Used to go when they were smaller at their old location when I lived in San Antonio, so naturally I was excited to see their expansion. Love their variety of crystals, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Its really cool that theyll charge your items you buy with a sound bath too. Love it.

This place used to be at Blanco and Oblate and Im glad I found it again!!! The staff is knowledgeable and ready to help and answer even the most difficult questions. If they are not able to assist you personally, they can advise you about who to call or go see. They have a great selection of crystals and literature. Stop in....I highly recommend.

This place is so far out, man! They have all sorts of good stuff to get you cosmically aligned. And the staff is pretty groovy too! Whats really cool is how your purchases get purified by a Tibetan bowl before you leave the store! 🕉

This may be one of the best places I’ve ever been in this city. It took me around an hour just to look at everything before I was able to decide what I actually wanted to buy. The amount of information posted by each product is very impressive and super helpful. The experience was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful and even a little hilarious. The prices of the items makes them all attractive and my items were cleansed free with the purchase. I love this place. Have taller people’s ears off about it

Picked up this cute steampunk tarot card deck and some crystals and sage today. Super colorful store. VERY clean. Not pushy and constantly trying to sell. The woman at the desk with the cards (wish I caught her name), was very helpful ❤️ would recommend 🌸

I just left here with my boyfriend and when we walked in all the workers looked our way but didn’t greet us, and while we were browsing the girl that was working was staring us DOWN. Two other customers walked in and they were greeted. This isn’t my first bad experience but the energy here is terrible and I feel like the workers are prejudice. I won’t be coming back and I won’t be recommending this place to anyone else anymore.

I visited the store for the first time today and was super excited to check this place out, but left disappointed. Not only is there an uncomfortable, bad vibe in the store and there is barely any product for such a large space, but no one was wearing masks (including the vendors for the fair that was going on). I understand that TX isnt taking the pandemic seriously, but I thought a metaphysical store that boasts love and light and sells cleansing and healing items would take it seriously.

Its okay. There arent a ton of options for metaphysical supply stores but unfortunately this one isnt great. It was expensive, and there were a lot of spelling and grammatical errors on their crystal description cards. They didnt have a big selection of altar cloths. It was a cute shop but the flow of the items didnt make a ton of sense (like the Christian section was between 2 wicca sections). I mean, it was fine. They had some stuff and they didnt have others and like I said, metaphysical supply stores are rare, but I just felt like it had weird vibes.

12.14.2020 (today) was first time ever going to this store. A lot of things are still new to me. I spent about an hour and a half wandering, checking things out, and asking questions. I never felt pressured. I never felt like I wasnt allowed to take my time. I never felt like I was a bother when I asked questions. They were all SUPER helpful and SUPER kind. I have now found my store and I am so grateful. Glad to be the newest regular customer.

The only good selection they have is incense and the markets are cool but the crystal selection is overpriced. For example you can get the same stone from an honest dealer for $2 or even $1 and they charge $4 or $5.The customer service is always terrible and my standards arent even high but the workers never pay attention to the people in the store even if there is only 3 people in. Every single time ive gone to check out, theyll all be behind the counter talking to each other and i have to interrupt them so they look my way when i am literally right in front of the register. Ive been in a dozen times and this happens every single time.Its not even laid back its just unprofessional that it makes me uncomfortable to be there.

SO THANKFUL!!!! So Id first been told about the wondrous palace of enchantment aka Unlimited Thought Bookstore about a year ago from a co-worker, Id looked up the pics and completely flipped at the selection of crystals, stones, books, classes and courses all in the world of spirituality, self-care, holistic living, etc. FINALLY! made it in for the first time this morning with my great friend and what a time we had!! Excellent customer service, beautiful store with SO much to offer at great prices! Grabbed a great handful of new friends, (my various crystals, rocks and stones) and a beautiful pouch to carry them in!Thanks so much guys for all your help! I could seriously sleep here if theyd let me. Theres such an abundance of resources here. I came in here looking for crystals and was not disappointed. The prices are fair, anything from a crystal grid to an astrology poster

The shop is beautiful and well circulated. You can tell management cares a lot about the general lay out and feng shui of it all. Lots of products at all different price points. Id say theres definitely something for everyone in this store! The literature section is perhaps my favorite part of the store. It is stacked neatly to the brim with useful, well-sourced information. You can tell the employees care a lot about informing their customers without being pushy or judgmental in the slightest.

