I took my RX 350 to North Park Lexus for servicing and was met by Erica who signed me in within 5 minutes of arriving. She was very professional and courteous. They did the full service on video that was emailed to me and I was done in 30 minutes. They also washed and cleaned the car inside and out. I purchased a used car at this location, and it was in pristine condition for the year! They perform a very high point inspection on all of their used inventory, and I feel confident they did a great job with it.The sales representative Tiffany was beyond kind and extremely knowledgeable of the features of the car and made the buying process go very smoothly.I have never spent less than 4 hours at a dealership before, but this location made that happen. No crazy pushing for warranties, etc. and even with a renovation going on, their temporary offices were still upscale and inviting!Highly recommend NP Lexus for purchasing a used vehicle, and I could only imagine purchasing a brand new car here would be even better.

North Park Lexus of San Antonio did above and beyond than what I had expected. Our sales person was Robert Munoz. He was patient with me and my parent. Robert was very informative on the vehicle that I want. All the way down to the exterior and interior color that I want and some add on accessories. He got the car all ready for me when I got there an hour before they close. Victor, Brian, and Robert stay behind to help us finish the paper work. We drove off with a new car that evening! I have had my vehicles serviced at North Park Lexus San Antonio for 16 years. Recently, my battery died and I was unable to start my vehicle and head out to work. I called Lexus Service and Christina immediately arranged for a service technician to come out and take care of the problem. She asked me if I was in a dangerous situation on the highway or in traffic. I knew she would send someone to get me out of traffic or off the highway if that had been the case. That is just how they operate at North Park and why we continue to purchase and have our vehicles serviced at North Park Lexus. The technician called ahead to let me know he was headed my way and arrived well prepared to take care of my car. He replaced the battery on-site and then asked if there were any other issues with the vehicle. I love this service department. Our regular service rep, Erica, is top notch as well. I will never leave North Park. They are the best.

When taking my SUV in for regular service at North Park Lexus it is always a great experience. Great communication on all service that are needed and will explain reasons why it needs to be done or if you can wait. Comfortable waiting area with many beverages and snacks while you wait. Everyone is helpful and friendly.

Another Great Car Buying Experience at North Park Lexus DominionAfter driving the Lexus GX 460 for a few years, we decided to shop for a mid-size SUV. Naturally we wanted to replace with another Lexus vehicle. Something smaller but with all bells and whistles we had with the GX 460.We met with Nathan Hambling and he showed us the 2022 Lexus RX 350 F-Sport. Went in for a routine oil change this past Friday, 9/17/21. North Park Lexus is currently under some major renovations but that did not stop the first class experience. Professionalism and customer first mentality are consistently practiced from EVERY employee across the board. My Service Advisor, Raul, has provided the VIP treatment when it comes to welcoming, understanding my requests, and follow through on the task. The dealership did a great job of creating a comfortable sitting area with plenty of refreshments to hold you over while waiting. This is my 3rd Lexus in a row at North Park, specifically with John Maldonado. Each time it seems easier than the last; the process itself is a snap but the waiting in between is the hardest part - but they are crazy busy right now. Thank goodness they have plenty of bottled water, coffee and snacks that they offer you generously & a comfortable waiting room, too!So, I actually came in planning on buying another 2yr old used Lexus but when I saw the brand new, BRIGHT blue Lexus F Sport I was kinda hooked. I ended up leaving with that one, and John and the finance manager could not have been nicer or easier to deal with. I guess this is why I keep coming back - that and the fact that Lexus never break down :)

Went looking for a vehicle and found the model and color with low miles that we wanted.Salesman was very good, a little pushy but that is to be expected. Everything he stated while the deal was being done is as said. Good job.Finance manager was not well prepared. He did not realize that the vehicle we were buying is a certified vehicle and he had to tap dance around some of the things he was saying. Not an issue really but we were a little surprised. Maybe early in the day.All in all it was a good experience. We are prior Lexus owners so they did not need to sell us on the quality etc.If we need another vehicle, this Lexus dealer is the one we will use.

