Very slow service. No one here moves with a sense of urgency. My service advisor has only been an employee for one week and tried to tell me a B service code means my vehicle required an upgraded oil change that was in excess of $125. I called him on his lie and pulled up a PDF copy of the service codes. The service took over 2 hours when I was quoted 45-60 minutes. Thought Id give this dealer a try since I had problems with the place I purchased from. I can state with certainty that I wont be back.
Pretty rude service by whoever answered in the parts department. Will find different service center to repair my vehicle.
I tried my hardest to keep my patience. When I say I want Quick Service and to get things done over the phone I mean it. My spouse worked with several people to get things done and it drives me insane that you are not taken seriously if you are not there in person. I work full time and run my own Business I dont have time to sit there and wait. Aside from waiting issues the place is great. My only advice would be to take customers serious over the phone.
2nd time here. Such a hidden treasure, excellent service and amenities while you wait. If youβre military or law enforcement affiliated, check out their special service pricing. Itβs not the quickest, but I find it well worth my time. I canβt remember the last time I experienced such quality and service. Thank you!
Trying to say our A/C hoses are not covered under the extra warranty we bought, only to find out it specifically states it on the paperwork. Trying to charge us 1400.00 on top of that our brake fluid is contaminated and we need an alignment HMM. Funny we just bought this 30k vehicle from them July 10th. Luckily the finance guy that sold us the car is trying to help.
Ive been coming to this place for years for vehicle service and I dont know whats changed but this place has gone downhill. If you want your vehicle serviced here youre gonna have to sit there in front of whoever is coordinating your vehicles service because they wont work if youre not there. Ive been getting the run around for a vehicle diagnostic for days, and keep getting transferred and shuffled from voicemail to voicemail. Now they have my vehicle, wont give me my diagnostic results, and wont take my calls. Go somewhere else for service because somehow these people cant match the professionalism of a 19 year old at a jiffy lube.

Didnt even get a chance to go get serviced. Needed a water pump, part was on back order. Was told if I buy a water pump and bring it, it would be 800 for labor, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. 800 dollars to replace a water pump that I buy and bring for them. Its a 15 minute job at most guys lol. Another quote from a random shop was 3 something for parts and labor. Business must be down at this place. Guess I know where to never take my cars.
I always get oil change here during weekdays, this time I came on weekends... I always got semi sintetic oil every time, fortunately oil change was on special $ 21.95 during December season, Ralph who was helped me that I never see him before tried to let me to sign to get the $66 price without told first, luckily I checked before sign it. He said my car still new and need a full synthetic, I dont think so but after all he was professional and polite.. with the tax and misserineous fee still $ 30.80
In standard dealership fashion theyll attempt to upcharge you for parts and services you dont need. These guys dont care if you say no and will just do the work and expect you to pay the bill anyway. If you call them out on their BS theyll undo the work, but on their own time.

Went to get air for my tires when tire pressure light came on. Did not take very long but noticed 3 of the 4 air pressure caps were missing. Tire pressure service light came on a few days later.

Then, when you demand that they un-do things they did, they will just park your car and make you wait. It was caught on video of a service center employee calling a customer a MFer.
Wildly unprofessional. Performed additional service without authorization and demanded payment. When that payment was refused, service advisor made customer wait for an hour to prove a point.
I thought because they were Honda that theyd have integrity. Instead, I got ripped off. A 20-minute job they charged me $700 for. My mechanic was on vacation so I couldnt get good info. The solenoid should have been $0-3 (really just needed to be cleaned), or if they did replace the whole unit, $78. Plus labor. Not $700. Everything else they did or wanted to do was horribly overpriced about 3x what it should have been. You can get your car diagnosed here, but get an HONEST mechanic to do the work or youll get a bunch of stuff you dont need at extremely inflated prices. This was my first experience with Honda. Checking J.D. Power ratings and Consumer Reports recently, I wouldnt buy a new Honda either. They used to be the most reliable car you could get, but not anymore. Very middle-of-the-pack. I hope they improve. People want cars that last.
Just terrible service for our company passing through and needing emergency help. My boss was so upset with them. Made us wait 2 hours before even pulling car in. Normally I wouldnt care due to no appointment, but they had mechanics not working, just out talking in a group and only 3 cars being worked on in their huge garage early in AM. Then 2 hours later they didnt even diagnose problem right. Tried charging us $748 for a new pcm plus install. We took it down the way to Joe and Mikes and we were fixed and out in under 45 minutes for $129. Wasnt a PCM. Just a sensor. Pass on this dealer money trap and go to a local mechanic like Joe and Mike or Pacific.

This was my first visit for service on my 2015 Odyssey. I went in for a transmission fluid replacement. The whole process took about 1.5 hours which is very good. The waiting room and drink/snack bar was nice. They took my internet coupon without any issues.
Very bad sales person. we went there looking at a specific car. The sales person showed lack of interest. After the test drive, while I am talking to him, he walks off in the middle of the conversation, at which point we lost interest in buying the car. I walked over to the Sales Manager to inform him of our experience and the Sales person told him he did not hear me. I told the Manage that he left in the middle of the conversation, but the sales manager simply said thank you and nothing else. At this point we walked out.I wish there was a negative star rating, as this is what I would give this person.
This place will do service on your vehicle without your permission. Then try and charge you for it after you have declined the service. Donβt go here!!!

Apparently they cannot follow the directions given to them by a paying customer to only do the work specified and when asked to undue what was not requested, will make you wait for an hour. Sounds to me like an extremely unprofessional workplace and the sad part is that they probably donβt care
Donβt waste your time in stopping at this dealership. Over this weekend we were shopping for a CPO for our 18yr old son. My husband, son, and I parked in the front so we can be seen (which were seen by more than 6 employees through the window) we got down and walked the entire lot in search of a vehicle. We were there for almost 10mins. not one sales person came outside to greet us. It was horrible, we took our business to Gunn Honda. People at Gunn Honda know what they are doing, fantastic service from them!
They offered me 4k for my Jeep. I traded it in elsewhere for 11k. Always get a quote from CarMax first and dont take anything lower than that. The price of the car I was looking at seemed semi fair price but I advise extreme caution when trading in here. Their offer was laughable honestly.

I heard there was a worker here who got his feelings hurt so bad that he cried in the bathroom for an hour because he had to take out a new battery that he wasnβt supposed to replace.
