BUYER BEWARE!!!!I purchased a CPO 2014 CarreraS from this dealer. Car was delivered to me in POOR shape and certainly not in CPO condition. Car was delivered with check engine light. This was noted on the delivery bill of sale from the transport company I hired. I had the car fixed at a Porsche dealer in PA (where I live.) The car needed over $6,000 in repairs to get the car in CPO shape which was a fight from the Porsche of San Antonio to cover these cost.The car was sold to me as a CPO which they do NOT argue, however PORSCHE system does not reflect that. The car is now back in for repairs that would be covered under Porsche CPO but now Porsche of San Antonio refuse to cover the cost.The GSM, Doug has no follow up and poor customer service.DO NOT do business with this dealership.

Never will I buy another Porsche from this dealership. I bought 3 different warranties that cause over 6k. I wanted that money to go towards the warranties instead it was used as a down payment so when my car was totaled 3 weeks later I was unable to get that money back. Took over 2 months to even get a solid answer. I spoke with the GM and he could careless of the situation. It was partially my fault for not checking their work and assuming they were doing the right thing. Lesson learned.

I purchased 2 new Taycans from this dealers and the first one was a lemon. The second one they cant repair the charge port on the right side and say I can only use the left on a 210k car???? Now that doesnt work and they cant take my car in till October 4th. Porsche head quarters is aware of this problem and have not stepped into help. By far the worst experience I have ever had with any car purchase.

I called this dealership needing to obtain information about a 2018 Panamera 4s, I was quickly routed to the correct representative which was Service Advisor Tim Locascio. We live in Houston and purchased a pre-owned vehicle based on the photos Jordan sent us. My family loves Porsche products but loathes this dealership. Our auto insurance company doesnt even recommend them for repairing their own brand. My 2018 Porsche has been at this dealership for 3 months, awaiting parts from Germany. I dropped by the dealership today to look at their inventory of 911s. Six sales people inside doing nothing, I was the only customer there, and no one lifted a finger to help me. When I asked service about the pending repair the answer was vaguely between next week and eternity. Customer service is better at McDonalds drive thru. My next Porsche purchase will be at another dealership.

We bought a used, low mile Audi s5 from San Antonio Porsche based on a video sent to me by their salesman, Jordan. The video somehow managed to miss a number of flaws that were readily apparent with the first wash. Obvious scrapes, paint runs, cracked paint, etc. After a few responses about correcting these things, the phone has gone silent. I would not buy from this dealership without a professional inspection. I expected more honesty from a Porsche dealership

I was an out of state buyer and loved this dealership. Unbelievably efficient and excellent all around service. Could not be happier with the total experience. Gerardo Sanchez is absolutely the best. Watch for bait and switch techniques on rims on their used Porsche inventory. To be fair I was offered a free detail for a $2000 error in the difference between 21 and 22 rimsMonti,I understand that you sent me the original factory build sheet and that you have the following disclaimer on your eBay listing:Safety, Mechanical, Comfort and Exterior Notes detail items which were installed at the factory during manufacturing of this vehicle. These items may or may not still be installed on this vehicle. Please call for further details.However, in negotiating over the phone between us, we discussed the current vehicles %off from the original factory build sheet (07.18.12). There was an implied verbal assumption that the vehicle had the original options, including the 911 rims that were a $2k upgrade from what is currently on the vehicle per our discussion. So I assumed the rims were a $2K value. The transaction is worth more to me, the buyer, under that impression.I love the automobile and was happy with the entire transaction until I was researching wheel and rim insurance and was informed that I dont have the 21 wheels. The discovery has soured my experience slightly based on how your automotive group handled it. The response from Eric Petree was the pictures showed the 20 wheels. End of story.

I purchased a CPO car sight unseen and had it shipped to California. Bryan was awesome, made me feel confident about the car, and offered a great price on it. No add-ons or shenanigans with Finance, the doc fees were reasonable, and I ended up with a far better deal than I could have gotten in California. They walked me through the process of receiving the car and getting it registered in California, which I just finished with no issues whatsoever. Most importantly, they were honest and dealt with integrity: when I first contacted them, they told me the car I wanted was already in process with another customer who had yet to submit a finance application. I respected this, because Ive had vehicles sold from under my feet as I was arranging for finance/logistics, so I thanked them and thought that was that. The next day Porsche SA called and said the first customer didnt submit their finance application, are you still interested? and the rest is history.