I love this place! I’ve started going with my friends and the items inside are so nice. The prices are all very good and the employees are always very kind and helpful.

Awesome. Crystals, books, tarot. Classes, massage therapy, readings. Used to do monthly fairs, not sure if they still do it, but more vendors, more deals, more people! Just a nice special little place. Awesome staff also.

I attended a First Aid and CPR class here and im a foster mother so i have to renew my licence every 2 years and this was the funniest and well put class I have ever been to the instructor Brenda Ann was a delight she was thorough and patient and it made the time go by fast. I would definitely recommend this class if you in need of first aid and CPR traing.😊

Worst experience ever. My daughter spends lots of money in this store but after today she will not spend a single cent. She purchased several items yesterday afternoon and decided a couple the items were not for her. I went to make a return only to be told by the staff and owner that refunds are not being given due to COVID. I told them then they should put a sign up at the register stating all sales are final where people can clearly see their policy. The guy behind the counter points to a sign on the wall with print so small I doubt anyone could read the return policy. Very unprofessional. You want to blame the fact of no returns on COVID but yet you have no policy against anyone and everyone handling the 100’s of stones on display throughout the store! Then you want to offer a store credit on the return of a crystal but no return of money?? Makes no sense whatsoever. I guess everyone should ask at each purchase whether or not a return would be accepted because obviously there is no clear or obvious signage where customers can clearly see that they are stuck with something once purchased.

Says open when it’s actually closed what a waste of time. Fix your hours so there is no confusion!

I was a little nervous because this was my first time going to a metaphysical shop and I was with my mom and sister who arent very open minded people. The staff were very welcoming and even my family ended up loving the store. I was trying to control myself from buying everything haha. Overall a great experience, they even cleansed our crystals! . The only note i have is that the employees weren’t wearing their masks above their nose.

This place is absolutely amazing!! Got some gorgeous items and sage so I can cleanse my house and an evil eye for my front door! Feel so at peace in this place, will be a customer here from now on!! Love it ❤

I thought this was my store but found out yesterday it wasnt. Ordered and paid for a quartz crystal to be wired and when it was done (week later) I received my quartz crystal with just a flimsy skinny (not copper as requested and written on paper that came with my crystal) and the wire was only wrapped around the center once. I asked the guy behind the desk who didnt show empathy about the situation but only came with the 1st excuse to was they ran out of copper wire. I stated this isnt even copper wire and looks nothing compared to what is advertised. He then stated that thats how its supposed to look like and just stood there as I was shocked to what I had paid for. He then stated the person was really busy and if i wanted it in the copper wire it would be another wait. This was VERY disappointing to me as this was my 3rd time coming into this store within 2 weeks. The staff was not helpful and the moto of the location about their process about hiring staff has been abused. I informed the guy that I was disappointed and left the store. Im glad I was able to find one close by with more education on their products and better understanding.

Ok so I went in to get a reading and some spiritual advice, I got a wonderful reading from Samantha, a Clairvoyant Medium she was SPOT ON with the information I received. What really shocked me was that she used NO crystal balls or any kind of tarot cards at all, using only her mind powering gift, I was shocked, so shocked I was always a skeptick to this kind of stuff but now I believe.I had to write this review to let others know what a wonderful thing she did for me and what she can do for others out there.

