Very nice displays and very clean store. Things can be pricey, so its best for gifts for others (think wedding gifts) when you want to impress. You can find most odd-ball kitchenware and appliances here, and they have good seasonal sales and themed goods.

Great place to pick up a quick last minute gift. They have a great selection of items within everyones budget.

Very disappointing experience with ordering online for pickup. The e-mail I received indicated that I should call when I arrived. I called but got hung up on twice and the 3rd time the phone was not answered after more than about 15 rings. Giving up I decided to go into the store to pick up the order. The store had a large sign indicating the location for order pick up. I went to the counter and told the associate I was there to pick up an online order. She said she would be right with me. I realize she was helping a customer with what apparently was a complex order but I never received an acknowledgment or suggestion for an alternative for obtaining my already paid for order. Clearly this area was not reserved for online order pick-up. Once the check-out line diminished a bit, and having stood there for ~10 minutes, I proceeded to the general check-out line to pick up my order. The gentleman that helped me was frazzled, but courteous. The woman that brought the order out was abrupt. The order was not packaged well - 5 items (all glass) just in a shopping bag not wrapped in tissue as they would have been if purchased in person. I guess since they already had my payment customer service was not a priority. Would not recommend this location (shops at la cantera), at least for on-line order pick up. Clearly not a process they have executed well.

Always has the best cooking hardware that can be bought and they always have good sales during the holidays on their collections that are limited. There is also always good seasonal items for cooking such as spices during the summer for all different types of protein. There is always something to buy when going to this store to add to your kitchen.

I miss the old store, but this shop had what I wanted. The staff were helpful and attentive. Well organized for the size of space available. They wanted to keep the customers happy. Their merchandise for the most part a higher grade than some other places. When purchasing items here you are looking for generational ownership.

I love Harry, so friendly and helpful. He was genuine and thats difficult to find anymore. Love my new knives!

Staff was very helpful despite the current shortages of stock. There was still a nice selection of sale knives and really nice open stock no box pans were half off!

Stephanie helped us and was very helpful and nice. She brought out things from the back and was giving me suggestions and let me know of other things from the collection.

Always find what I need customer service was outstanding

Ordered an Allclad set for my moms birthday on July 16. They gave me a delivery date of july 30 - Aug 5. I tracked my order Aug 1st and it said it was cancelled. I never received any email or phone call from these people. I reordered today Aug 1 and was told it would be delivered Aug 17. This was a birthday gift for my mother and is taking a month! They lost a customer for life.

My wife and I shop here and like the prices and selection. Before you buy from the regular brick and mortar store, check out the Williams-Sonoma outlet store. The selection is very good and they have a vast quantity of items. Any pan or pot you could want is here. If you want dishes or plates they have them too. The usual discount is about 30% off normal sale price. They offer an additional 15% discount for military. I like to patronize companies that support military. The quality of items sold here are 1st class. Now the big question, would I recommend this place to others? Yes most definitely.

Today I witnessed a friend of mine discuss an issue concerning his order with a Customer Service Rep at Williams Sonoma. He had ordered a set of copper cookware for his son meant to be a Christmas gift this year. He had a confirming email with an order number and a future delivery date in his possession. While checking his credit card statement, he notice the gift was charged and then refunded a few days later. When he called Williams Sonoma customer service, he was told by the rep that someone else purchased the last cookware and he would not be receiving his order. They did ship a copper baker that was ordered at the same time to match the set which would be useless without the cookware set he ordered. Why ship that if you cannot ship the matching cookware? No one wants just one pan - he ordered it to go with the set as a gift.Williams Sonoma owes Stephanie at the San Antonio La Cantera store a big thank you for assisting with the order issue of my friend and salvaging our faith in the company to stand behind their corporate culture. We were able to come up with a solution thanks to Stephanie and we would certainly visit her store and work with her on future purchases. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Stephanie for helping us to purchase a gift for the kids that will last a lifetime.The insult in all this is Williams Sonoma never emailed or called him; he had to find out while online with his credit card company. How did he receive a confirmation email if there was no product? Surely the system would not confirm and send tracking if you have no product to send. This friend, who is on disability currently and has a limited income, just wanted to give his son a nice gift this Christmas. The gift is gone and the coupon savings are gone with it.As I watched the discussion unfold, I made a decision that Williams Sonoma violated their own customer service statement from their own website. They were not willing to offer any concession to him for losing out on the coupon he had used on his precious Christmas gift. Really?I was also Williams Sonoma shopper - but not anymore after what I witnessed today

Very limited selections. Most of what’s available, you can buy it elsewhere for better prices. Associates are usually too busy to help you, especially if they “think” you are not there to buy anything expensive. When you call and ask whether something is available, they’ll tell you yes but in fact they don’t have it. They never bother to check.

I love this store. Knowledgeable and friendly employees that greet everyone that walks in the door upon entering. Their stock is always up to date with the companys online look. The store is a bit crowded and hard to maneuver through, but its one of my favorite stores at La Cantera Mall.

Love this store, I find the items I needed. They do get really busy so it is hard to find someone to help you on the weekend. During the week it is more quiet for you to walk around and not have so many people surrounding you.

The place is great, but the employees dont offer anything that they cook or drinks even though they are free, they just let you smell while you shop. I cant go without buying something! Love the products great quality.

Called to get general information on a pan set and after speaking with Harry, I knew what to buy. Went to the store and the staff was friendly in greeting me, answered some more questions about certain pans and completed my purchase. While some people may think these pans are expensive, you have to pay for quality and that is what you find at this store.

Was here today and was completely ignored for a solid 20min with no other customers until a white looking couple appeared and were asked if they need anything immediately after stepping in the door. We also stood at the counter for another 5min with stuff to buy.