They had my wife’s 2018 ES 350 up on the rack for a 40k service. When I got the Video I was able to show my wife proof that they had inspected the brakes, the suspension, the exhaust, & tires along with several other items. I just had my 20K checkup done. As a 25 yr customer of North Park Lexus I found this service like all the others done by the dealership — PERFECT. From being seen at the appointed time, being given a new loaner car, seeing the video of the inspection in real-time, and getting the car back, cleaned an hour before promised—the whole experience was GREAT!!!!

It is a great experience being at Lexus an purchasing a pre-own car. The vehicles are certified and are high value cars. The sales personnel are professional with their own personal office, there is not random desks, and finally the financial officer that closes the purchase is very open and shares the computer screen, along with the different loans institutions and its loans interest rates, and how much would be your payments accordingly. No pressure at all for you to buy the vehicle, they make it a pleasurable experience to own a Lexus automobile. None of that if you do not buy it now it may not be here tomorrow

Exceptional experience! Met with Mark and he told me that it would be about 1-1.5 hours service. I waited in the customer waiting room and the lady at the counter greeted me openingly with drinks and snacks (complimentary). Waiting room had very comfy chairs, TV and all the snacks you can eat. My service was actually done in less than 1 hour and they provided me a link to view what the mechanic checked in real time. Very awesome to see it through the mechanic

North Park Lexus of San Antonio has the best dealership webpages of all Lexus dealerships in Texas. The thing I like about it is you can see the staff and details of their education and experience with the dealership. Also there is a video of when the dealership was built, including employees who are still there today. That longevity is a positive vibe about their work environment . When I come to the dealership, I recognize employees and feel I have a good starting place for communication. . My service advisor, Ruben Rios, is great, and recently in his absence I have used Jeffrey Saucedo, who has been very professional, & timely and assigned my car to be worked on by one of the master mechanics because my IS350C was needing special attention. Then I could go on and on about John Maldonado in sales who can be counted on to answer my “after the sale” questions!Unfortunately in 26 years, I didnt get that kind of service or sales in my hometown, thus I go 200 miles to North Park Lexus-Selma Rd.

I went in for a simple tire rotation, suspension check & because I some how managed to damage my sunroof, but what should have been a quick trip took a while. I was patient and eventually got a video from Jerry who serviced my vehicle and that was awesome to see. Carley my amazing service rep came by to apologize, advise me on next steps (order part for sunroof) & professionally make right my extended stay. Even though today wasnt my shortest visit, they have always done right by me. If Carley has a bad day, youll never see it. Thank you to the whole team! Upon inspection additional service and time to keep my vehicle was required.I was given a loaner vehicle to keep and travel as I needed. Upon completion of service a video of the final inspection was sent to me for review detailing the condition of my vehicle and recommendations for future maintenance. Even though this was my fourth Lexus, Elaine took far more time than anyone else ever had explaining every feature and set up our phones to Bluetooth as well as setting up our garage door opener. She was friendly, patient, and thorough. Once she made sure we were totally comfortable with our new car, she left smiling for another four hour drive home. We will never again buy another Lexus from anyone else other than North Park Lexus! They are the BEST!!

Jay Kroum our sales guy was wonderful and attentive. It did not take us long to select a vehicle. What took all day was sitting and waiting for financing. The place was packed. It was what it was but what I did not like was when we received the vehicle. The detailing and cleaning was not what I thought we would get from a Lexus dealership. I received better detailing in less expensive cars than this one. The inside still needed cleaning, the tint has a scratch on the passengers side, the tire caps where missing and the rims have a stick residue right on the rims. I did not want to wait any longer, it was 6pm and we got there at 9:30am. I will have to take the car back for it to be detailed properly which is annoying since that is more time spent at a dealership that should have gotten it right from the beginning.

Every time we arrive for maintenance on our Lexus RX, we are greeted by our coordinator Laurel. She is very good at her job and on the ball with issues. Everyone at Lexus makes sure you are being helped and asks if there is anything you need. If any issue or a problem comes up they are quick to fix it and make it right. They have a complementary coffee bar with snacks which definitely makes waiting on your car pleasant. We love our Lexus and we have had nothing but great experiences from purchase to maintenance at North Park Lexus.
