This is my third Honda, first thru Gilman and last two with Gunn. Honda service has been great. Professional, friendly staff and maintenance performed expertly usually with a minimum wait time. I would highly recommend Honda as a product and this dealership for both sales and service.

I feel comfortable coming to GUNN HONDA during the COVID Era. Sufficient precautions were taken. I received the most awesome service at Gunn Honda, a name I respect and whose service I have come to depend on for my familys car safety. Manuel Morin and Steve Harwood gave me the most fine service and thats why Im a repeat customer since 1994. When I come to Gunn Honda its like family... you can not understand what it means to trust your familys vehicular safety to Gunn Honda.

This Honda service center is the best we have been too. Our most recent visit was good as always. Chad worker with us to get what we needed done as quickly as possible. No fault to him, but the charge of a new key was expensive and no option for a key without a remote. We will still continue to come here as we love the service, waiting area and the great proficient staff who work there.

I was extremely worried about how I was going to get from the dealership after dropping off my car and asked if they had loaner vehicles or rentals since it was going to take 3 days to complete my car and Alexis my service advisor said no, they did not offer either of those services so I has to arrange for a friend who is retired if he could come and pick me up and take me home. When I got to the dealership to drop off my car, the service tech came right away for my car and I had texted my friend saying I was ready to be picked up, which would have taken him 30 minutes, so I asked the service tech whether they had a courtesy service and he said of course and called the driver over right away. The driver was the nicest man and was so pleased to take me home as I was his only customer at that time. I was so happy for the ride home and to not have to bother someone to drive 30 minutes in San Antonio morning traffic to pick me up. What I was upset about is that after telling Alexis several times what a difficult time I was having finding someone to pick me up and having to postpone my service until I found someone, not once did he mention their courtesy service. Not only that, but he told me my car would be ready by Wednesday, I dropped it off Monday morning before 8 a.m. I received a text from him saying they were starting on my car Wednesday, which meant my car set for three days without being worked on. I had no way to work all these days, so my boss allowed me to work from home the entire week because my car was not ready until Friday morning. One thing Alexis did do was sent the courtesy van to pick me up to retrieve my car. I was appreciative of that. But I didnt have to be so stressed about getting back home if he would have mentioned their courtesy service that will take you home or to work. Better customer service skills were needed so I could have felt like a valuable customer.

Went to help pick up my fathers car from their service department and as we approached this bald, Caucasian gentleman asking where should we go to pick up our vehicle, he just asked if the car that drove up was ours and as I told him no he just walked away ignoring me and my father. Completely disrespectful to a customer whos been purchasing cars for nearly a decade, or anyone for this matter, at this dealership. We eventually made our way to the right people who was more than helpful. Nonetheless, there should definitely be some training for some of their employees on how to do their job and help customers with just a simple question.

I cannot explain how AMAZING this place is. The workers are not pushy (they don’t work off commission) and they let you look around. Once I found what I wanted, they made the process sooooo easy! I’m a first time buyer and they truly made sure I understood everything. They are all about making customers happy. I will forever suggest my family and friends to come here!

Whar an ethical and outstanding approach to customer care. Long story short, my alternator blew and I forgot the extended warranty I had purchased with nationwide. They reimbursed me for a 3/4 of the cost. When I approached honda GUNN withiut a moments hessitation, seeing I was out of pocket. Reimbursed me for the missing 1/3 of the cost ecen when it was my fault. I am sticking with you guys for good. Thank you.
