This place is incredible. They go above and beyond. My screen was cracked so badly that it was barley functioning. My phone was pressing buttons that i wasn’t pressing due to the damage. I was going to go to a place close by school that quoted me $107 but didn’t end up having time so i called Cell doc while i was at school and she told me she would do it for $69. So i showed up first thing the next morning and she did in fact honor that price. I’m so glad i didn’t go to my original plan. She went above and beyond. She added a screen protector for no charge and get this- picked out a glittery pink case that she said looked like it went with my style (it did) and added that for no charge! Seriously such nice people better deals then the bigger Companies like Dr. phones or you break I fix.

Matt, has come to my rescue at least 6 times in the last year. Each time he has been incredibly amazing and making sure he isnt just gouging me on price like the next guy would. He has been extremely gracious and offered discounts on items like cases to help prevent my phone from breaking again. Matt came to my rescue yet again today and had to do some serious work past just a cracked screen. He worked quickly knowing I came during my lunch break. As always, I will recommend him over ANY other place out there. Hes right downstairs in Rolling Oaks Mall by the elevator.Thank you for being so awesome Matt!!! MOTO G4 Cellphone display repair. The gentleman who took my repair in and returned my cellphone after repair on Dec 24th 2020 was profesional and courteous. At the time,I saw no issues. It wasnt until later that I found there was an issue with a corner of the screen that had light coming from it that makes it unusable for VR goggles and night time use. Later when I took it in to shop, a young lady who was the only attendant who said I had probably damaged it myself and glued it myself. I hadnt even noticed any glue till she told me which indicated to me that she had seen this before possibly from other customers of her shop. I asked her to check her records for my info but asked for my recipet but then said the price was too low for what I got and I probably was not her customer. I asked her to check her records or talk to the gentleman who had helped me but she kept saying if the phone worked it wasnt a problem and I probably was not her customer. Complaint also filed with BBB.