Jordan made things so easy with trading in my older car in exchange for an pre-owned upgrade that was fairly priced. They cleaned it up and gassed me up quickest transaction ever! Looking forward to returning in few years. Highly recommended. Thanks so much to Linda too in finance.

I reside in Houston and my local dealerships sadly like to play favors for their vip customers leaving people like me who wants a car of this magnitude stranded.I reached out to Porsche of SA via email in regards to a post I saw on a website. Jordan email me back quickly and answer my initial inquiry. We started to discuss the vehicle as advertise as well as the vehicle I would be trading in. Purchased a brand new Porsche Panamera last year and bought a lot of extras like tire protection and leather seat care and protection, they said you at a minimum need both because something will go wrong with your rims and seats, well our first incident happened with our tire and rims we had it towed in and they looked at it and said that the rim still held air and our warranty didn’t cover it, well we had to complain to the supervisor and finally he agreed to take care of it because we spent so much for the warranty and it wasn’t covered. No it was time to do it’s first service we brought it in and they did the service but they forgot to do the interior treatment even though it has a big sticker on it with the name of the treatment they are supposed to do every service automatically, so I had to call and asked if it was performed the service advisor said that he was new and he didn’t know that it didn’t need the service anyway we had to drive back and drop it off again, so when it was ready for pick up, I picked it up and the seats looked terrible there were patches of the sealant all over the seats and it looked like they wiped the seats with dirty rags before the put the solution on it. I called back and complained and he wanted me to drive all the way back again. We just took care of it ourselves. Terrible attention to detail, I would expect better service from a place we spent $110,000 at.

What a suprise! We never expected to fall in love with the Cayenne. Tan was wonderful to work with. He was not pushy and let the car sell itself. He was informative and patient and his level of service made the sale. Thank you Tan for making this car buying experience the best I have ever had. I absolutely LOVE my Cayenne and feel like we made the best decision. Special kudos out to the manager, and our Service Advisor Courtney who made a difference as well!

Terrible service... they have taken weeks on our Porsche while putting others in front of us AND THEN after all the complaints because of their wrong doing we noticed the vehicle wasn’t put back together properly AND ONCE AGAIN THEY prioritize another customer that came in after us before us.. I just can’t... this service is garbage..

Porsche San Antonio is a great place to purchase a car and get your car serviced. The dealership and service dept. was so great to work with that my dad went and purchased from them too. Courtney in the service department is wonderful! She is very polite, honest and friendly. She will schedule your service at a time that is convenient for you and will explain all the work so that it is easily understandable. She works to make the cost as reasonable as possible. I feel comfortable leaving my car with the service staff at Porsche San Antonio because they always perform quality work. I also appreciate the personal time they take to answer any questions you have about your vehicle. Jon, from the service department, sat in my car and helped me connect my phone to the audio system. As if everything else they do isnt already perfect, they always return your car cleaner than when you dropped it off! Ive had wonderful experiences with the trustworthy staff at Porsche San Antonio and wont be taking my car anywhere else.

Great car, but I will not be buying another Porsche in San Antonio due to the service department. Despite calls/messages and emails no response. Difficult to get a car with immediate need for repair into service quickly. While the quality of the maintenance is not in question, the degree of service from the service department is not good.Consistent disappointment with service department is why Im updating my 3-Star rating to a 1-Star.Apparently, looking at the reviews, you either love this dealership or you hate them.

Marco in service is phenomenal. Every staff member was extremely professional. While waiting on my vehicle, I was checked on several times by other staff members ensuring I didnt need anything else (I was browsing inventory) Im most impressed by the fact that they did not profile clients in the sales side - (I have an extremely youthful appearance, and was wearing relaxed clothes) if I was a Porsche sales person, I would not have even wasted my time. Great place and great group of people. Very down to earth

Bought a Cayenne here this weekend. Initially, was really impressed with the friendliness of the first two salesman offering to help, especially when I told them I had emailed a couple of times with another salesman. They immediately found the guy I had been talking to, Jordan Trevino. Jordan turned out to have EXCEPTIONAL product knowledge, and we ultimately bought the Cayenne. We met and talked to the general sales manager and finance manager. Great experience all around, and my wife LOVES her new vehicle!