I absolutely love this store!! It took me forever to get to this store because of my work schedule and then I heard about the metaphysical events that I have been trying to get to. So last Saturday I decided to get up and go in for a reading. It happened to be the weekend of the monthly event so that was great. I got a reading from Bobbie and she is amazing. I was a complete wreck when I went in and have been feeling great ever since. She knew what I was going through and what was happening without me having to say anything. I felt so much better. What a nice change of pace from our trip. The staff was welcoming and the shop was very peaceful. We enjoyed browsing the wide selection of incense, books, jewelry, etc. I bought a bracelet to add to my collection as a souvenir of our trip. My daughter picked out some lovely candles, incense, and a book about dragons.I have a particular weakness for gemstones and such, and their collection was lovely. The prices were reasonable as well.

Love this place. Kind of sad they moved since the other place had a more homey/spiritual vibe. New location seems quite sterile though Im glad they are doing well and can afford a bigger space now. I think painting the walls tan/browns/light greens would help bring things back down to Earth vibe.Looking forward to more visits. :)

This store is awesome. They have all of the supplies that you could need, and they are very friendly and helpful. Its definitely the place to go if you are into the metaphysical, clairvoyance, Reiki, psychometry, pineal light therapy, massage, or tarot readings.

I was slightly disappointed. It was a bit pricey for some items but if the other stores are closed,this will do. Limited crystal selection and tarot. Maybe good for other services.

Its ironic to get kicked out of a metaphysical store for not taking part in a masonic mind control ritual. Despite actually having a medical condition, I was kicked out by the manager for not wearing a mask. She must not be aware that is illegal under Americans with Disability Act. My lawyer is aware, however. Its also tragically ironic that a metaphysical store would help create a totalitarian dystopian society.

Ive been coming to this store for a few years now but the staff has become very unwelcoming.. no one wears name tags, lanyards or anything that shows they work there so I can never ask a question or ask if they have an item Im looking for. They also never greet anyone so it makes it even more difficult to have an idea of who works there. Theyre not friendly at all while youre checking out either. I understand if theyre shy maybe they dont talk much with people they dont know, Im the same way, but still be polite.. and none of them have been my past 5 or 6 visits.My most recent visit the girl who announced the store was closing was very dry and told everyone they had 2 minutes to finish their shopping. Then at 6:04 she gets back on the mic and announces very rudely that the store has been closed for 4 minutes now and to wrap it up... pretty awkward since it was only the vendors left in the store and myself finishing up a purchase with them and she was staring right at us.Ill still be coming here occasionally for supplies, but definitely cleansing myself from the energy the store now provides. I use to love walking into the store and feeling so at home, now its the TOTAL opposite. Very disappointing );

The selection in crystals, books, decor and tarot is diverse and expansive. The people there are always friendly and helpful. I love going in often to see if there are any new tumbled crystals I can add to my collection and for the energy of the store. I only wish the prices were more reasonable. Their price point is higher than any other metaphysical store Ive been to in San Antonio and in Austin.

This was one of my favorite stores before they switched locations. The vibe here is much different. The new workers dont really let off a positive energy or know much about any of the items in the store. I miss the old store and workers.

Great spirituality store. Has a pretty broad range of stuff, although my wife says they used to have much more. Everything from crystals and incense to artwork and spell kits, books and bells, and helpful staff that can get you what youre looking for. Definitely recommend if youre in the area.

I walked into the store with no type of game plan. I decided to purchase my mom a last minute Christmas gift.A gentleman by the name of Chris went above & beyond to assist me!! I really like how he never pressured me to buy anything & how if he didn’t kn something he would bring another coworker into the convo.

The staff has become a little bit more welcoming.My most recent visit, yesterday, a female who announced the store was closing was very dry, told everyone that it’s been four minutes after closing time, and to finish our shopping. Then at 6:04 she, very rudely, closed the store by turning off the lights. Pretty awkward since it was mostly only the vendors left in the store, they were still trying to pack & cover booths. I wasn’t the only one finishing up on a purchase with them. It caught me off guard & it completely unfocused myself on what item I was going to purchase real quick. (The four agreements book) Sadly the rest of my day was miserable due to the bad energy I left with.Ill still be coming here occasionally for supplies, but definitely cleansing myself from the energy the store now provides. Before I get back into my vehicle and home. Might as well smudge the whole house while I’m at it actually. I use to love walking into the store and feeling so at home, now it’s the TOTAL opposite. Very disappointing );This isn’t the first time this has happened to customers. Sadly it was my first experience. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is due to how they’ve actually slightly improved on training their staff to greet customers. The females got the memo only apparently. Otherwise I would have just given one star. I understand that during the fair it “gets pretty busy” but that still doesn’t excuse poor customer service. What example are the managers giving to their other staff members? If there’s that much of a rush to get home then sadly they need someone else to close the store. Also, not everyone with a service dog wants to allow folks to pet their working dog. With that being said, distracting a service dog and not properly asking to pet it is a felony. Look it up and train staff properly.

