Absolutely incredible service! I dropped my phone and the screen broke making it useless on a day I had a virtual appointment and two teleconferences. I called to see if they were open due to the Covid crisis, thankfully they were! They have great safety measures in-place to mitigate close interaction. I was quoted 30 minutes for screen replacement, I left to get food from a drive through, and it was fixed and waiting before I returned. Extremely happy with the customer service and to have a functioning phone! THANK YOU!!!

As far as prices and service goes to get your phone repaired no other place compares. The associate working the counter (Devin) didnt try to sell me something that I didnt need and the repair time was fast for my daughters iPhone. The only reason I didnt give a fifth star was due to the fact that I had to wait two days for my Samsung Note to be repaired. I recommend this place to all.

Bought a hotpot from this place the guy lead me to believe I was buying a new product when I got home I noticed a cracked on inside of the hotpot and that the sticker on outside was worn-out when I went back they told me it was pre-owned. They charged me the price of a new one. Then when I told them I wanted it new they said ok but it would take a couple weeks and after awhile they gave me a different model charged me for restocking fee.then had the nerve to tell me if I was looking for a new phone that I should go with them because he was so helpful with getting me this new hotspot. I didnt I went to actual t-mobile store bought my phone and they informed me that my new hotspot that these people charged me extra for was another pre-owned hotspot. These people lied to my face with a smile and ripped me off do not go here for new products because they will probably do the same thing to you.

Came here today to switch from sprint & I couldnt be more happier. Customer service was more than satisfing. I will make sure my to refer anyone that i know to come here. I am so excited to leave my contract & be on a month to month plan now!