Not the place to go to (maybe its the brand?) if you are looking for your first Porsche, Straight up told me after contacting through official Porsche north america website no discount unless you are a returning customer, fair enough I guess. And no attempt to offer me other options or other vehicles, must be nice to have so much returning business that you dont care if someone new to the brand is looking at your product.

I have dealt with Porsche of San Antonio since 2005, in all instances they have been outstanding! That said, I have purchased 3 cars from them and had superior sales and service support during all my dealings.Would I recommend Porsche of San Antonio to my friends and family, YES. I have met people there and introduced them to Chris and Matt. If I didnt trust how they would deal with my friends, I wouldnt provide the introductions.They have gone the extra step to build and provide an exceptional and warm environment. I am always greeted by name and my questions are answered quickly, NEVER, have I gotten the exasperated what now? that sometimes occur at other dealerships.

Be careful when buying a used Porsche from this place. Dont take their word for it that the car will be worry free for a year or 10K miles. Hire your own private mechanic and insist on a pre-purchase inspection. Had I followed my own advice the mechanic would have seen torn CV boots and axles needing replacement and also front brake pads, rotors, and sensors. All this adding up to a $3600 repair bill at my local mechanic shop. These are all items that a pre-purchase inspection would have discovered. Mind you this was only after 1800 miles and less than 2 months of driving the car off their lot. I was so turned off by the Porsche experience that I paid for all of the repairs and the next day traded the car in. Dont trust any dealership about the condition of the vehicle, they are out to make money, bottom line. Hire your own mechanic and have them do a pre-purchase inspection.

Went to San Antonio Porsche dealership in early March and wanted an allocation for a 2018 Cayman S. I was informed they would contact me when they have the allocation but I never received a call. Fast forward then contacted Porsche Dallas dealership and they called almost immediately with the allocation. Currently specked out a 100K Cayman S and presently at V210 status.........My wife and I also wanted to test drive a 2017 911 Carrera and the sales person asked if we would like to drive alone and we said yes then he came back and said we could test drive the car but he would have to take us each for a ride separately. If you need a Porsche....go to Porsche Dallas great friendly service and they have a superlative well earned reputation.....

The worst professional courtesy of salesmanship ever. When recently inquiring about a specific model, I had one salesman say he would work with me. What I discovered was that over a course of 2 days and because I didnt have the amount of down payment needed due to negative equity, they immediately treated me differently--basically blew me off by telling me to keep thinking away (i.e. find a way to make the financing work). Dont buy into their helpful attitude...they are not genuine at all--very disappointed, especially since I am a serious buyer.

I took my Panamera in for service and got great service from Greg. He let me discuss what was done with the tech whose name was Josh, and I found out they fixed an oil line crack that was not even on the agenda... And they did it free of charge. Thats great service!

I had a great car buying experience here. I bought a used Porsche from them and I found the salesman, Luis, and the manager, Doug, to be very helpful, professional and knowledgable. I was treated with dignity and respect by all of the other employees of the dealership that I encountered. Luis and Doug took their time with me and answered all of my questions. They quickly found out whatever they didnt know. They made sure I was satisfied and educated about the car I was purchasing. Even though I was buying one of the less expensive cars on their lot I was treated as a valued customer. I love the car I purchased and would unequivocally recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I have never been shown such disinterest. I got out of my car with a friend to look at the models outside. Not one salesman came up to us. Keep in mind that there were no other customers at the dealership. Not one. We eventually walked into the building and stood around for a good 10 minutes. Still no salesman approached us or even looked at or smiled at us. I had to approach one of the salesmen. When we sat down to talk he showed no interest in helping me find the car I wanted. It seemed like I was wasting his time. Again, keep in mind there were no other customers AT ALL at the dealership. At one point he got on his computer and just sat there silently typing away. I tried to drag a discussion out of him and then gave up. To top it off when I excused myself to leave he didnt even ask for contact info for any type of follow up. They had absolutely no interest in helping me so I have absolutely no interest in buying from them. My experience was terrible here and I definitely dont recommend going here.

