just take one cause thats all they had

Very busy black Friday! Security person Debbie Villarreal was a great help. Helped get what I was looking for, a directed me to the shortest line. Staff was busy, but nice.

Management is so disorganized and lazy. The poor cashiers are so busy with people and the managers don’t even clean up the store or help out. Estée Lauder is so busy with customers that the mangers send over, i couldn’t even get a shade match. Estée Lauder at Macy’s won’t give me samples to see the shade color in different lighting, so i love that this Bealls provides that. Too bad only two cashiers and the managers send half the line over to Lauder that i can’t even get a proper consultation. There’s registers in shoe department and the women’s section but neither of them are open due to lazy management and low staff.

Store was very clean and staff was nice. I just feel the prices are too high.

Came here to buy a dress everything in every department was a mess lots of clothing out of place not to mention the prices were over priced. But the sales ladies were a kinda nice seemed like they were to busy to help anyone.

For a department store competing with Macys, Bealls is a mess.No customer service, bad and outdated selection, filthy and astonishing unorganized!!!Dont pay top dollar at this place. You will be off at a thrift store!!!

Have been to this store on S.New Braunfels Ave three different times... terrible customer service. For one they have not had a sales person in the cosmedic department when ive been there, then tried to exchange boots, couldnt do it, so unhappy with this store! Will not shop there again, iveI found the Bells in Floresville, Tx instead. That store I love!!

Don’t be lured in by the alleged Doorbuster. The store is a disaster. Waded through the supposed $6.99 doorbuster rack and found a cute outfit. Waited in a hideously slow line only to get to the register and be rung up at $96. The cashier, who had offered me a credit card three times already, went to ask the manager when I challenged that they were on the clearance racks. The manager told her the jeans never went on clearance but she could honor the shirt if it was a red tag. They were both red tag. No thank you, cancel my order. There were multiple pairs of those jeans on the rack. What a scam! I highly suggest the manager clean that store up, staff adequately and honor their posted prices. I for one will not ever shop there again. Hope you’ll shop smart and stay away from this Beall’s!

Went there yesterday,was horrible, no help for cashiers, being black friday, 2 cashiers, went back to day,at the counter, and supervisor calling cashier to shut it down,store is unkept, i used to spend a couple of hours there. Now i just go in and leave, womens dept is a mess!

Horrible gift return policy. At least warn customers of their getting ripped off by posting your policy In Store of giving $3.36 return instead of an even exchange or store credit. Unfortunately, for your store along with my no longer shopping Bealls so are 11 unsatised customer friends of mine who shared a similar experience.Along with your greedy return policy, your store was uncomfortably hot. Many women were complaining but to no avail.

This store is an absolute disaster ! Its never ever organized. Poor customer service. Fitting rooms are not only a mess as well, they have a very unappealing odor. I try not to go to this location too often.

Easy access to the store off 37, usually not crowded. Not the best selection but good to buy something quick.
