Went through their quick lane for service and was treated very well. About an hour to get oil change, tires rotated and state vehicle inspection completed.
Great service for my 20K service inspection. They really do care for your car and go above and beyond to make your auto run at its best. I would suggest, however, that the service reps would pay closer attention to their appointment details. If Im prompted to get a scheduled service with X, Y and Z, then I for one dont expect the service tech to ask me what Im there for... And if I take the time to attach a comment to my appointment that states that I need something additional checked out, then the service rep should know that too. Its just awkward and redundant. And this has happened several times with different reps, so Im not trying to single anyone it. The whole process for the department needs to be reviewed... Red McCombs Ford is great enough to polish this service up.
I had an emergency problem with my truck. Victor and his guys diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time. Highly recommend.

Sad I got here at 6:50am was the 3rd person in line its 9:28am an my car still not ready and everyone that came after me car is already done and their gone. This makes no sense and the bad part is I had an appointment for 7am

Called to schedule an appointment for an oil change last minute in the morning. They did not pick up but I decided to just go anyway. I got there with no appointment and they took me right in. No questions or this is going to be a long wait. I sat down, took some emails, chatted on the phone with siblings and they called me when they were done with my car. Quick check out. I noticed they were really moving to help everyone out and I appreciate that. Very accommodating.

BEWARE. Stopped here today to get an oil change. With only 39k miles, I was told I needed to have a fuel system service and a coolant flush (for around $350). When I checked the recommended maintenance schedule for my vehicle (using the Quick Lane website), a coolant flush is not recommended until 100k miles and a fuel system service is not recommended unless the vehicle is having fuel related problems. I suspect that many customers would just believe what they are being told and pay for services that are not actually recommended by Ford. I did appreciate the free vacuum though, so I gave three stars instead of two.

Brought in my truck for an oil change and they broke the windshield wiper fluid lines. When I realized this, I brought it back to them for them to fix and they blamed me! Havent been back since. Dont waste your time with poor customer service of this place. All Red McCombs and Ford Motor Company want is your money.
*this business is within the Red Mccombs property.My overall experience wasnt too bad. The moment I pulled up someone came out to assist me. I told them my problem (I needed a patch job on my tire). They told me the price ($15). Ive gotten a patch job done before so I thought it would be quick, it was not. But in all fairness it seemed like there were a few cars in front of me. When it was all said and done they did great work. I would recommend them but maybe call ahead to see how busy they are if youre in a hurry.
The staff is always friendly and are very professional. Ive gotten all of my oil changes here and feel confident in the job they do every time.

We were waiting our appointment for 2 days before we came but we were told that we should wait till evening. In the end our car were there 4 days!!! before they made a diagnostics. Our assistant Nikki was unprofessional. She said we should replace our lognuts bc they will affect our tires(!!!) But she wasnt able to explain why. She just said they are too tight. Looked like she didnt have understanding of that. We asked her to put our wheels according our marks on rims when they took it off but it wasnt done. When we said we are going to write review she said ok and immediately ran away from us.

I’ve had my car at This “Quick Lane” since JUNE 20th! My insurance adjuster approved work on the 25th, it’s now July 5th . I called upwards of 10 times, and NO ONE will answer. When I finally did get through to someone to ask about the status of my car, Franco Williams who has NO SERVICE MANOR whatsoever said “Ma’am it’s a process.” I understand there is a process, but you’ve had approval for fixing my car since June 25th! And you HAVENT sent out one of the parts for repair?! This is ridiculous. When I asked if they don’t multi-task to get the client back in their car ASAP, he agin said it’s a process ma’am that’s not how this works. So here I am paying OUT OF POCKET for my car rental and they’re taking their sweet time on a repair (of which this last repair is cosmetic!!). I’m over it. Oh and the $5K warranties I paid for when I bought the vehicle isn’t covering one dang thing. Interesting, right?! Good job Red McCombs. Good job.

Called was told no wait came by snd found 2 hour wait. All the service agents talking about spurs losing to Dallas. Waited tens just to be told 2 hour wait. May have a new snd bigger space but service was horrible. Javier needs some customer service skills. When josh was working in this area he remembered customers by there name. These losers make you feel like your bothering them. This is my fifth truck I have purchased from them. I guess I will never learn.

Spend thousands of dollars on my veichle and on extra warranties to drop my car off and told they cant look at it in the shop for two days because they are backed up due to having people on vacation but then also tell me they dont have a loaner vehicle I can use. Im told they have 4 loaner vehicles for the entire dealership. Red McCombs owns many dealerships in this town but they have 4 loaners. Absolutely unacceptable. They said I could rent a car from the on-site Enterprise rental company, and if my car is covered by a warranty then and ONLY THEN they can look into POSSIBLY reimbursing me for the rental. So let me get this straight. You own thousands upon thousands of vehicles in San Antonio throughout many dealerships but only have 4 loaner cars. Then tell me you are backed up in the shop due to people being on vacation. And this is my problem how???? Your management should have those hours covered properly. Also was told that loaner cars were for people whos cars have less miles. My vehicle has a lot of miles on it but its a 2017 and now after this Im getting rid of it IMMEDIATELY and taking my business elsewhere. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! And definitely dont have your vehicle serviced by Franco. His customer service is an absolute joke.