I called in to get a price on a service required a control module install and reprogram. The retail for the part is $190 but they were asking $390.00. When i confronted them they said it would be their price. On top of it they asked over $300 to program the module.I called Porsche Austin. Not only they honored manufacturers suggested retail, they charged $150.00 for programming.These guys here are under the impression they own the market for being the only dealership. They have terrible attitude. They were very disrespectful, and condescending towards me.One other thing I noticed; the sales people were joking around and there were customers unattended on the lot looking at cars.Beware before going in, and do your homework by calling around a few other dealerships.I will never go back nor refer any friends/family.

The GM and his staff are so unprofessional! We purchased an Audi from them and of course like most sales people, we received calls, e-mails and more follow-ups. After we bought the car, we then asked for this dealership to support the Hispanic community by joining a chamber and ZERO response. Lots of phone tags were played but, no direct messages to us saying no thanks. Instead, they bypassed us and called this organization to say no. How unprofessional can you possibly be! As soon as our Audi is paid for, we are definitely avoiding Porsche San Antonio like the plague and we will continue to share our story. I have never seen so much nonprofessional behavior under 1 roof.

Bought a new Macan with all the expensive upgrades available. Love the performance, handling, and interior, but the Voice Control is defective, and the dealer wont even try to repair it!!!!

I have had better service at other Porsche Dealerships. The service for a water pump, thermostat, serpentine belt, A/C diagnostics, convertible gears, brake rotors and brake fluid flush took 20 days for the shop to complete. The Certified Service Advisor, CSA, advised me to replace all four brake pads due to old brake disc stamping even though they only had 100 miles of regular use on them. I did not agree to replacing any of the brake pads I installed, but agreed to replacing the rotors since another mechanic measured them and highly recommended the rotors be replaced. I was not provided a loaner car which put me in a bind by always having to return the rental car and get another rental agreement setup for each week my car was in the shop. Also, the CSA rarely kept me informed early on with this service visit to help determine how long I should rent a car. The CSA seemed to not be on top of things with my car since he mentioned I might need to change my rotors, but was unable to tell me rotor thicknesses. He later called me back with the measurements the mechanic had for thickness hours later. However, when the CSA called me back we were passed the time for placing orders which put my rotors order behind. This put me in a position in requiring to leave my car longer as the rotors were not to arrive until the following week. Plus, labor rate is $175 per hour. Replacing the water pump, coolant regulator, ribbed v-belt, refilling radiator with fresh antifreeze and installing associated gaskets was stated on my bill to take 8.2 hours of labor to complete.

Love it. Amazing staff. But I cant afford a Porsche. I cant even afford 1 wheel. :-(

One word that can describe Porsche of San Antonio is Wow, their customer service is incredible, since we are out of town customers,all the process was done online and on the phone. Our sales representative Susie De La fuente was amazing, found the vehicle that we wanted. Everything was very smooth and fast. Also complements to the service department, they put so much attention in detail. A testament to the integrity of Doug Cox GSM and Brian Rangel sales associate.i purchased an expensive (Mercedes) used vehicle from from Porsche of SA. My dream car turned into an electrical problem that the Mercedes service team was unable to replicate to diagnose (they tried hard) and the most expensive vehicle that i have ever purchased was turning into what could have been a total nightmare for me.i informed Mr. Cox of the situation and i was assured that they would do the right thing if necessary. my stress level was at full bore thinking the standard sorry charlie would apply when the time came. to my surprise Mr Cox did exactly what he said they would do. they bought the car back from me no questions asked. it gets better, they gave me a great deal on a 2018 Macan GTS. this team proves that integrity and honesty does still exist. thank you Doug, you are a good man and i am very comfortable recommending Porsche of San Antonio.

These people do not know how to run a dealership from the top down. Selling cars is a joke here. No one will come wait on you. The service is great. To bad they cant sell cars. Go to Houston or Austin to buy