The staff was friendly and the male staffer was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what the knowledge of Dragon’s Blood he could depart! Ms. Bonnie was so wonderfully sweet and on point with her Tarot Reading (I’m still at awe)!!! There were so many things that she pointed out that I didn’t even elude to and she made it apparent! My friend was like ‘a kid in a candy store’ with the assortments of literature. They offer classes and other things of the sorts too! I only gave it a 4 because they didn’t offer holy water, camphor tablets or items for crystal cleansing. Everyone in the store were friendly and had some type of knowledge on things. I’m extremely picky, but I’m a definite new fan!

We dropped in to find a couple of books and stones. The front of the store looks great. This place has a better vibe. The book section is not as extensive as in the old store and the shelves are dusty.

There was no selenite, no black tourmaline, no obsidian, no amethyst and there wasnt even a good selection of quartz- QUARTZ!! lol I hope they stock up a bit more because I would really love a good crystal shop in San Antonio.

Save your money! Worst ever tarot reading with Jeanne. Spent $45 for 15 minutes of nothing but guess work and fishing for info hoping to hit on something. Disappointed with her from the get go. Never again. Learned my lesson.

I enjoyed them much more when they were at their old location. Their new location feels very impersonal, and the staff they are adding is not very knowledgeable. I am a crystal healer and I was used to going for tools and knowledge. But the girl that was checking me out ask me what stone it was and I told her labradorite, and she called it whatever. It was off putting as someone who believes in crystals. also, a couple times I have gone in there and they have a very young little girl that follows you around while you shop. Its cute, but its more distracting than helpful having someone follow you around the store. Ive cut down how much I visit significantly.

Uppity new age bookstore. Overpriced and been there several times and the people have never greeted me when I came in. Okay selection but nothing special. Their card selection is so so, they have all the major ones and a few hard to find one all of them way more than you probably want to pay unless youre just looking for Speed and convenience.

If you love the world of metaphysics and all things meditation/witchy/chakras then this is the go to place in San Antonio. They are super knowledgeable and friendly every time I have been. I love this newer location because it feels very open and warm. There is plenty of everything you could imagine at a very reasonable cost. There is also classes that you can enroll in and take if you feel so inclined.

One of the largest selections of spiritual books Ive found in San Antonio. The only down side is some of their crystals and trinkets are on the pricey side, but other than that its a neat little shop. Decent selection of dried herbs and smudge sticks, incense, candles, and the staff are very polite and helpful.

There are so many books and tools great for most spiritual paths. There are Buddhist, Pagan, Hindi, Christian, and many more religions objects/statues/tools. This store has a wide variety of candles, incense, and tarot cards. Their crystals are also very beautiful along with the jewelry on sale.

Great store. Friendly people. Oh my, but they dont carry Christian books! What to do, what to do! Maybe one of the 1,000,000,000 CHRISTIAN bookstores in SA could help the reviewer on his/her search for christian books. In the meantime, this is a great store for the other aspects of spirituality that you would never find in a christian bookstore.

Id never been to one of these kinds of places before but I had an amazing time. They seemed to have a little of everything and a lot of books so I could learn more on many topics. The staff really knew there stuff and helped answer my 300 questions. Very friendly and helpful.

The vibe here is very chilled out and relaxed which can be expected from a somewhat esoteric shop. One will find an assortment of incense, gemstones, unique jewelry and other wares associated with holistic and spiritual matters.
